They were helpful when we went to buy a bicycle, told us come in anytime and they would do free adjustments for us, check it out for us. So a few days after buying it we brought it back in, the chain was rubbing in certain gears, and was told that he probably couldnt make it any better but we could try...and that was it, no suggestions, no comments. We feel very let down by the poor,service we received. Woulrecommendedrecommend this

I was looking for a fluid trainer and when I called, they had one. They held it and offered to put it together for me. When I got there, they had it ready to go. This is a great shop located right next to a Greenways trail. I will definitely go back again.

I bought my bike there, my bike rack and go there for any maintenance or supplies. Always nice and very helpful!!

Adventure Bicycle Company is top notch. They located the bike I wanted (which was hard to come by) ordered it in and built it within a couple of days. They bent over backwards to help me find the right bike carrier for my car, and gave me a discount on it as well. As a newbie at mountain biking they did not make me feel silly about my questions. After the sale they even delivered the bike to me. I can’t express how impressed I am with Jason and the team there. They love what they do and customers are priority one.

I had not been on a bike in over 20 years, and the same is true for my husband.We received the best customer service each time we came (which was more than once). Other bike shops were rude and condescending (since we knew nothing).ABC (Jason especially) made recommendations, explained everything, switched our tires to fit our needs... even told us to come back later to look when their stock was replenished.They recommended a hitch installation shop and everything. They covered every detail.There was NEVER any pressure to buy.We LOVE our bikes. They are so comfortable, they have amazingly smooth rides... we use them now to get groceries and everything. We are from TX, where we could NEVER ride.... the change is amazing.Thanks, ABC!!

Spent alot of time making visits to the shop looking at a bike then rented it.. and then decided I couldnt live without it! Jason and Collin set me up and were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about there bikes and local trails. 10/10 would recommend going here if you interested in biking in the Ozarks!

Brought in my bike for a small tune up after riding more than 2000 miles from San Francisco to Springfield. Jason was able to fix my bike with no problem. He even shined my bike for me. He advised me to buy a new chain and even showed me what was wrong with the current chain. I am very happy with their service.

Nice folks, convenient location, good selection. The store is airy and uncrowded. They sell Specialized brand bikes and gear in addition to other accessories and typical bike shop fare.
