These guys were really great to work with -- super friendly, low pressure, and wanting just to make the customer happy. Delivery was smooth. When it turned out we didnt like the mattress we chose, they made the switch-out really easy. We got a screamin deal on two mattresses on which we sleep like freakin princesses.

I dealt with the owner as a sales rep. and had a good experience,I bought a great mattress and frame for a fair price. The Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I looked at a big name mattress store and couldnt find anything for under ~$1200.

Sorry to have to write this as I have numerous pieces of furniture in my home and have purchased other pieces for family from this company but I won’t anymore. I contacted Wayne at the store and let him know that I had an issue with the mattress that I had bought 4 years ago, was still under warranty, and failing. Wayne asked me to email him pictures of the failing mattress as well as pictures of the tag on the mattress and he confirmed through their records that it was purchased 4 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Wayne assured me that he would get back to me after speaking to the owner by the end of the day. I forwarded via email everything he asked of me and now approximately four weeks later no response from Wayne or anyone else. I guess they thought I would just go away. Well they were right and I won’t be back, I purchased a replacement mattress from another company and will have them dispose of the one that was failing with this kind of customer service I couldn’t hardly recommend that anyone else shop there in the future.

Incredible experience! Best customer service I have had in a long time and they worked with me and my budget. The owner himself delivered my bed the same day which was a bonus in itself. I would highly recommend them and will be buying from them in the future!

Went in to find a bed. Shelby helped me find the one that fit my needs. I ended up with the Sapphire 10inch. I am very happy with the service, and the staff, and the quality of the merchandise. It is however, taking absolutely forever for my bed to arrive! I hope it gets here soon.

I shopped all over the Eugene Springfield area and when I found this place they had the best deals. The price was half of what I found anywhere else and the customer service was phenomenal. They came out and set everything up. Great family business. We will be coming back for all of future needs.

Just moved to Oregon and first place that was near me was this. I came in about 3 weeks ago and needed help finding what or something similar to it and a worker (Shelby) I think helped me navigate through the store to help. This place was excellent and organized. If I need anything I will gladly come back and see you guys. If you need help ask Shelby.

Do NOT shop at this store. They posted a couch and loveseat for sale, I called to confirm it was genuine leather, which they assured me it was. My husband and I both took the day off work, got a trailer and drove from Portland to Eugene to get the set. I looked at the set and said, “It doesn’t look like leather” to which the salesperson said “it’s not”. The same guy I had spoken via text. No apology for us wasting 5 hours round trip, he just left. I asked the other salesperson where it was made, she didn’t know. What is the warranty, she didn’t know. TERRIBLE experience, avoid this place at all costs. Clearly they lie to get you in the door, and could care less how much of your time they waste. I’m confident they would have sold me the set under the false pretense that it was leather, if they could have.

I recently bought a sofa. It wasn’t what I was looking in particular but I made the compromise. The girl that helped me was really kind and generous and gave me a discount because of my financial struggles at the moment with my daughters but I gave her a few extra. I recommend this place it is family friendly. Cant wait to see you guys soon and no discount needed anymore.

Received the best price for my bed and I had chosen the most expensive but was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else. Service was great. I would never trade my bed for anything. Highly recommend the cooling gel top bed. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place and ask for Tim.

The youngest daughter was the sales representative that day.The owners where taking the day Off but she really did an amazing job making the sale.She put in discounts and at a point gave me a price I said it seemed high, so she asked me what price I think I should pay then gave me that price.She caught me on the back end of the deal and in total the 500$ discount turned into a 100$.Still the best price in town for a wonderful product at full price.So I handed her 60$ to start investing in the stock market.She wants to join the military and serve her country and she gots a brain and intuition that will take her far.If you want a wonderful product and the best dang sales representative you will run into get your next bed here.

This is absolutely the best mattress store in the city, they work with any price range. They have an amazing owner, he sold me and my spouse a 400$ bed for 180 w delivery included. The staff here were wonderful we were originally helped in the mall by a man named Eli who was also very helpful and offered us a great deal aswell (but no one can really out do the boss right lol) they truly blessed me and my family right before Christmas, id recommend everyone here. I give them 20stars

They were great about giving me exchange of a mattress I purchased and couldnt sleep on. However, when making the new order was given 3 different days of delivery to the store. After waiting all day again called the store and still no mattress..how can you have a tracking number and yet have no idea of delivery or where its at? Dont appreciate the run around..halfway through the month and Im still waiting.

My experience with OTHER stores was about the same as past ones going to used car lots! I was chased around the store and was never left alone to converse with my Fiance and was in a HIGH PRESSURE atmosphere.With Tim though we did not feel that what so ever! We were shown exceptional furniture pieces and given amazing prices without any haggle. My mattress suffered a sudden and unexpected death and I went shopping for a new one at a late hour (and an odd sized one at that) with almost no expectation of finding one until the next day. Then I found this store and couldnt be more surprised or pleased. They had a twin xl I was looking for in the store, the salesman (Tim I believe he said) was extremely helpful and nice, and he cut me a deal on delivery.I would recommend them to anyone. Absolutely THE ONLY matress and customer service we have been satisfied with. And believe me, we tried a lot, including Sleep Number, Robert Saks (what a puke), all the guys with banners and signs on street corners, Big Lots, the list goes on. Tims not a salesman. No pressure at all. It sounds corny, but hes more like a friend who is trying to help you sleep better. He was very honest about his promises, even when it took us 3 tries to find the mattress that we were comfortable on beyond the first 3 nights. Yes, we were a pain... because we were in pain and wanted solutions. Tim provided them, and didnt act a bit put-out. Try that with Saks, where once hes got your money, the promises are all gone, the mattress is defective, and he cant seem to remember ever having met you 12 days prior. Thank you, Tim. You are our first stop for every future need. I just sent my daughter your way because I have no doubt shell be treated fairly even if Im not there.

Ordered a bed. It arrived and wasnt as comfortable as the model in the store. We were going to exchange it, but noticed the receipt says the the store is a clearance store and returns are not allowed. All sales are final.Nowhere in the store did they advertise sales are final. AND, the sales rep lead me to believe I was signing the order form. Guess I shouldnt trust. Hard, and expensive, lesson learned!(and, the mattress arrived in the back of an old trailer being hauled by a dumpy truck!!)

Family run business that values their customers. Went there on labor day and they were open to get a couple of standard full matress sets and Hollywood frames as well as a queen box spring.They had one standard full matress but the other matress the had available was a memory foam Wich obviously is much more expensive.The father whos name escapes me sorry I believe was Tim Im really bad at remembering names let me have the memory foam for the same price as the standard $79.We got everything we needed chatted and chatted for a while thanks again for your help it is much appreciated.
