I went to Mattress Warehouse hoping to find a mattress quickly. I was concerned that with so many things on backorder that I wouldnt get my bed in time, but I was assured that I could get it in a few days, which was great. Corey was a great sales rep. He was patient with me as I sorted out which mattress to buy. He was also willing to give me a great deal on the mattress I chose, which I really could not beat anywhere else! They have a lot of stock in the shop surprisingly, so I would definitely recommend anyone give it a look and see what options there are.

Wow! Just wow! From the moment I called and was greeted by Corey it was a wonderful experience. Corey is so knowledgeable and after learning what my husband and I were looking for in a mattress he recommended the Serta Hybrid X5. I mentioned I would like to go and test it before buying it and instead of rushing me to make a sale he thought it was a great idea as it was a big investment. I came in the next day asking for him personally. He not only remembered me but asked me to still try a couple other options just to be 100% sure. The store is very clean and it was the only mattress store that had not only pillow napkins but also whole body napkins to use for laying on the mattresses. After we chose our mattress, Corey was awesome at setting up the delivery and the haul away for us. Then, when I asked about mattress protectors both him and Mekdes were very helpful and suggested we get one in store as they are covered by warranty for 3 years and also improves the mattress warranty which by the way is 10 years! I have purchased many mattresses in my life as I have 4 children and I must say this was the BEST customer service experience I have ever had! Thank you Corey and Mekdes! Totally recommend this location. We went to a different Mattress Warehouse last weekend and had the worst experience with the associate. Today, desperately needing a new bed, we visited the Commerce St location praying for a positive experience. Robin was amazing. She was pleasant. She wasnt pushy. It felt like she was just a friend telling us facts about beds. Most importantly to me, she was so nice to our 7 yo son while we were there. I am so so so happy we gave Mattress Warehouse a second try thanks to Robin. Cant wait to get my new bed!!!

Be careful Do Not Try This store, I had bad experience they rips me off with my money I purchased a full mattress the one I see at the store is different than the one they deliver the quality is terrible I complained to the store manager and I take something else instead he charge me with additional charge for delivery, he got me something different of what I order when I ask for my money back for delivery he said NO return even he knows he gets me wrong mattress the store manager he’s a crook .They company don’t consider customer complain all they cares how to rips people Off with their money the quality, That’s why they don’t return they knows their lack of quality people will complain and asked to return it . Good experience. We bought a Tempur but the firmness and the feel we just could not adapt to and ended up exchanging it. True to their policy they exchanged the mattress for something we now really enjoy. Robyn the store manager is very good to work with and knowledgeable.

Went in a couple of weeks ago for two mattress sets and worked with Husam. He was terrific. It was a busy day and he was the only one on the floor, but he handled all of us very efficiently. He was extremely patient while we tried the selections we had narrowed it down to and worked really hard to get as close to our budget as he could. We left extremely satisfied.

Hi - I needed a new bed and wanted to wanted to try BedMatch to see if I was looking for the right kind of bed. Robin at Mattress Warehouse was very helpful and let me do BedMatch 2x (side and back). I had shopped around a little and AS A WOMAN, I have to say it is a bit uncomfortable laying on beds while a male salesperson stares at you. Laying on and rolling around on beds with Robin was super comfortable. Additionally, she is super-knowledgeable. I found my perfect mattress, foundation and frame.
