I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this business, so far, and I havent even gotten my bed yet. What I have received is the best customer service Ive gotten in many years. A young man by the name of Lance has gone above and beyond to make sure that am satisfied with and have everything I need to be able to be comfortable with my new bed. He was very informative in helping me select the mattress that would be right for me and the adjustable base to fit my needs. He was very patient and explained everything I would need to know. Really good experience and Logan was great! Easy and we bought a new bed. I’d give this 5 stars, but, it’s odd that there’s two stores within a half mile of each other that carry different things. If both shops carried Purples and all 4 hybrid Tempur-Pedic beds, we’d have bought on the first stop.That said, I would recommend either Springfield location in a heartbeat.

Lance was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting me to pick out a mattress today. It was frustrating that the mattress I picked out was not in stock. It will be ordered and delivered on January 15th. Bottom line is I had a pleasant experience.

Demetric is who helped us, Eric told him what we were looking for and why. Eric has chronic pain in his back and legs if hes lucky he gets to sleep about 3 hours at a time. Demetric show us one mattress. Eric laid on it and within 5 minutes his comment was I dont feel any pain Demetric told us all about the mattress he was very knowledgeable. We had a a couple other places to check but a few days later we came back and bought that mattress. Eric is now sleeping 6-8 hours at a time. Thank you

Lance provided amazing customer service! Hes part time but ended up being the most helpful person we talked to after we visiting every Mattress Firm in the Eugene/Springfield area. At first we thought that the pricing would all be the same but each location offered something different and Lance was the first sales person to really spend time listening to what we were looking for. He took the extra time to find us a super high quality mattress at a reasonable prince. My husband and I went in looking for one Queen size mattress and ended up buying a Queen and a Full for the guest room all thanks to Lance. If we need another mattress in the future well definitely be repeat customers!

Demetrie was awesome. I was stuck on three mattress and really broke down what would be the pros and cons of each one and how a turn in would be affected if I wanted to if it didn’t meet my needs.

Went to buy a bed in January and met Lance C. Not only did he listen to my wants and needs, he also found a way to work with my budget. Fast forward to end of February, my original bed just didnt feel right. So I went back in to see Lance and we then found the perfect bed and he once again stayed with in my budget. We had a wonderful experience with Brad with Mattress Firm, 2880 Gateway. We’d been looking at all the usual mattress companies and ‘laying around’ on a lot of beds. When we met Brad, he was really friendly and interested in what we needed. He steered us to what he felt we could afford and the best choices. He was really honest as to the attributes of each mattress we were interested in and got us to a final choice. He gave us a great deal and we got our mattress 2 days later.If you need a mattress see Brad! You’ll get great service and great advice!

We were pleasantly greeted by staff member Carolyn Meno who walked us through the whole process of finding the right mattress for us. She was very patient and kind as it was our first time actually going to a store to look for a mattress. Carolyn advised us about multiple mattresses and how they relate to certain sleeping habits. It was such an easy and quick process that ended with the wife and I very happy with a new mattress. Very much recommend Mattress Firm!

Ben was the perfect salesman. Answered our questions, was not overbearing and gave us helpful suggestions. Pricing was very fair and I feel confident that he gave us a good deal. It was a great experience and it did not feel slimy like other sales experiences.

My wife and I had an excellent experience and highly recommend working with Ben. He was knowledgeable, personable and attentive without being overwhelming. My wife had difficulty deciding which mattress would be best and Ben patiently explained the differences and answered all of her questions. My family recently moved to Eugene, we needed to buy two new mattresses. The first person we met in Eugene was Demetre at Mattress Firm. Demetrie was very knowledgeable and helpful. Demetrie was very pressure free and encouraged us to try out everything on the floor and take our time in making a decision. We made multiple trips to all the stores in town. I should add its been a looong time since my Dad and I have had new mattresses, we literally checked out all the various options, hybrid, foam, traditional at every location in town, and we ended up coming back to Demetrie because we trusted him the most out of all the sales people we met, his knowledge and lack of pressure were very refreshing while pondering such a large purchase. Horrible experience. I go in wanting a soft bed, I get persuaded to get a medium bed, so excited to get a new mattress I say ok. I get home and the mattress is as hard as a rock! Yes I understand it needs to settle in, but this was a floor model that hundreds of people have laid on, was just thinking it would be broken in at least a little bit.So I call the next day and Demetrie answers. He was so in shock or didnt care, that he was silant on the phone and the only answer he could give me is to wait 30 days. They could do NOTHING for 30 days. I havnt slept in 30 days! I need to see a chiropractor because of this mattress. I am just so disappointed in the customer service. I usually bend over backwards in customer service and then I live my life and no one else does the same. Shameful.I really wanted to speak to someone who could help me but demetrie refused.

My boyfriend and I walked into the store on their grand opening under their new name Mattress Firm today. We explained that we would be in the market for a new bed within the next year and we just checking out prices. the Salesman quickly turned annoyed and went to tell another salesman. They whispered amongst themselves and then loudly stated If youre just a window shopper, why the hell are you in the store. They chuckled for a bit and starred at us mockingly. So we promptly turned to leave. The other salesman then continuously badgered us all the way out door that if were going to buy a bed theres no point in looking, that we should just buy now. It was a terrible sales experience with a team of salespeople that lack all respect for their customers. Needless to say, we will never step foot in that store again

Im so happy that i came into Mattress Firm in Eugene, Gateway Mall today. My daughter needed a bed, i came in from in California to buy her a comfortable, afforadable bed!! I walked in and met a sweet sales girl named Laurel. She was easy to talk to and very professional. She showed us s couple of mattresses, i told her that I was buying a bed for my Daughter, because she didnt have one. She was so sweet and said let me see what i can do for you. She then introduced us to Ben, a very sweet and professional manager. She proceeded to tell Ben our situation. Ben made us feel so comfortable. He gave us a great deal and treated us with such respect. I highly recommend this dynamic duo!!! 10 stars!! From a very happy and satisfied Mamma!! Thank you Ben and Laurel!!! Also, little did I know Laurel was new as a Sales person. Wow!! Impressed!!

We got our mattress on time within the window that was outlined, however there were a couple very frustrating issues. For one we did the lease option. We picked our equipment and went on our way. The day before delivery we were told the needed a 59.00 fee before they would deliver. Im not sure why this wasnt outlined In the lease agreement and felt weird paying for something that I didnt know it was going to but I did. Then the bed comes...with a broken frame. I called my sales person whose name was Austin I believe and says hell have a new one out on tuesday. Well here Tuesday is and Ive had no communication. I called and said it wouldnt be here until the 24th. No explanation. Hopefully it will actually be here the 24th.
