Wonderful experience. The young lady working the day I was there found the perfect candle for me. And perfect hand soap.

Store was dead, 4-5 employees looking bored ...I had to catch their attention and ask someone to help me so I can go pay cuz they were too busy doing nothing. Selection was skeleton.

I love their lotions and body sprays and in a reasonable price

I never really get too much lotion or candles from here, because I think they are highly fragranced and a little irritating in that respect. But I do love the pocket hand sanitizers, and some select scents of candle. Sometimes they can have good sales so I like to check it out once in a while, but I dont always buy. Many people also have difficulty with the strong fragrance of the store itself.

Store was well stocked with candles for the $8.95 sale. Lots of friendly helpful sales staff.

I went to bath and body works in eastfield mall on Boston road in Springfield ma and I bought their hand gel sanitizer and two of their holders that I put the hand gel sanitizer in and I bought their new foaming mousse hand sanitizer and I liked both of them I take them to work with me the employees were very helpful to me and they were very knowledgeable about the products they were describing and selling to customers the employees did a very good job keeping the store clean and the idea they came up with having a sink and little cards so you try a sample of the body lotions,body washes,and I like their variety of scented candles and the employees did a very good job and I would go back their again and I would recommend bath and body works in eastfield mall on Boston road in Springfield ma to everyone to go to for good customer service and helpful and knowledgeable employees.

They get you with the scents. I cant walk by this store without getting lured in.
