My favorite place for all things that go boom. Have to pay a bit more than with online shopping, but well worth being able to handle and inspect all their fun toys. Been getting my powder, caps, Flints, firearms, and all things black powder related here exclusively for years. Great customer service also.

If The Gun Works does not have it, you do not need it. Well worth the nearly three hour drive I have to do to get there. Staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all things blackpowder.

Incredibly nice guys running this place. Went in looking for a Christmas present for my son and came away spending a quarter of what I would have spent elsewhere! So helpful, knowledgeable and just all around great place. They even insisted on us taking (for free) 2 B.B. guns for my grandkids, saying he wanted to see them go to a “good Home”. Along with a brand new bottle of bbs! Such nice guys and they made Christmas great for one teenage boy!

This is a neat store. If you are into black powder, and want to buy something off of the shelf rather than order it online, this is the place to go. It feels a bit like a museum when you walk in and even if you are not into black powder guns, its a neat place to take a walk through.
