Excellent service, great communication, and full of integrity. I would definitely recommend. My convertible top was cut open by a thief. Insurance paid for repairs. First shop I went to gave me too much run around regarding working with my insurance and getting the supplementals required to do the work. They asked me to order my own parts and it was taking them a week just to engage with my insurance.Seatco was recommended by my dealership and when I arrived Neal sat with me and called my insurance, emailed the paperwork required, and ordered the parts for me on the spot. Took him 15 minutes. When the parts came, he called me to bring the car in. I brought it in and they discovered another damaged part. Because of supply chain issues, the part was on backorder. They located the 2 remaining inventory in the nation (being sold at a premium), and worked with my insurance to do another supplemental all without bothering or inconveniencing me. I pick the car up today and its cleaned and the top looks brand new.
Ill try to be as fair as I can. This review addresses lack of communication. Seatco and I go back at least 15 years. Always dealt with Neil. Experience always good. Oct. 2020 (yes, almost 1 year ago) I dropped off a vinyl boat seat cushion repair job. Nothing complicated. Was told it might take some time to get to it. Didnt hear for months. Called Neil early this past May; was told they were very busy and hed check and get back to me in 20 minutes. Asked Neil if he had my cell, yes I have it. Didnt hear back. Just called again (Sept 13, 2021), Neil told me they are way behind, short of man power, emergency jobs get in the way, Covid, etc. Not able to provide a completion date. Its been almost a year notwithstanding a simple job request, and I hear nothing. Apologies, etc. are nice, but if the customer is completely left in the dark; something is missing. Either dont accept the job, or communicate after you do. Dont leave the customer hanging. I typically dont do reviews. In this case I did to warn potential customers about lack of follow up and disappointment/time wasted. I do wish Neil and Seatco the very best. Sorry things didnt work out.
Our moon roof drains clogged on both cars within a month. Seatco was able to diagnose and fix the problem, and remediate the mold in our cars. Professional service - Matt and Neil communicated the process and timelines clearly and the work is outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEDED!
Excellent craftsmanship - steering wheel wrap in 2 tone leather was done to perfection. 5 out of 5 stars!
I am very fortunate to have stumbled upon Seatco when I was looking for a complete restoration of the interior. The car (83 Pontiac Trans Am) had custom Recaro seats so no covers were commercially available. Seatco, from scratch, restored all the seats. It simply exceeded my expectations to say the least. It looks like it did 37 years ago when I bought the car. Thanks Seatco.
Seatco is fantastic! They were easily able replace my sagging headliner for a reasonable price. The quality of work is outstanding and the new headliner looks better than the factory original. Matt went above and beyond to help out when we discovered that my sunroof frame had rusted and was leaking shortly after the headliner replacement. He covered the roof with collision wrap to prevent water damage, helped troubleshoot the source of the leak, and replaced the sunroof glass a few days later once the replacement glass I had ordered arrived.Seatco really seems to care about their customers and their vehicles. I would not hesitate to come back again. Thanks for the great service!
Awesome place! I called in the morning and was able to drop by the same day to have my car looked at. Matt helped me figure out an issue with my sunroof (pretty bad clog) for a very reasonable price. Thanks so much again!
I wanted some custom work done on a center console cover for my Saturn Sky, and I contacted Seatco. I sent photos of what I had in mind and Matt took care of everything. They did a fabulous job, and the result matched the pictures perfectly! The staff contacted me regularly and was kind and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend Seatco and would use their services again! Their work is top notch!
Matt from Seatco was extremely patient and he conducted quite a bit of research on my vehicles seats. For some reason, some vehicles do not have a lot of options for seat covers and for certain colors regarding re-upholstery sets available for quick re-ordering. My vehicle was one of those limited optioned vehicles. Matt took the old material and matched up the seats with new material. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with the new seats. I received excellent customer service from Seatco and highly recommend them.
Awesome friendly service and definitely quality work! Loved the finished product!!!
Seatco is an excellent shop that does high quality work on vehicle upholstery. I got my leather seats steering wheel repaired for my vehicle, the price was reasonable and the work completed quickly. There was a small snafu that resulted in an attempt to pick up the vehicle when it wasnt ready, but they more than compensated us for their mistake.Location is a bit confusing and is in an industrial park, if youre dropping off a car and ordering a ride-share, they may get confused trying to get to your location.Id definitely use them again for future repairs.
Had a damaged steering wheel for a Porsche Cayenne. Seatco explained that the leather on the wheel is molded, not leather wrapped so while they could wrap it again it would change the thickness and might feel awkward. I was then able to find a replacement wheel instead and Seatco installed it without issue. Prices and labor charges are upfront and reasonable. They could have easily accepted the work as I asked for it and wrapped the wheel, but explaining how the wheel is molded and thickness would change was extremely helpful and led me in a better direction. I would definitely recommend to others.
See Mat tell him Donna FJ Cruiser sent you. Awesome service. Saved my new to me vehicle from mold. Thanks Mat
They made my old headliner to look like new. I will defiantly recommend this place!
These guys re-did my seats years ago, and I took their advice and upgraded to leather since it was only about 70 bucks more and that was the best decision I ever made. The seats still look great even with the Florida sun beating down on them for half the year. I still refer people I know up in the DC area to Seatco because theyre the best at what they do.
Seatco fabricated a one off interior based on the design and colors I chose. My input was well received throughout the process. It will be proudly displayed at car shows around the area.
Excellent work! Lexus wanted $5000 to reupholster two front seats; Seatco did it for under $1300. I could not be happier.
Great work!!
Great service! Highly recommend!
For price, quality, and service youll have a hard time finding better than Seatco. I took in my 2012 Acura TSX for repairs to tears in the back seat and drivers seat leather. They color-matched perforated leather perfectly, completed the work on time and under budget. They even threw in a tour of the facility that included a close look at a vintage Packard. Those in the know trust them with everything from American Classics to the latest models. Now you know, so just go!
Amazing experience! I just purchased a classic Bronco and wanted some headrests added to the custom seats that came with it. After research, I decided on Seatco and I couldnt be happier. From one conversation with Neal, I trusted his expertise and they delivered! The headrests match the fabric perfectly and the installation seems that they were from the factory.I got a chance to see their shop and although this task meant a lot to me, it was childs play to some of the other stuff they were working on! High end vintage cars to pure tricked out customized ones, they had complete upholstery jobs going on that blew my mind.I was highly impressed with Neals knowledge and his teams work. These guys will not let you down!
My dad had the drivers seat in his F-150 repaired by Seatco 8 years ago and it still looks great! These guys are the best!
Seatco did the best job ever, restoring my 1956 Chevrolet interior. The car looks absolutely amazing. I receive so many complements on the interior. I couldnt have asked for a better looking job. They were easy to work with and when I needed modern seat belts, they even welded a custom bracket for me. I couldnt be happier. A special thanks to Paul for recommending he add Dynamat under the carpet. It really made a huge difference on the interior noise level. These guys are true professionals who know what they are doing. Thanks again
Had a new roof put on and can hear wind around the edges. I took it back 2-3xs but I still hear the wind. SMH!
Great work. They gave me an estimate and took care of my issue with my seat. It required a weld job to fix it. They did warn me that once they start working on the seat they have to repair it as it is a safety issue.
Great service! Friendly staff!
Good service and helpful staff
They have done several jobs for us. I also feel completely confident of sending referrals to them. They are very professional, and priced!
I bought a used 1999 Buick sedan and the previous owner was a smoker. That coupled with the age of the car and overexposure to the sun made the ceiling material separate from the ceiling. I brought it to Seatco and they replaced the headliner and the ceiling looks brand new. My friends no longer make fun of the fact that you can draw in my ceiling. I would highly recommend them for the price.
Knew more about fixing a leaky sunroof on my 2008 Taurus than the Ford dealer and did it within an hour of my arrival.
My Honda was leaking water, two trips to the Honda dealership proved useless.Seatco took care of it in an afternoon, and it appears to be permanently fixed. Only downside was cost, but they do a great job.
Did a great job fixing broken plastic door panels on my Buick Roadmaster wagon.
Their work is excellent, Id reccommend them to anyone!
Ridiculously sloppy work. I had to bring the car back 10 times for the same work. They ruined my parts. They said work was done that was not done. I wouldnt let them near my car if they were the last shop on earth.
Bad work
They did a great job getting rid of mold in my car at half the price others had quoted me.
