Service was good once they got the right part in. I had to delay my repair and state inspection by a week because of the wrong part being sent to them. $96.00 an hour for labor is high. And I waited 45 minutes the first time until they discovered they had the wrong part. When I went back the second time they charged an additional $15.00 for labor on the reinspection. That is not how you keep customers in a small town.

I had a very polite, friendly and pleasant experience with Gills front desk man. The needed work was done and I felt very comfortable with the gentleman who spoke with me. Very easy person to speak with.

We were traveling through Vermont today and got a flat tire. We called every place we could find and no one had time to help us until I called and talked to Shane at Point S. Even though they were very busy, Shane made sure to help us out and even changed our tire himself to ensure we would make it to our appointment in time. I wound up with a nail in a tire. The team at Point S was quick to assist. They assessed the situation and repaired the tire swiftly and for a fair price. The staff was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family.

I was quoted 170 to mount four big tires. Walmart $100 not sure why so much more here.

Quick, friendly service. Rolled in there with what was basically an emergency to get some winter skins. They had the size I needed and were able to get them installed within an hour.

So we took our Kia Soul in for an inspection that they would not pass because of bad ball joints. We took the car to 2 different area garages and both said the ball joints were fine and passed the inspection. Not sure what to think of Vianor.

Positively honest and professional. Mechanics work is garaunteed. Unlike many others. I recommend always asking for a warranty in writing for the repairs. Without it you will need to find out the hard way as I did.

Always great Service here, but Today I came in with a flat from my tractor, Trevor worked it right in, pulled it out of my truck bed fixed it and back in the truck in 10 minutes, so I could get back to plowing snow, Thanks

Was great brought a tire in for my son needed a inside patch explained to the youn gentleman behind the counter car was on the side of the road and he had the tire ready for me in 10 minutes highly recommend them

Vianor is speedy and honest. They found something broken from a previous repair and wouldnt charge for all the work.
