Horrible experience, took me 4 hours to get one tire changed and it cost me almost $300....absolutely ridiculous.Lindas customer service skills need help, she doesnt come off the nicest. Its not what you say but how you say it.Never ever would I reccomend this place nor will I ever be going back.

Scammed me into their inspection deal. Turns out PENNDOT (the state) give them many other auto mechanics too much power on whats consider fail vs passing. Failed me for wiper blades so then they can overcharged me for a simple job just to let me take my car back & pass inspection. NEVER come back, stay away if you can afford to. Its like having a referee also playing the game too

Very poor and careless service, I got tires replaced and today heard a weird noise coming from front, one of the front tire had got two nuts fall off and third one loose enough to fall shortly. I am attaching all the photos in case someone has any doubts about this review and rating. I would have rated negetive if that was possible. I felt so lucky that all the buts did not fall out at the same time. Worst quality of service and negligence

Should have read reviews beforehand. Brought my car here because I needed inspection, they called me and told me I failed because parking lights were out, both rear tag lights were out, a fog light was out, and my rear shoes NEEDED to be replaced. I pick the vehicle up and no parking lights were out, one tag light was out, and the rear shoes were listed as recommended, not a reason for failure. I just fixed all my lights and dropped it off to my normal mechanic only to open my hood and see my air filter housing rattling all about because they never tightened the bolts back down for it. Glad i paid for them to potential screw my car up. This place clearly tries to get over on people and has definitely lost my business for good.

I had very very bad personal experience here today. I felt I was cheated.I gave my car for car inspection, that would have costed my some 45 bucks. I got a call from representative with some recommendations and I clearly said NO to other recommendations because the price was too high. Later when I went to collect my car after inspection, I was told to pay for breakpad and rotor changes which i never asked to do. If i dont want it they asked me to pay labor fee to replace with old parts which is 80 bucks .. At the end i ended up in paying for what i never asked for. I wont suggest this place as its not customer friendly. Even if you go please make sure to double check on the price from the representative.

My car always runs in perfect condition I trust these certified technicians with no reserve ! They even keep a Nissan specialist on board ! Been coming here about 4-5 years. Always treated with 100% respect. English is not my first language so they usually help me through what I need. I feel very comfortable with all of the employees there. Lisa usually gives me choices and lets me know what i need and what i can put off for next visit. They do a lot more than tires I will continue to go there for all my automotive needs.

The lady at the front desk has a poor attitude very unprofessional. Had a 8am appointment she claimed it was a bunch of cars in front of me with an attitude I waited 25min after already waiting two weeks for a tire to be ordered that they claimed was on back order because of COVID-19. After being fed up from the horrible customer service skills I took my business else where. I went to another tire shop they ordered the tire at 8am they had the tire before lunch the same day. TAKE YOUR business elsewhere!!

Put new tires on car didnt balance them right car was shaking so bad at 60 I thought the tires are going to fall off went to a different tire place they told me the tires werent balanced right to torque on the lug nuts were way too tight and the pressure was too high in the tires they had 42 or 40 supposed to be 32 dont go there terrible service and the manager lady is rude.

I tried to give them business, but the lady at the front desk was visibly anxious to get me out. She completely blew me off! I arrived at 10 am requesting a tire plug. I was told all mechanics were very busy and that I would have to leave my car overnight.....for a tire plug!!!!! I understand Coronavirus has caused staffing issues, but to ask someone to wait 24 hours for a tire plug is just plain ridiculous. I took my car down the street and they serviced my car and had it fixed within 10 minutes..and they were more crowded!This place really needs to work on customer service. I really wanted to give them my business.

Went to this place worst experience ever! Just like any midas or jiffy lube in that they tell you that its gonna cost you $3000 to fix a car you only payed $1500 for. when you tell them to pound sand they charge you a $200 diag fee to get your keys backs. Took car to my regular mechanic fix everything for $550.

The workers were friendly, and actually talked to you, while sitting there the manager came out to let us know there were beverages to drink.. I went for my daughter and let her know the prices were some the best for her 4 brand new tires.. The warranty is good also.. I will definitely be back! But yall need some snacks, pretzels, potatoes chips,etc.🤣🤣

Lisa has a poor attitude! I was told to come there first thing in the morning but when I got there she said there was 7 cars ahead of me at 8:15 a.m. after I specifically got told to come at that time. I explained that I have to go to work but she was adamant about me wanting behind 7 others. Why would you tell a customer to come at a specific time then tell them they have 7 other cars in front of them.

I was very unhappy with the experience I had with this location. I understand during this pandemic it is trying times however if your seeking a service company that provides good communication and good customer service I’d advise you to think twice before going here. I did not follow through with my vehicle inspection as I had anticipated, upon arrival Lisa the store manager seemed very off putting and unfriendly.She was eager to have “answers” and suggestions to situations that were not related to the vehicle. Miscommunication and a high strung personality is what you will get if you go here.

Although I did not make a purchase and actually needed to have the air checked in my tire for safety, I was glad that the staff treated me with respect, without delay and assisted me to be safe on the road without a fee and a pleasant interaction.

Their tire prices are good BUT they did not balance the tires at all nor did they even offer it and I bought 4 Brand NEW tires the day before our vacation. My car vibrated the entire time on the highway down and back from Virginia. My regular mechanic said thats bad business and poor service coming from Tires etc. The only reason Im giving them 3 stars is because the tire prices were good.

This place deserves the five stars that I’ve given them for the fact that they are awesome. My wife’s 2012 Buick water pump went n they saved the day . My warranty company gave them n us the run around but they stayed professional n on top of it n we really appreciate everything they did for us. I highly recommend anyone to go here. They do good work, but we got a second opinion on one job that they said had to be done and was fixed at another shop for $45 instead of the $1,100 that they wanted to charge. You be the judge. They also told us that something they had fixed two years ago needed to be done, and then backtracked when we pointed that fact out and said that they would cover the parts but not the labor. The other shop said it did not need to be done at all. You be the judge. As for me I will not be darkening their doorstep again.

I learned my lessons today. Reviews don’t lie. I took it for granted. I had a very bad experience at the Clifton Heights location with a lady called Lisa, who claims to be the store manager and a man that sits at the counter there. Please folks be very careful going to Tire Etc. These people will pretend like they want to help you but they really want to rip you off. They are bunch of liars. I went there this afternoon to purchase 4 sets of tires. They told me it will take about an hour and half to 2 hours to get it done. Less than 30 minutes later, I got a call from them stating that mu car is almost done but it needs alignment and it will cost an additional $109. I asked the guy that I thought the price I paid for the 4 sets of tires includes installation, wheel balancing and alignment. He told me no that it doesn’t. I told him ok, that I no longer need the tires that I’m coming back to pick up my car to take it some place else. He told me that the tires has already been installed...that they have to charge me to dismount the tires. I told him ok that I don’t need the alignment. On a second thought, I decided to call them back and ask them to do the alignment. About 20-25 minutes later, the lady, Lisa called and told me to come to the shop, that she wants to show me something on my hub. Upon getting there, (you can tell from their demeanor that they are up to something) They made me wait a little bit while whispering to each other and then ask me to come around into the garage. There was silence for few seconds before the technician was like umm, we couldn’t mount the 4th tire because your hub is bad. I was like, excuse me. I was told that the tires has already been mounted. So, I don’t understand what you mean by the 4th tire couldn’t be mounted. When I asked ok, how much is the total, Lisa replied $950+. I told her please can you just put back my old tires and return my car back the way it was when I came here. This man stood in my face and lied to me that he never told me that the tires have been mounted. Lisa jumped in and was very unprofessional and was running her mouth the whole time. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she was very rude and nasty with her response that she is the store manager and this is it. That nobody is above her. After series of back and forth, I didn’t want to argue with them anymore. I quietly left the shop briefly to comport myself. She left me a voicemail to come pick up my car that they have put back the old tires.

Great service from start to finish. Super friendly reception and they were quick to service my vehicle. Comfortable waiting area as well. I would highly recommend. And the pricing was the best in the area.

Caught a flat tire today and stopped by Tires etc. Jimmy and Lisa the store manager were very helpful. They actually had my size tire in stock which I called around to several different places and nobody had it. These guys were very efficient and polite! The prices are great here. Visited this place a few times for inspections and tires work. Lisa is recommending to me for an alignment EVERY TIME I go into this shop, with no apparent reason. I ended up letting them do once on my 2013 MB C300 and it ended up being a complete waste of money. From the alignment report I could see that no adjustment was needed(b/c I just checked the alignment with my simple alignment tool not too long ago) and the alignment spec in their database is wrong, showing my front cambers out of spec however its perfectly within specs according to manufacturer data. Today I had my 2018 Mirage inspected at the station. With less than 1 year old and less than 10k miles on it, they again recommended alignment to me saying that theres uneven wear because the front tires are wearing faster than the rear tires, which is perfectly normal for a FWD car! At the same time, they recommended me for some brake service which is not needed at all. They also charged me $40 for a pair of wiper blades stating that I need to get them replaced to pass the inspection, while I have serious doubt about this. The original wipers are less than 1 year old and I took good care of them. Have been using them in the past few days with no streak, no mark, clean wiping. They said the wiper blades were torn. I would not go to this shop again since I strongly feel they are not very honest. Its perfectly fine to recommend service however recommending unnecessary service is dishonest.

One of the best experiences I have had since I moved here from Tennessee. Staff was friendly, helpful, kind and just warm people. It feels like the kind of place that makes you want to just stop by and say hello. The work was fast (I didnt have an appointment) and they explained what I needed and why it was important. Love this place. They got my gratitude and loyalty from now on.

I was pleased with the service. I really wasnt expecting much customer service cuz I was only buying a tire. I mean it very well known right from the start and I wanted the cheapest Tire they had. The guy didnt try and talk me out of it, he didnt try to sell me on anything else he just advised me that in the future I may want to buy a better Tire and use the one I was buying that day as a spare and that sounded like good advice to me. I was happy with my visit I recommend them if your looking for tires.

Lisa is a wonderful lady. I have watched her interact with seniors as well as customers children. She really cares about her customers. She makes you feel as if you have been friends for years. Great service from the shop also, the main mechanic really knows his stuff.

He took the time to make sure that the wheel alignment was precisely done and all nuts & bolts were tightened correctly. Ive been purchasing my tires from here for several years. They have the best prices on Michelin Premier Tires. It is worth the visit.

I have used this company on several occasions. I am happy with the work they perform. When it comes to services for my car, I always search around for bargains. Somehow after looking elsewhere, I always end up back at this place. They are straight up on giving you estimate time on how long the work will take. The waiting area could use some new chairs and some updating. Beverages are provided, but snacks would be a nice addition also.

Everyone @ this establishment are professionals. I was out of town & needed tires, I found out I also needed rotors, brakes etc. Being a woman I was skeptical of a place where I knew no one. James Cortigene was a true professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Not only did I get all the services I needed but I got them at a very reasonable price!! I would highly recommend this company

Im a former employee of this establishment. A close friend of mine recently had a tire repaired here and it lost air again not long after leaving and eventually made his way back to my home. He told me about his Experience with Lisa. An experience that didnt surprise me. He told me about her unfriendly attitude and about how theyve made him wait almost an hour after his car was already finished so they can inspect it for more problems to sell him more labor. As a veteran technician I can tell you that no shop should leave you waiting for more than 25 minutes especially for one flat repair. None of these issues are the faults of the mechanics or technicians. Its the Fault of Lisa and other sales people who sacrifice customer service and decency for her commission. Shes a person who cares more for her own paycheck than the company and customer. I highly do not reccomend coming here. As a former employee I know my statement can be seen as bias but I havent worked there in a long time and could care less if they succeed or not but someone needs to say what actually happens behind closed curtains.

They are the most affordable by far. Customer service is excellent. Had problems with over tightening lug nuts and being able to have car fixed on the same day unless i bring it in early. Like before 10am early.

I highly recommend Tires Etc for their quality of work and customer service. They have always been very upfront and honest about any repairs that my car has needed (this includes cost, how soon the repair needs to be completed, why the repair is needed, etc.). Ive also gotten great deals on tires here when I need them. They are my regular and go to place for my car. Their customer service went above and beyond for me as well when they had someone pick me up from my house to get my car when repairs were done since it was supposed to rain that day rather than letting me get stuck walking in the rain to come pick it up. I always enjoy talking with the staff and appreciate their time and work.

I prefer going to Tires Etc because they always have specials on car repairs, tires, and oil changes. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and honest. Give them a try. They are great and reasonable.

I originally went to Tires Etc. in December of 2019 to purchase a set of new tires. Everything went well, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I left with a new set of tires, along with the Tire Road Hazard Protection for my new set of tires. I needed to go there today because I had a flat tire. I was very pleased with the service, even though I did NOT have an appointment. My tire was repaired with no additional charges. I am a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Tires Etc

I dropped my car off without an appointment for inspection. I forgot to print out my registration ahead of time, but they were nice enough to let me print it out there. I was able to pick up my car just a few hours later. I also took advantage of their waiting area by grabbing a free can of soda, which was nice because, while the walk to get my car wasnt long at all, it was very hot that day.

This place will rip you off really bad, yes they have a good tires price but they will come with other not needed items to increase your bill. My recent experience I had to take my car there for inspection, didn’t pass for rear breaks system, battery hold down and license plates light. They priced the work for $1100 ($800 breaks and $ 110 battery hold down and $155 license plate lights and $ 45 inspection)???!!! I definitely said no and took the car to another mechanic, it cost me $ 450 for breaks and I did lights and batter hold down for $15. I went back for a safety inspection, Lisa (the store manager) was so angry with me because I didn’t do the work with here and said no spots available to do the reinspection. I went another day, she said the same thing. I will never return back to them. It’s the worst place and customer service that I have seen in my life. Do your self a big favor and don’t go there. They definitely will rip you off.

This is the first choice that my husband and I go to for tires. They always have a better deal than the other local places and they never push another service unless it threatens the safety of my vehicles.The best thing about our latest visit is that they price matched a lower quote we were given on a suggested service. Safe to say we’ll be back.

Great place to get some decently cheap tires

Their prices are the best for sure. I needed one tire due to a punctured side wall. I called them on a Monday in early afternoon to ask if there was a wait and they said no. When I arrived they said the wait would be 1-1.5 hrs. 3 hrs later i was finally leaving. Thats insane. They took a guy before me who needed so much they said it would be at least 2 hrs. He left his car. Why not take my 20 min job first since I was waiting? That is just terrible management. I buy all my tires there. I think I will go to the Tires, etc in West Chester next time.

This place SUCKED

I went here to car my car inspected for its yearly inspection. While my car did pass the emissions test it failed the safety inspection because of a bad transmission mount which they were right about but the amount that they were asking for the part and labor was outrageous. They wanted to charge me around $150 for the part and like $350 for the labor with the inspection fee bringing it to $650 but gave me a $20 discount bring big to $630 which didn’t really help at all. I told them give me the emissions sticker and I’ll take my car back cause I’m not paying $630. I went to another shop in Aldan and I paid $200 altogether for the safety inspection and sticker and the new mount saving my self $430. The lady and the front desk was rude and when I asked the man helping about which/where the mount needed to be fix she proceeded to answer for him and gave me attitude like I was an idiot I might not know a lot about cars but I know enough because my ex was a mechanic. She had no right to talk to me like that and she gave me attitude on the phone when I asked how much everything costs separately. I DON’T RECOMMEND GOING HERE THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I warned all of my friends about and told them to never go there!! I should have gone somewhere else to begin with! DISGRACEFUL!!!!

Excellent customer service. I had to wait a few hours for my inspection but they took me home and picked me up once my service was completed. Everything was done in a timely manner. The driver had good conversation for me and I didn’t feel awkward while riding with a stranger. Thank You .... you now have another satisfied customer!!

Needed a last minute inspection, called many shops before them and they gave me the run around however I called this place and they were cool professional and even let me leave the car over night because I could not pick up before close Lisa and gang are great. Nice to see small businesses getting it done against the annoying corporate monsters.

Avoid if you can. If you need to wait, I’d highly recommend having someone pick you up and take you home as the waiting room has an intense smell of tires. But when I got my new car back for inspection, they tried to up sell me on parts that I know I didn’t need. Then when I went in the car, chunks of the old stickers were all over the place and I had to spend a lot of time cleaning that and the excess glue left. Also seems like a mechanic dropped silver paint on one of my seats which also took considerable time to clean. I realize it could have been much worse, but I shouldn’t have to rigorously clean my car after inspection or any device.

Got a set of 4 awesome top of the line full off-road tires for a price probably $50 lower than anybody around or even on the internet, PER TIRE! And that wasnt even on special or rebate, just straight up everyday price. I was also pleasantly surprised when they didnt try to up-sell me, push insurance or road hazard, or bill me for extras since I brought in new rims which they had to stem and balance from scratch. They charged me exactly what was quoted online without me even mentioning the price. Im still in awe. Plus, they are just great people. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Always busy so your car might be in queue for a while (probably plan on leaving your car there), but they know what they are doing. They know their tire stuff really well. The front desk lady is not personable, but the guy (forgot his name) is personable and likeable enough for TWO people. So that kinda works out I guess.

My experience today as well as any other day was by far the best. I was pleased with Lisa and Jakes customer service, they make you feel comfortable and appreciated. She listened to my concerns, informed the mechanics, and took it upon herself to give me a discount when it was time to pay the bill. Worst customer service ever! Never had an any issue with my car before, after tire changed keep getting all different kinda of signs. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone this place . Later on Some lady called me and stated she’s store manager to bring car in. She said I will inspect the car but you don’t have pay anything. After inspection she asked me to pay $2100 to fix the coil issue or I have to pay $148 to take car without fix. Wow wow what a service. Please stay away from this kind a scam !

I came here to have (what I thought would be) one of my tires replaced. After examination and assessment of my tire, the store manager, Lisa explained to me that my tire needed only a patch.I cannot thank her and her crew enough for their service, and especially for not taking advantage of a situation that could have been much worse and much more expensive for me. They will try and get you for all you got. They charged me $50 to replace a licence plate light bulb for my state inspection, something that I could have done myself. They also wanted to flush my break fluid for the inspection. Now...now..even I know that is not required for the inspection!

I have been going to Tires, Etc. for a few years and I have been very satisfied with everything that they have done on my car. I have never had a bad experience. When you go in to have your car serviced they listen to you and dont talk down to you when describing or explaining any issue. I believe that they are very fair and reasonable with their prices. I feel like they are more than ready to help resolve any problems or questions that I have with my car. I always recommend Tires Etc. when someone asks me if I know of a good mechanic.

The service Manager Jake was great, he explained everything to me before any work was started. The prices are reasonable, service was fast and efficient. I was in and out in about a hour and half. I would come back for more tires for my other cars.

It is hard to find tires cheaper than at tire etc, but they make a strong attempt to increase their profit margin by adding fees and telling you you need to have things done that aren’t really needed. I was told my rear shocks were leaking. I took my truck to my mechanic and he told me the shocks were dirty but not leaking. My first and last time to this place. Buy tires but have your mechanic check your vehicle before having work done. They told my cousin he needed shocks to when he didn’t.

Place is shady as hell took my car to get inspected.my car was in perfect condition and then I get call saying my car failed inspection due to broken tail light my tail light was in perfect condition when dropped off didnt take responsibility for it so never will go there beware!!!!!!

Had appointment to come in for inspection and three new tires for 930 in morning. Got there at 915. The only reason I came here is because they have my tires for my truck the cheapest. They price charge is crazy ! They said I needed a low beam headlight bulb for inspection which is 50 dollars plus labor . When I asked how much it would be for three tires and inspection they said 439.00 now its 269.00 more and the only thing that was added was the bulb. What a ripe off! Dont go here! Your better off going to a dealer. A waste of my four hours. Alot of workers in the building but not enough mechanics . Associates answering their owe phones at counter when waiting on customers. They had to call dealer to ask about a customers part for car and put the dealer on hold to answer their owe phone. Very unprofessional! I didnt know what I needed for inspection until three hours in the job. Very unprofessional! Never again!!!

I would recommend tires etc. I had two tires,wheel alignment, oil change and 30,000 mile coverage warranty on my tires for an affordable price. James, my salesperson was very friendly and made it easy for me to understand everything that I had done on my vehicle.

Very nice people work at this location. They have a super clean bathroom and they offer complimentary coffee, water and soda! I recommend them after my first visit. I got an inspection and 4 brand new tires.

Dishonest! I have always gotten my tires here bc they have the best prices that I have found. Today I brought my car in to have a tire inspected for damage I thought it might have sustained on the inside rear. I was told that the car didnt just need a new tire, it needs new shocks as well. The total would be $700.What they did not know was that just 3 weeks ago I had front end work done by a real mechanic. I had gotten several estimates done before doing the work. I specifically asked each mechanic that looked at the truck if the shocks were ok - everyone said they were fine! I called those mechanics back today after getting the recommendation from Tires Etc. I was again told that the shocks were fine. I called and asked Lisa, the manager at Tires Etc, to explain the discrepancy and all she could say is that mechanics each use their own discretion when making recommendations.So good luck to anyone who needs to trust these guys because what is recommended wont necessarily be what is needed. Nice out, Lisa! I recommend you be more honest with your customers, but I know thats as likely as me replacing perfectly good shocks.

Stay away! Super ripoff prices and Lisa is a problem. Brought my own parts in to have them do the install and they tried to make up the cost reduction by adding outrageous labor prices and exaggerated job hours. Total came out to literally double what the job would cost at a legit place. Heard good things about one of their mechanics but didnt expect them to try to rob me like that. Told them not gonna happen give me my keys back and im taking my business elswhere.

Our first experience was excellent, but then things changed. This was the first time i used them to change breaks and rotors. I’ve always took my car to the dealership and used dealership parts for my car. 2 weeks after getting my back break installed, the car was dragging as if the breaks were locked. I took the car back to them, and the manager proceeded to tell me that i now needed a new hydrolic break hose because it “collapsed” (with no further explanation) $400. Mind you, i just paid them $600 2 weeks prior for the work on the breaks. She gave me this analysis without even removing the tire saying “the wheels spin the the air so it’s not the breaks” The manager then says it’s “wear and tear”. My next question was why wasn’t this noticed when you did a break fluid flush, new rotors, and break pads? (No response). I didn’t feel comfortable with her knowledge of cars, so i took it for a 2nd opinion at the dealership.... Guess What? The entire break hydrolic system was completely fine!! The issue was the breaks they used. They wouldn’t even warranty my tires because my job requires me to do a lot of driving!! They tell me this months after already having the tires. I went in to have them replace the tire because it had a bubble in it. I will not bring my car back to them. When i presented an issue to them they were not concerned, customer service wasn’t that great, and did not check to see if maybe they were the cause of my issue. All they wanted was my money. They may be a good company, but i definitely had a bag experience. Hope this is helpful

I got bad experience from the person on the counter and a mechanic at Clifton Height store. I went for a flat tire fix because I have road hazardous package, he recommended some other work need to done, I said to him I need to go to work. But he said 20 minutes he and the mechanic talking each other, 5 minutes job he hold me another 1.5hr I think i refuses to do the other job he recommended that may be the reason, The person on the counter has some kind of attitude.

Good prices, and there tires are always in stock.

Oh this place... they will find SOMETHING to charge you for... even with a road hazard warranty. They charge ridiculous prices for replacement parts. $11 for a lug nut. I could get a set of 20 for the price of 2 of those. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
