Very disappointed in the time it took to get my car serviced today. My appointment was at 9:40 a.m., and I got there at 9:30 a.m. The serviceman told me it would be about an hour . . . that they were a little behind. Okay . . . no problem I told him. So at 11:00 am (1.5 hours later) I went and inquired about my car, as I needed to be in Republic for another appointment at 11:40 a.m., and (when I scheduled it) thought that would be PLENTY of time to allow. He said it would probably be another 30 minutes! Needless to say, I had to cancel my 11:40 a.m. appointment. I talked with another lady who was still waiting for her car, and she told me that she had gotten her way early for her appointment at 9:00 a.m! I was finally told my car was done being serviced at 11:42 a.m., but then I had to wait a while longer for them to run it through the car wash. I finally left Reliable Subaru service department at 12:00 p.m. which was a full two hours and 30 minutes after I arrived. If I hadnt already paid for a service agreement when I purchased the car earlier this year. I would not be back! I can only hope that things are running a little another next time.
