These guys lifted my Dodge Ram and they did an excellent job. I wasnt sure what to expect. The vehicle is 10 years old. With its age it comes with challenges you dont really plan for. They ran into issues with seized bolts, bushings and connections. It took longer than expected but they handled it very professionally, kept me well informed and did me a solid on the price. Finally... Queen City Motors: Friendly, professional, capable; they did what 7 of the so-called best Autoshops in Springfield couldnt seem to manage and had my car back on the road in one day. Impressed.

Run...dont do businesss with this used car saleman! Chris the owner cost my wife almost $600 after she took her q7 audi to get oil changed. By the time she got home the oil was pouring out onto our drive way. He refuses to pay and have it fixed and we refuse to take it back to Queen City

2 months later,Made an appointment and took the in car for state inspection. Took an hour. New management. Was told 2 months ago it has no safety issues. Now it needs $600+ to pass.2 months ago,This is a great, straight forward shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They serviced my car quickly and at a great price. They also went over all the other details of its current condition (with no up-selling), just the facts. Thanks guys!

I personally worked for this company you shouldnt bring your car here it wont get fixed they will install parts you dont need and still charge you for it they will keep your car for weeks because don will only install the cheapest parts he can find or they will be used from a junk yard... AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL DO YOU THE SAME WAY THEY DID ME!

This is my first visit here for an inspection. I dont usually mind waiting but they had me in and out. Im very happy with the quality and service. Nice workers and staff. They answered all my questions and were friendly.

Reasonable and fast. Personable management too. Transparent and honest as well, no need for concern as you can literally look out waiting room window and see them work. It was a good experience.

I like having an appointment since I am always very busy. I had complete service, oil change for my Chevy Malibu. There was hardly any waiting and it only took about 20 minutes. Good services and good Technicians. They told me of air sensor issue with one of tire air pressure sensor. They fixed for me also. They are good service and very prompt with appointments.

No one was wearing masks. The man at front kept coughing. Extremely unprofessional and scary.

I had my vehicle towed there around 4:30 pm and they looked at it the next day. They called us and told us that it would be done around noon. We got there around 1:15 and was told it be at least 45 min because the part was not correct. He then told me it was because I had my motor replaced before and thats why they had the wrong part. We bought the car brand new off the lot with no other owners. I noticed that the two men working on it were watching their phone while working on my car. I informed him that I lived an hour away and I has my three kids in the car and he didnt seem to care at all. We came back an hour and 25 min later because they never called and he said they just got done. He then proceeded to tell me that the part they replaced also had been replaced before even though we have never had that done. They have an advertisement about discounts for law enforcement and healthcare so I asked about it. He said he already gave me a discount. The receipt that was given didnt have anything itemized so I have no clue how much or if any discount or how much labor cost. I will not be taking any of my vehicles there. And on top of everything, there was no sanitizer anywhere and he coughed several times all over my stuff, with the covid -19 pandemic thats pretty scary.

Great place to go!!! Been taking my car someplace else and wasnt happy. Not only did they tell me the issues the manager walked me out and showed me and told me what was needed now and what could wait till later. Ill be having all my cars worked on at queen city service center.

I bought a car in January and 2 days later the engine blew, the car was taken to Queen City Motors Service Center to have a new motor put in. I didnt get the car back until late March. When I got the car back it wasnt driving right, the rpms would jump when coasting down the road foot off the gas and 2 lights came on that werent there before I took it to them the service traction control and service stabilitrac. They told me to drive it for 500 miles and bring it back, when I did they found that it was a censor but said that they dont know why the 2 service lights would be on I ended up taking it to my moms mechanic who we have used since I was a kid and they found out that it was 2 censors that needed replaced and on top of that the abs light came in and they saw that whomever pull the old engine out wasnt experienced at all because there are so many things that are loose or have been pushed and pulled and not put back in correctly when pulling the engine.Worst service center ever but Queen City Motors where I bought the car is outstanding.

Roy is the BEST. He goes above and beyond with his customer service. I’m not saying annoy him and call him and 1555x like I did, but they are fast once you get your car in. I would recommend.

I highly recommended them and if ever back in town adm need something, this is the shop Ill be going to! I had goneto the auto zone off sunshine near enterprise. Let them know the issue I was having and wondered if it was just my battery. All three of them seemed confused and without looking and doing a diagnostic test they told me it sounded more electrical. I asked for a recommendation for a shop and Queen City is where they directed me. The girl inside was real sweet, let me know she didnt know if theyd have time that it being Saturday and is a short work day, but wanted me to talk with the owner, Ryan and let him know my problem since I was about to head out on my 4hr drive home. Ryan was nice and helpful! He was very confident when he looked and said hed have me on the road in five minutes. Super simple fix of just some loose connections. Car ran great, my daughter and I made it home safely without any problems!!!

Had a problem with my AC, they worked me in that day, diagnosed the issue and got back to me quickly.Edit: One of my AC seals has been slowly leaking since the repair.They also performed an exhaust repair for me in early May of 2018. This repair was incomplete. There was a broken bracket that was not replaced. I discovered it when removing the exhaust manifold, it may have contributed to the damage to the manifold due to the lack of vibration dampening.
