I had an amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was moving out of the state soon and I needed my brakes fixed fast. I believe the person who typically works on brakes was on vacation but Alex made a call and had the service done for me that day. I couldn’t be more appreciative. 10/10 experience

I came in today try do the tire rotation service, and then they told me the lift doesn’t work. Disappointed that, hopefully they can fix it ASAP.

If I could give them less stars I wouldThey have two linesI pulled in at the same time and as another person. I went to one line and the other person goes into the other line. Personal choice- I didn’t make them choose that line. When the line I chose moved quicker they let the other person cut me. I asked the man to close my hood and left. Customer service is horrible.

I was very impressed with how efficient and helpful the service team was when I went for a recent oil change. It was my first visit since the pandemic started and we stayed in our car, they were all wearing masks and they were very communicative about what they were doing and asked if I wanted different filters checked and they even cleaned our windows. I’m very happy with their service and professionalism.

Whenever I go there to get my oil changed, they are always so professional and kind. They are also very quick, efficient and thorough in what they do. It’s not one of my favorite things to do, but they make it a very relaxing!

I had a oil change done this morning this location is so great! Great customer service great guys working there. They let you know what all should/needs to be done before they start. It was the easiest fastest process I’ve ever been through. It’s the little things that matter the most. One gentleman even opened my car door for me as it was time to leave. I stopped in for a signature service on Saturday morning. The staff was very friendly, and although it was a busy day, they kept things moving very efficiently! They gave me helpful recommendations for my car, and did an excellent job vacuuming and cleaning my windows. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they had a fresh pot of coffee brewing. I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Good service, nice smiling employees. I can tell they are working as a highly functional team.

This was my first time using them and the process was very smooth. They had the best reviews and deserve it. I got an oil change and they recommend a tire rotation as well but said everything else was fine. It was a bit expensive but they also do complementary services like filling up your washer fluid and checking your lights. Over all happy and will definitely be back.

They always do a great job and a quick one. I bring all my cars to Jiffy Lube and have never had a problem with them. Also, I can always go online and get a $8 coupon on every oil change I get.

This was my first visit to this location. Despite being in a crowded business area at lunchtime, they got my car in, serviced, and out the door in ~20 minutes. They were professional and tried minimal upselling. In fact, they suggested regular oil with an additive instead of my usual full synthetic, which saved me about $50 and will still be good for at least 5,000 miles.They also automatically applied a military discount without me asking, as I was in uniform.

The communication with the guys working on the vehicle was fantastic. I usually change my oil with full synthetic and it costs around $40 with the oil and the filter at Advanced Auto. I came here and told them to do it with full synthetic and they said that the price was +$100... that’s crazy. But they gotta make money somehow. So I opted for conventional, which costs $50 for everything. If you knew how good synthetic was for your vehicle you would opt for it every time. Great service but price is crazy if you know how to do it yourself. I was just having a laid back day.

I have had my pil changed here on 3 different cars for over 2 years now. I love this crew and how wonderfully kind they are, how efficient they are and how patient they are. I have a toddler who can be screechy and rowdy and theyre always so nice even when hes being ridiculous.Plus the coffee is always fresh. 😂

Ive been coming to this place for many years. It hasnt changed much. They still continue to give good service, they dont try to upsell too much, and its conveniently located in Springfield. Although I have to start going to my dealership due to my warranty maintenance plan, I would recommend this place to others for sure.

So they stripped my oil drain plug on the first trip. Mistakes happen, possibly because they are too jiffy. I’ve changed my own oil many times and have never stripped a plug. In any case, the assistant manager was very nice and explained the situation. He asked me to come back in a couple days when the manager was in, as he was very good at this sort of problem. I went back, they changed the oil and they acted like I hadn’t been there twice and there was never an issue. It cost me two afternoons instead of one; I guess I was hoping for a discount. They wouldn’t even honor a coupon I had in an email because it wasn’t for their store. Eh.

I’ve been totally scammed, and there’s no real solution, so I’m taking to the internet. In July 2019, I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Springfield, Virginia, for an oil change. I’ve double-checked my receipt and paid $149 for an oil change, tire rotation, and replacement filters. On Friday, 4/24/20, I was driving home from picking up our CSA, and my car began to shudder. It was jerking, and suddenly the check engine and emergency brake light turned on. Today I took it to a trusted mechanic (Lorton Auto) and quickly received a call that my engine was ceasing and the oil was sludge. The only possible explanation is that Jiffy Lube didn’t actually change my oil. Luckily Lorton Auto caught it, and I’ll have my car back tonight, but it’s safe to say I’ll never go to another Jiffy Lube again!

I went here for the first time because I was in a hurry and they had no wait. At Jiffy lube i got fast, good service at a great price. The staff is friendly, the waiting room is clean and warm with good coffee. What more could you ask for?

My experience with Jiffy Lube was very disappointing. First of all the wait time was atrocious for a simple oil change. They stated 30 minutes it went onto over an hour.When they stated they were finished I went to open my car and the door handle was extremely greasy. On top of that, my steering wheel was also greasy. This is not professional at all. I had to clean my car myself for this dirty work.On top of this, they failed to reset my maintenance notification on my dashboard, resulting me to have to make a trip back to have them correct this, wasting my time and making me late for work.I spoke with the manager, Chris Trenner, and he provided absolutely nothing in accommodation to his terrible service. My car was dirty and greasy post service, they failed to reset my maintenance and wasted my time with excessive wait times.I hope this location takes this review seriously because I am truly disappointed.

Paid $90 for synthetic oil and they “forgot” to clean the oil leaking from underneath the car and it leaked all over my driveway. I took it back the next day and the best the manager could do was say, “my bad...sorry.” I won’t be coming back here for an oil change.

Jiffy lube always does an awesome job. However, after my last experience I got on the highway and my hood was not latched all the way and was violently shaking. I had to stop on the side of the highway and close my hood. This is not indicative of their work, just an oversight.

Ray greeted me and Jose assisted me I was in and out for an oil change in a few minutes. Very fast and efficient. Nice guys, they didnt try to sell me anything or recommended anything crazy. I appreciate it and I will be back. Cost me around $40.

If I could give a 0 I would. Went here a month ago, since then I noticed an oil leak from under my car that got worse and worse. Took it to my local dealership today and they said that whoever changed my oil last was supposed to replace the seal on the oil filter (which should happen every time) which they [Jiffy Lube] did not. This along with failing to fully secure the oil plug has caused a leak in the lower oil pan gasket which is now a nice $400+ repair. I will never take my car to a jiffy lube again and this Jiffy Lube obviously doesnt know what theyre doing and I advise to never go to this location.

Great management! Always take my car here and after the last change my car was in the shop due to a small mistake during the oil change. Marvin the manager invested himself to make sure the repairs were reimbursed. This station does great jobs, but most importantly look out for you if there are ever any issues. More than impressed!

Ive been a customer for a while and its clear to me that their attention to customer service comes from the top down because Ive been to a few different stores and have been impressed with the service. They will tell you what they think you need to do for your car but if you opt out there is no pressure. Its just the way a service place should be.

Sunday Sept 1st am..... i pulled up to front of Springfield Va Jiffy Lube . I intended to go inside to obtain a cost estimate. I didnt make it 2 feet from my vehicle. An associate had anticipated my objective and had come out to the parking lot to address my query.Now, this encounter is what Im SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED WITH. All the particulars that transpire once your vehicle is serviced is What customers EXPECT. Thats why theyre here.However, to have a knowledgeable associate stride out to the parking lot with a sense of URGENCY ..... IS QUITE FRANKLY ... UNEXPECTED!!! Ive not seen this type of customer APPRECIATION since early 80s.Ill Elaborate.... Aside from being a smooth salesman... This Guy made me feel like I AM AT THE PLACE.... THE ONLY PLACE I EVER NEED TO GO FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF MY VEHICLE.I left to take care of some errands and decided to extract said associates name. As i pulled up i figured i may as well take care of things now.I was directed to a bay and before i exited my vehicle i was greeted, quite pleasantly by another associate. Would you BELIEVE this guy took the same amount of interest, was as knowledgeable, and a smooth salesman . I say this because there is a difference between a hard sell and plain ol OLD FASHION HONESTY .I am So IMPRESSED.... That i am at a loss for words. Ive always had great service at this location, and with Jiffy Lube as a whole. For years all of my cars have been serviced by Jiffy Lube once my factory standard packages expire. Unfortunately, this last trip to Jiffy Lube has me looking elsewhere for service, possibly a different location, or just a new company itself. I brought my BMW in for an oil change, and was told everything checked out fine, topped off my fluids as usual, and checked my tire pressure. I was told I had a good 36 psi in the front, and 39 psi in the rear. I made it maybe 5 miles down the road, and my diagnostic system told me my rear tire pressure was low. I pulled over to check and my rear left tire was nearly flat. I had to go directly to a gas station and air up my tire before damage could occur. So despite the years of great service, carelessness, such as what was experienced yesterday, is enough to have me not wanting to service any more of my vehicles with Jiffy Lube. Had it not been for my in car diagnostics, I would have gone on the freeway, and could have had major damage to my vehicle, and if an accident occurred, I could have been injured. So thank you for your previous quality of service, but no thank you for any further work from this now former customer.

I took it to Jiffy Lube for an oil and filter change. I drove it out of the parking lot, and had to turn around because the check engine light and large red diamond light came on. I turned around and went back to Jiffy Lube to let the know there was a problem. They said they did not know what went and they took it to Toyota for service.I ended paying 400.00 for an oil change. 200.00 for a rental car, 125.00 to Toyota, and 111.00 to Jiffy Lube. Toyota said Jiffy Lube probably did something to drain the battery, but we could not prove it. I will never go there again.

Talk about a fast pleasant surprise!! I came in thinking a synthetic oil change would be outrageous but ended up being totally affordable. Customer service was beyond superb completely professional with personable touches! The sitting area is not anything special. They do have complimentary coffee as well as great WiFi. Just ask for the pw. Antoine was totally knowledgeable explained everything in detail and I felt so happy and taken care of! They topped off my fluids vacuumed and had me on my way in less than 15 min!! I could’ve been lucky but Antoine was extremely diligent and I can’t say that this is not the way he is on the daily!! Everytime I visit the Springfield Backlick Rd Jiffy Lube I receive efficient and curious service. The most recent time I asked for an opinion about the overall appearance of my tires. I had just replaced a tire elsewhere and was told I needed to replace the other three. My JL technician told they were fine, no need of replacement. My mind was put as ease with this gesture of going the extra mile!

I just stopped by the other day to have the fluids in my vehicle topped off and tire pressure checked. They were pretty busy, but got me in and out quickly. What was really a nice touch was as I was going out to my car one of the gentlemen in the car bays came running out and said I have to get your car door for you! That really made an impression on me and I could tell he was genuine. I said oh no dont worry about it. Then he said Yes, I want to because I want you to come back! Nice touch whoever owns this particular store!

Service was good, but I was cleaning my car today sunday 09/08/19 and noticed that the windshield washer fluid wasnt filled and the report said that it was, coolant level said was ok and is not is lower, the after service check looks like is not good and also that no one check after the service was performed.
