First Class Customs was a great to work with when it came to purchasing a Sprinter. Jerry Dutcher their Sales Manager came in on a Saturday over a holiday weekend to give us a factory tour. He walked us through their entire process and answered every question we had. There were no sales tactics that they tried to deploy on us. He just answered all our questions and presented us with all the different options available to us (which are virtually endless).There came a point where the purchase had to be delayed on our end and Jerry was very understanding and just waited until we were ready to buy.Delivery was recently taken of a brand new Sprinter and the response from clients has been shocking. The client base is high-end and used to luxury products. Every client who has stepped foot in the vehicle has been blown away at the quality, amenaties and luxury inside the Sprinter.
