If you own an RV on a Mercedes Sprinter, go to Exline instead of the Mercedes dealership (who charge WAY too much). They don’t advertise work on RV’s, but they do it. The prices were fair. They did Service B, some minor repairs and 5 tires (with alignment) for what the dealership would have charged for just Service B. They didn’t try to hit me up for nonsense work. And they got all the work done in a day. Helpful, nice people.

She signs you up for text message updates including url to full details, notes, pictures of the inspection the tech fills out ( so you see exactly what they see and goes over everything and anything you don’t understand) She prioritizes things needs to be done ASAP, soon, or good condition. Exline are true professionals and knows customer service! I have 2020 Silverado and they installed a lift kit, wheels, and tires for me. Wheels and tires, I purchased on my own, but the wheels did not fit properly and immediately notified me. Because of their professionalism and experience, I was able to return wheels for they knew not to mount tires and wheels without verifying proper fitment. THANK YOU Exline! Exline continued to impress me for they price matched wheels from vendor whom I was going to purchase through and so I purchased through Exline. Ive been here a few times and wanted to leave a note about how happy I am with their service. Liz is clear and through, theres not a doubt that the service will be done right. They also have this really cool text messaging system. It just sends you a message when your car is ready for pickup!

Exline did an amazing job for me helping me build my truck.I sent them what I wanted and provided my vision of how I wanted my truck to look, and then they brought it to life! They found all of my parts for me and then did an amazing job with the installation of my suspension, wheels, tires, custom bumper, and even the wiring for LED bar/fog lights. The communication was great throughout the entire process! My 2019 Ranger now looks better than I imagined, drives smooth, and turns a lot of heads! I will use them for the remainder of my build and would highly recommend!

Exline did an excellent job replacing my old, failing transmission with a Jasper transmission in my 2005 4Runner. George and Liz were very responsive to my emails and Liz kept me updated throughout the entire job. I have been an Exline customer for 10+ years covering at least 6 cars for myself and my children ! They have been amazing at everything they have done for me to include transmissions, brakes, batteries, tires, oil changes, inspections, damage to cars tied to accidents, checking out used cars before I bought them etc etc. They are honest and very professional. They are great at letting me know something may need a repair in the future but they don’t make me feel like I need to do it right away. My children, who are now adults, are also customers. They allow me to make appointments and they are always on time. I have never felt they overcharged me. I recommend them HIGHLY!!

I drove from Delaware to get an emissions test for a fleet vehicle. When I got to the place that I had an appointment at the tech quit so they couldnt perform test, so the shop manager told me Exline does it but you have to have an appointment. I drove to Exline where I met Liz. Told what happened she took my keys and performed the test immediately and I was back on the road to Delaware in 9 minutes. This is by far the best experience Ive ever had especially since I came from Delaware, had no appointment and was serviced immediately. The residents of Springfield, Virginia should USE this shop. I have a lifted Silverado with 375/45 on 22x14s, no other shop from Northern Virginia to Richmond could seem to mount and balance tire and wheels of this size other than Exline. I attempted one shop and left $200 out of pocket with a simple explanation that they could not help me. Exline took pictures, videos and fixed my issue for half the cost. They will definitely be getting more of my service to include several buddies who also partake in Offroad toys and trucks. Much appreciated.

My vehicle required emergency maintenance which involved the installation of a brand new radiator, and Exline was able to get me back on the road same day! This company took me in as a new customer and showed me the upmost professionalism and expertise and didnt try to price gouge me or rip me off! My car broke down on I-95 on my way to work, and the owner allowed me the freedom to set up my laptop and work right there in the shop, giving me frequent updates throughout the day on the status of my vehicle. Exline turned a nightmare automotive situation into a best case scenario, and they did it with a smile and focus on me as the customer. For the first time, I actually trust an automotive company, and I will definitely be a returning customer!

George was very helpful and worked out a bunch of options for me when I wanted to level my truck on a budget and get bigger tires. He was very open about everything and even willing to wait a few weeks extra for a part that ended up not working out. I waited in the shop for the truck to be done and both he and Liz made sure it was a pleasant experience making sure I had anything I could need while waiting. Gabe did the work on my truck and got it done a lot quicker than I had expected and even took the time to come out and ask which sidewall I wanted to face out. To top it off George emailed me to apologize for not coming out to thank me even though I know he was hard at work for a project whose deadline was approaching quickly. All around an awesome experience from start to finish and I would definitely go back!

After my experience with Exline Automotive, Im never going to another location again! Exline Auto system is very streamline. You make an appointment online, they text you when your car is brought into the garage, they text you when its done and ready for pick up, and they have an online report of the entire inspection for you.The online report has Red(immediate attention), Yellow(soon to be issues), and Green(no issue) notifications for each part of the car. If there is an issue, they will take a picture of the damage so you know what is happening behind the scenes.This location is very honest and they will explain to you what you need and dont need. They wont try to take your money or cause future harm for your car.Liz was extremely helpful during this entire process. I will be returning and recommending this location to all my family and friends!

Meh. First repair was fine, but I think I accepted and paid the bill too quickly... which made them think my pockets were bottomless. My second attempts and quotes for repairs were ridiculous and had unnecessary labor and parts. Went somewhere else and was happy paying 1/5 the price to fix something.

I needed to add a rear suspension kit to help with towing my travel trailer. Originally I opted for the Roadmaster Kit. After speaking with George he decided that the Air Lift Wireless one system with on board compressor would be perfect. Had it installed and it works flawlessly. Excellent service and will definitely do further business. George is a consumate professional and personally did my install. Highly recommend them for any service needs!

Just like the off-road side, Exline auto crushed it. Went in for a state inspection and somehow my online booking got messed up but the team there got me in at the same time and made sure I got serviced. They didnt upsell me on anything, took the time to top off fluids to ensure I passed, and kept me informed the entire step of the way. Also rotated the tires while on the lift and my jeep is smoother on the highway. Staff is always friendly, respectful, and have my best interest in mind while servicing my vehicle.

Ive been bringing my truck here for service for the past 3 years since a PCS move to the area. The service has been consistently excellent and theyve never tried to push a service onto me I didnt need. Our family does all the regular services for both our Tacoma and Q5 here; theyve done well with tires, oil changes brakes and tires. Always a great experience with the Exline team. We consistently take our cars here and really wouldnt trust anyone else, especially with our kids vehicles. You can safely send your young adults here for service and Exline will never recommend made up or uncessary repairs. Twice now I tried to get a dealership to diagnose and fix difficult problems with newer cars and neither could do it. First time with Exline and they never quit until they accurately foind each issue and made the necessary repairs.My only wish is that they were open on Saturdays but that is a small price to pay for such a great team.

We have conducted busisness twice with Exline and we love it. I had 35 in. tires mounted and balance here, they also did my alignment. Everyone is super nice willing to listen to you and your any request you might have. For example ive had plenty of bad experiences with shops that using air guns and have over torque lugs. I requested if they could please do it manually and they said no problem. Its nice when a shop listen to its customers. They prices are very affordable. They even have a points program that we just found about. Check them out.

This place is a class act! Brought my Jeep in for an alignment after Pep Boys failed to get it done after three attempts. Liz was terrific up front and the mechanic, Gabe, had it driving perfectly straight with a perfectly centered steering wheel in less than 45 minutes. I should have come here to begin with. Exline Knows Engines! Great place, Liz and George provide great customer service. But key to me is they know engines, and take a holistic approach to getting things fixed. I had a problem with my engine a few months back where another garage said I needed to replace the engine due to no compression in one of the cylinders. I took to Exline for 2nd opinion. They did background research on vehicle and truck and told me of history with these kinds of engines and diagnosed the problem to be much less extensive - rocker arm became unattached. Fixed for less than $300, vs $5,000 or more for new engine.Again, recently had problem that a friend suggested was head gasket and would need major engine work. This time, I went directly to Exline. With a little background research and knowing the history of the engine for my vehicle, they were able to suggest and do a much less expensive repair. Oh, and besides engine work, they do all the other basic repairs. I have transmission serviced and a few other items.On more thing I like about Liz and George is that they dont push you into things. They work with you on timing and tell you want is critical or can wait, and in my case, dont mind or push back when I tell them that I do my own oil changes.

Took my Jeep over to get a life kit installed. I did some shopping around first and went with Exline because of how quick George was to respond and the excellent reviews. They needed to order an extra part at the last minute and stayed after hours to make sure I got my car back by the weekend, which impressed me the most. I went to this place today September 11 2020 for Emission test for my customer car and the lady at front desk said our inspector is busy and we only do by the appointment by the way I am Inspector myself too but right now we don’t have Emission facility at our shop,And I asked the lady I said I don’t see any line up there the Emission and inspection should have to deal with lining up people that was very unprofessional answer they can lose their Emissions station by doing that and definitely I will report this to DEQ.Not recommending this place for anything.

Ive taken my car in numerous times for routine maintenance (oil changes), check engine lights, 50K mile service, state inspection, etc. and Ive never been disappointed.George and Liz are always courteous and keep you up to date on any repairs being done to the car. The prices are reasonable and generally under what other shops or dealerships will charge for the same work. I will continue to take my car to Exline because they have earned my trust and always produce quality results.
