After calling every place on Campbell for a state inspection they were able to see me today.Service was wonderful and the owner is one of the sweetest realist people you will meet.Highly recommend this place for all your car needs!

They are always so friendly! They were able to find what’s wrong with my engine when another local business couldn’t. They do not overcharge nor do they look for a bunch of other things wrong so you will bring your car back. They are also a full service Gas station which is awesome when it’s cold or when you just don’t feel like getting out of your car! I highly recommend them!

Ive had used cars Im considering buying checked over for a reasonable price, and a few minor things addressed. I appreciate that they are in my neighborhood, locally owned, and friendly. I got a straight puncture in the tread of one my back tires. They plugged it, quickly and at a very reasonable price. I really love this business. I just wish they did a few Saturday hours.

Quality repair work. I have taken several cars here for repairs and they have never done anything but excellent work. They are honest, friendly and very helpful. Sometimes long waits for oil changes or inspections, but other than that, no drawbacks. Its also a locally owned and operated business.

They do have nice people but charging me 85.00 for the computer readout and putting oil in my car did not fix it. I ended up stalling in Ozark and getting the piston coil and sparkplug replaced. it should have been repaired the, first time.I had to pay 183.00 because of the problem in Ozark,. Oil wasnt the issue. Thats almost 300.00 for a SS recipient. I wont go there again.

Absoulty the best my company uses their services but the few times i have been it has sold me on my personal needs as well

They will try and talk you into things you do not need. Ex. I have had a slow leak in my power steering for 5 years.....Costs me 15 dollars a year for more power steering fluid. Tried to tell me I needed an 800 part, or, my car would run off the road.Before that, my ignition key would not open my door....Asked Chip Wagner { the owner} if there was an easy way to fix it....This old gal that had worked there for years, started to tell me about graphite, and, Chip, shussed her, right in front of me, like I was stupid, then tried to sell me a whole new lock system.Graphite worked. Go there at your own risk.

Had car trouble while traveling through Springfield, MO. Friends recommended Brentwood Service Center, so I took my car there. Chip was extremely honest and informative. While he was not able to fix the problem (due to complicated axle problems which required a specialty shop) he was able to correctly diagnose the problem and give me good advice as how to proceed with repairs. It is refreshing to deal with someone like Chip, who could have easily taken me for a lot of money.

I am a secretary at a nearby church. We have an older congregation with many older ladies that have lost husbands over the years. I had a parishioner come into my office all a flutter about a light that had come on on her dashboard. I went out to look at it and it was the low tire pressure sensor light. It had gotten colder over the past few days and the air pressure was a little low in her tires. She was just so worried, she said that she didnt know how to check the pressure or even how to put air in her tires. I directed her to the Brentwood Service Center on Glenstone and Seminole. She got in her car and off she went. She had been gone for about 20 minutes, when I heard the door open up and in she walked with a huge smile on her face! She had stopped back by the church just to thank me for sending her to Brentwood! She did go up to the station and said that the nicest man had helped her by checking the tire pressure and then putting the air in all 4 of her tires! He did advise her that soon she might need a rotation, but that it could wait for a while. She said that all the personnel were dressed like mechanics and she had felt very comfortable there. She said that she didnt even know that service stations like Brentwood still existed, with all the self serv, pump your own gas stations around, Brentwood was a wonderful change to happen on. She will be going back to visit Chip (manager and mechanic that helped her out) to have her tires rotated in the future and will be using their services for other auto needs as they come up. GREAT JOB, CHIP!! It is rare for a business to make such an impression on someone in this day and time. Thanks again!

Full service at no extra charge. Ill repeat that. Full service, they want to check your oil, they want your business and ill be honest, this place looks shady from the street but just as soon as you cross their threshhold they are saints and angels just working for a living. Good honest people.

Was looking for a repair place nearby my house. This seemed like it could be a friendly local place. I tried them out twice and was not satisfied either time. Not very friendly either.
