I had our motor in our Ford edge replaced. I am very pleased with the work they have done. Very professional experience. They where quick to complete the job. Also had me come back to have the vehicle looked at after 500 miles to make sure that everything was running properly. When I took it back they checked the brakes and done a routine inspection just to double check. I would highly recommend Bohannon auto service to anyone and will definitely return my vehicle with any other issues that arise with my vehicle.

Brilliant service! They offered a detailed cost breakdown over the phone and quoted a fair price on the ever obnoxious to repair PT Cruiser.Once in the shop they found the actual issue (after 3 different shops couldnt) and repaired it quickly and fairly priced.They have a secure parking lot and a very welcoming, child friendly waiting room.They even offered advice on my truck which ended up being dont service it and lots of research topics to mull over. We went to them because we were referred. They seem like really nice people, seem to do good, were pleasant to be around. 5 months later we had to have something replaced, that they had replaced. And now less than 1 1/2 year later we have to have something else done, that they did not do correctly. Dealership mechanic is even saying that, this problem were having, doesnt look like Bohannons even touched the issue. Ugh!Best part ((sarcasm)) is the warranty company says its Not covered!! Of course something goes Wrong, AGAIN, and its not covered.So our opinion and experience has definitely changed. 😓

I needed to get my car worked on but really didn’t know where to take it. I had been referred to Bohannons by a friend who has had work done there on his 4Runner. I called and spoke with Kristi...who is super nice by the way...she gave me a ballpark on what to expect to spend. I scheduled it to have it done. They did a great job on my car and came under budget. They gained a new client.

I’ve been looking for a place to take my old vehicles that I can trust to not nickel and dime me to death. I chose Bohannon because of all of the 5 star reviews. At this point, I think I’ve found it. All of the team that I spoke to were so friendly and accommodating. Several issues on my 16 year old Honda were addressed and fixed. I had a question on whether the ac was working quite right. They had me bring it back and drove it multiple times hooked up to diagnostic equipment trying to get it to duplicate my concerns. They were even driving it one last time when I arrived to pick it up! It appears to be working perfectly, just different from the original equipment. They truly went above and beyond and charged me nothing for additional diagnostics. I couldn’t be more pleased and the cost was less than anticipated. I will definitely be back!!

It is great to find a reliable, honest mechanic!!! I have taken multiple vehicles to the and they have always been up front and honest with what NEEDS to be done and what SHOULD be done. Took one vehicle in expecting to have to replace the entire front suspension and they determined that it only needed an alignment (contrary to what I was told by another shop). They always explain what they do or need to do in a way that is understandable to someone who doesnt know much about cars. They have never ripped me off and are usually better priced then any other auto place.

I took my truck to Bohannons to have my windshield wipers fixed, and they managed to make the repairs at a price even lower than the initial quote through location of a refurbished part. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly!

Bohannon is the most professional, thoughtful auto shop I have ever been to. When we first moved here our Alternator went out and based off of a recommendation went to them for help and they fixed it quick! So I knew when my truck was having some tune up issues last month exactly where to take it! They fixed it and I got it back the same day even though it was a big job! I couldnt recommend them enough! If you have ANY issues or just need an oil change give them a ring! You wont regret it!

Best mechanic Ive been to by far. Ive been several times and have never felt like theyve tried to take advantage of me. Didnt even try to slide in the obligatory taillight bulb that you dont really need when you get an inspection. The place is clean, the people are friendly, theyre prices are fair and Ive always felt theyve been honest with me. What else can you ask for?

I called to get some prices on a list of things that needs done to my sons car. The lady who answered the phone was completely rude. Like I was bothering her. I said tune up which is on the list and she referred to an import specialist. Theres brakes and other things that need done. I guess my business didnt matter.

This is my go by place. Have been using their service for almost 2 years and never been disappointed. Family oriented business and always helpful with their advise and service whenever you need.

I took my Ford escape to them for a few repairs. I expected it to be a little costly so I budgeted for it. I gave them a list of problems I wanted addressed and mention ed d after the repairs were done I wanted an inspection done as well. They told me they would call me and tell me the cost before they did anything. When they called they quoted me over $2000. I told them i wanted to take it for a second opinion but that i would be by after work to pay the $80 diagnostic fee. When I got there they chathed me $150 because they did an oil change and an inspection (which makes me o sense to me why they would do an inspection before any repairs had been done) . I then took it to d and r auto and all the repairs cost me $413. Over $1500 less then they quoted me.

Wow.My wifes Honda Pilot has been making some tapping/knocking sounds from the bottom of the motor for some time now. I “decided” to have someone look at it since I’m not really interested in deep engine work on a transverse motor vehicle.I called Bohannon’s at 9:00AM on a Friday to see if they could take a look at it sometime in the future. Never been there but it was recommended by a couple of friends.It’s 6:15PM, the Pilot has a new timing belt, component kit and water pump for a very agreeable $790.00 out the door.Can’t beat same day service, or their customer relations. I highly recommend them for any of your auto related needs.Ha! Never thought I’d write a positive review for a shop.

We have been going to Bohannon to service our 2011 Chevrolet HHR for almost 3 years, since moving from another state. They have ALWAYS displayed honesty and integrity. On several occasions they could have charged us for repairs or parts we didnt need and we would have never known. They take the time to explain exactly what needs to be done. EVERY TIME we go to pay our final repair bill it is ALWAYS lower than the original estimate. Bohannons is the best and we have never been disappointed.

Ive only had an inspection and tires replaced here, but I feel Bohannons is a trustworthy mechanic. All of the office employees are friendly. My tires were changed in a reasonable time frame. Darin (the owner) is always buzzing around somewhere. He seems to be very knowledgable. I asked his thoughts on an upcoming service for my truck and he knew what I was talking about before I finished. All other mechanics had no idea what I was talking about. I will continue taking my truck here unless my trust is broken.

I have taken my 95 Civic to Bohannons for several years. They are very thorough when they diagnose an issue and always explain a problem in detail so I can decide whether to limp her along or fix the root of the issue. On my most recent trip, they told me my water reservoir wasnt returning fluid to the radiator, a problem I didnt even know existed b/c the temp gauge wasnt indicating any signs of trouble. These are guys wholl take you into the shop and look under the hood with you and explain things in laymans terms. They are happy to work you in when they can, and I know they treat their employees well b/c Ive been seeing the same guys there for years. They do shuttles if you need a ride somewhere after dropping your car off, or you can hang in their cozy lobby and sip complimentary tea or coffee with all the fixings. Ive been in SGF since 2000 and mechanic-hopped for years until I found this business. Highly recommend.

When my car died, I had my car towed to Bohannons. As a single professional I am extremely busy and I have been ripped off on numerous occasions by auto repair shops. Everyone at Bohannons was so kind, patient and honest. They advised me that my car would need a new motor and gave me an excellent quoted price. Over the holiday weekend discovered that I needed a rear wheel bearing,and it was going to be beyond my ability to repair.Monday morning, I started calling around for estimates,debating if I could afford it. Most of the estimate calls were along the lines of well maybe about $$$$ then heeming & hawing Maybe about $$$ well bring it in,and well take a look at it.Called Bohannons,talked to Kristi,and she was straight forward,and very helpful.They squeezed me in,got me out the same day,and was a few dollars less than their estimate they quoted me. How rare is that? I hate to bring my vehicles in for service,I prefer to do all my own repairs.
