Received an offer in the mail for a software upgrade from Mazda. The other Mazda dealership in the area whose address was on the offer doubted my word and asked for picture proof which I emailed. I was never contacted by them after sending the email. Bill Marines service department asked me to simply bring in the post card and took care of it on-site immediately. I’m from Columbus, Ohio so I usually take my VW Atlas for service at one of the VW dealerships here. But, I was going to be in Springfield visiting my in-laws for Thanksgiving so figured I would give this dealership a shot cause I needed an oil change, tires rotated and a few recalls completed. I might have to make the drive more often cause it was half the cost of the Columbus dealership. Jeff Miller was honest about everything that was going on with my vehicle and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I did not ask for like the other dealerships always do. Its mine first time here. Usually when I take vehicle in for service its an all day process and it seem they find new issues with the car just so they can charge you for stuff you dont need. Well this is quickest Ive ever been a dealer service shop.
