These guys always pick up the phone (you’d be surprised how hard that is for other stores)The work they do is great! They’ve done a drivers side FW bearing replacement for me, alignment, adjusted all the little things it’s awesome.They use HIGH QUALITY parts (which again you’d be surprised with people wanting to go the cheap route) and give HIGH QUALITY service both in the shop and customer service department.Check them out! And shout out Chief Auto Sports (just a little more down the road) for introducing me to this wonderful shop, I’ll be giving my business to them whenever need be!

Absolutely love Absolute Air and Auto Repair! They were nothing but kind and courteous. Called them to get a second opinion on several things concerning my vehicle. They got my vehicle in really quickly, figured out what was going on with it, suggested a couple of things to fix but then also told me that some things that another auto place said had to be fixed didnt need to be fixed at all! They saved me so much money. I will be returning to them for any vehicle fixes needed and would highly recommend them to anybody in need of vehicle repair!

I spent $over $2000 on my ac, serpentine belt, all 4 mounts and radiator. One week later my starter goes out and charge me extra $90 just to look at it and over $700 to fix. I would of I had a friend looked at it if I knew that. This Shop

Absolute Air & Auto treated me like a family member. They are friendly, honest and very reasonably priced. I have had services performed by their great team and both experiences were top notch. My first service was for AC issue; a couple weeks after the repair my AC had the same symptoms; they repaired the issue at no charge and over a year later I still have no issues. My second service was for an oil leak; the service was quick: my dog and I are a K9 search and rescue team and I had a call out the next day after dropping my vehicle off; the service was completed and the owner opened the shop early so I could participate in a missing person search. Best all around auto service team I have ever known. I have tried quite a few in the area over my 35 years in Springfield

Extremely expense for a basic repair

Went here to get my mother in laws check engine light checked.... it came up as an EVAP leak and was told it would be 130 dollars to diagnose without even showing me his code scanner. Took her truck back home and tightened her gas cap and her CEL light went off.....Being a mechanic repair shop you guys should know that is a common issue?? Maybe you should advise the customer of that common issue rather than pushing a $130 diagnosis during a global pandemic. Will not return 😡

I was driving to my other mechanic shop,when I had a problem, So I call Absolute Air & Auto Repair. Because I know I wouldnt make it there.So I called talk with Mike over the phone. Mike said just drop off in morning so I did. When I walk in their shop and there very sweet people very friendly and nice nice made me happy and comfortable. He called me he said we need to talk. He told what my other mechanic did to my poor van now going cost me 1,800. I wish I should been there with them long time ago.They are Very best HONEST TRUSTING mechanic I ever deal with.IF YOU GO THERE AND SEE MIKE. THAN TELL ME HOW HE DID WORK.Thank Jim

These guys are the best. I had my car towed there once based on a recommendation from the tow truck driver (it was the first time Id needed a mechanic while living in Eugene), and havent been to see anyone else in the 3+ years since. I dont know a lot about cars, so having a mechanic that I trust is invaluable. Brian and Randy are honest, reliable, and always transparent about the extent of work necessary, estimated cost (whenever possible), and time frame - best service Ive ever experienced for auto repair/maintenance, hands down.

I have been going to Absolute Air for nearly 10 years. They do all the work on my vehicles, they are not just an AC repair shop. They are honest, friendly, and wont push you to do work you dont need. These are the guys I recommend to anyone that asks.

Fixed my coolant leak. Which was really bad especially for it being in a chrysler drop top. Brian was up front on everything and willing to work with me financially and in a timely manner to get me back in my car so i could continue going to work.

I take both of my Cars to Absolute air. My previous shop had three tries to fix the AC. On the fourth time I went to Absolute air, they fix it and provide a guarantee that the other shop did not. I had front end trouble on my Van, this where I took the van and they did a great job. The other shop was not able to locate the problem with the front end.

These are great guys to know. Brian and the crew at Absolute Air have been my go to for all my car questions, troubles and needs. They have maintained my Subaru for over 3 years with excellent service and absolute integrity; the latter is hard to find in the world of mechanics. They have also made great recommendations for my car needs that are outside of their services. If you appreciate friendly, honest, well-informed service then I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Even though I didnt have them work on my truck. I would certainly take my new car to them.They professionally diagnosed my issues with my truck and told me exactly what I already knew. Their recommendation was to not put more money into it.They are friendly and dont mind taking the time to talk about you vehicle. Honest, prompt and fair. My girlfriend and I were traveling through the Springfield, Eugene area and involved in a modest collision returning from a short day hike. Brian and the staff had us back on the road the same day we put the car in for repairs. Professional work, very reasonable price. Strongly recommended.

Seems like a nice place at first but I assume now thats only if you get your work done. I took my car in and was quoted very high and as a single parent just couldnt afford it so I had to go without the fix. I was then told Id be charged $86 just to put my back door panel back together without being fixed. This was not mentioned at drop off and I have never known a mechanic who charges for diagnosing an issue especially if the fix is unaffordable! Brian told me he wouldnt charge the fee, okay great, but come to pick up my car and my door panel is still off, they couldnt even put it back together!! I was handed my keys with not a word and a dirty look from the receptionist. Did not know my car was still apart until I got in it! They left everything exposed and right next to my daughters car seat no less. Absolutely unacceptable and just flat out unkind customer service here.

Honest work, have gone several times for various issues and repairs have always been good quality. Never felt like I got overcharged, and at least twice they didnt charge us for small extra services. The first time I went to them, I was told it was close to not being worth the cost of the vehicle to repair it, with a few other problems imminent. Could have easily just taken the work (and I did go ahead and have all the repairs done and drove another 4 years). It feels like every time they really listen, and give me a good idea of what is going on. I havent had a bad experience yet and will keep going back!

I had an emergency issue with my Lexus SUV. The wheel bearings were making noises and was afraid it’s not going to make our long road trip to California and back. Brian took care of the issue by replacing the bad front bearings and resurfaced the rotors and we were back on the road in 4 hours. Brian saved the day and the trip for us.

My car was in and out for a major repair. Randy was kind and patient with me. Everyone here are honest and kind. They will not give you a hard time or make you feel silly. They do an amazing job on the cars! I adore them and will not be taking my car anywhere else!

I came in from out of town to visit my wifes family and on the drive in our car started making some noises that sounded pretty bad. We were leaving in three days and needed some to look at it right away. We got a recommendation to go here and were not disappointed. They were able to squeeze in a diagnosis during their already full afternoon and then went even further and stayed late to make all the fixes! We ended up needing the alternator replaced and a few other things, belts and pulleys etc. They explained the situation in full detail before making any repairs and made sure to go the route that would fix the problem to a high standard while being as friendly to my wallet as possible. I wish they were closer to where I live, as Id make them my go to mechanic and Id recommend everyone I know to them!

They usually fix whatever I need fixed on the three cars I have. They have a great and easy atmosphere and they are easy to understand my novice descriptions of what my car is doing to fix it.

My vehicle was brought to Absolute Air by another shop that couldnt fix the problem ..Thank Goodness they found the problem immediately & repaired my vehicle quickly & has been my go to shop every since.. let them have your service & repair work, you find them fair priced & great guys to do business with

These guys are the BEST! They never do work without checking first, and they have more common sense than any shop Ive dealt with before. They saved me from a desert, radiator breakdown before I even knew there was a problem, and they did it for $35.

I got my A/C work on and they help me out with all my questions. After I came from another auto repair shot that didnt do its job wright. I will go back to this place again..

Professional people with the expensive tools. They can charge R1234yf a/c systems, common in 2015+ chrysler/dodge vehicles and others.

These guys are the real deal. They cleaned and charged my Suzukis air conditioner. When the check engine light came on (had been on and off for awhile), the code said EGA valve blocked. These guys cleaned it out, put some new gaskets in and I didnt need a replacement valve ($$$). Ill go back to them.

They charge too much just to see what the problem with your air conditioner is and they cant even guarantee the final charge, not even after paying for the estimate, to supposedly get a right fee for the whole service. They charge me almost 300 just to check it and add some refrigerant, which they finished just trying to figuring out and they couldnt guarantee a total charge for the whole thing, then why did i pay the 300?? For refrigerant... This business does not offer estimates, is not like when you go to les Schwab where you can ask prices for anything and they will tell you, or when you go to the Ruiz auto repair on 32nd st, they can offer estimates as well, but for this guys everything is variable, i feel like they want to be able to raise your charges freely

Terrible service and they are so unknowledgeable about what they do, they cant answer any question because there is a charge for any answer. Just dont go here youre better off going somewhere else.

Don’t ever go to this place they charge so much for easy work and didn’t even done the job right! I took my car there to fix the starter wires and they did it wrong and when I asked them to fix it they said we going to charge you more for that.
