The process was handled very professionally, from salesman to financial arrangements. I had to return a few days later to provide the second key on the trade-in, at which time the gas tank was refilled and I received a very educational rundown of key features of the Rogue. It was extremely helpful.

Took some parts back for a friend of mine to the parts department at green Nissan. The guy behind the counter was a little short guy and he was very rude and disrespectful instead Ill only do this one time from now on we dont take electrical parts back. He could have been real nice and courteous about it but what does that attitude I felt like I mean he was so short I felt like just take my fist and just pounded him on the top of his head and driving him through the floor.
I went to Green Nissan to look at a used vehicle. I wasn’t pleased with the condition of the one that I went there to look at, to know fault of them, just not as well kept as I would have liked. My salesman, Doug Belden was absolutely amazing. He asked me if I wanted to look at anything else. He found one he thought I might like, I drove it and fell in love. The buying process took a LONG time. I was at the dealership for several hours. That was the only “bad” part of the day. I was very pleased with the everyone there. They were all very friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend Green Nissan!!

I was impressed that they were able to get me financing with my new credit history, although it is a really high interest rate but that isnt their fault. The whole experience took about 8 hours. The trade in offer they gave me for my car was shamefully low at $2,000, another dealership offered me $4,500. I honestly shouldnt have taken it and should have just sold the car. There are a whole bunch of fees tacked on after the fact, including like $4,000 for some kind of warranty? I guess the lifetime warranty is not included in price? I didnt ask a lot of questions since I just wanted to get out of there. But now Im stuck owing over $26,000 on a $22,000 car and thats after the $2,000 trade in. At this interest rate I will pay over $33,000 at the end of installments. I bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra but after looking it seems I could have gotten a 2021 for almost the same price.Ive worked with Green Dodge several times in the past and have been impressed. However Green Nissan doesnt seem to care much about you after they sell you the car. The free car washes dont even get all the residue off the outside of the car. I received an email with an offer for Nissan Credit card to earn points for buying services and accessories for your car. It said I would get a $100 statement credit if I signed up at the dealership. I went in and signed up but never heard anything for a couple weeks. The deadline for the deal was coming up so I contacted the salesman that signed me up and he was no help whatsoever. Couldnt even send me the phone number for support he promised after a week sincehe was in California. I went into the dealership and they said he was the only one that took care of that and they couldnt help me. They said they were contacting him and he would help me but he never did. So basically I just got screwed out of $100 which is really disappointing because that was the price of the all weather floor Mats I was wanting to purchase for my Sentra. It should have been an incredibly simple thing to do but I dont know if he just lied about signing me up or what. He gave me a reference number but I have no clue what to do with it. I called several different phone numbers and tried Nissan chat but no one could help me. Im really disappointed.Lastly, it takes way too long to get in for an oil change. I was told I need to change my oil every 5,000 miles. I called when I was almost up to 5,000 miles and they couldnt get me in until the following week. They called me again later and rescheduled to an even later date. I now have well over 5,000 miles on my car. The lady assured me that this happens all the time and a lot of people cant make it in for their oil change at correct mileage. She said as long as it isnt thousands of miles over it will be fine and assured me that this will not affect my warranty. It better not, since it isnt my fault. I know in the future to call about 2 weeks in advance of when I estimate I will need my oil change. Hopefully they will prove my wrong and I will start having a better experience with them, but only time will tell. I do love my car.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed. The lead tech after giving my car an inspection recommended that I replace my front brake pads. He suggested that I make another appointment or I could wait a little longer and they could finish the job on this visit.I waited and I could not believe how quickly they finished the job. I asked about my tires and he told me they were fine. I trust Green Nissan.

Buying a new 2021 Nissan armada was a very pleasant experience for my wife and I. After 50 years plus of car buying, I can honestly say that this dealership is hands-down my most favorite place to do business with when it comes to car buying. And servicing.
Got to site and was immediately welcomed by Yannick kabakaba (amazing salesperson, top notch). Had my eye set on a car I had seen on the website. Yannick gave me several options to choose from as well, so I didnt feel trapped to one option (even though its the one I wanted). They were very accommodating to my large family and allowed for my 5 kids to occupy themselves with a basketball free throw game set up in a corner of the show room (they only got a little rowdy, but still was a great idea).The car I wanted was very nice and seemed to come with all the bells and whistles (awesome for a used car). The newer, higher priced options seemed generic in comparison.The banks (financing Dept) first offer was a joke. I brought a 1998 mazda pickup for trade (KBB value $2400). They said it was only worth $500 (smh) and wanted $1200 down. (Upon arrival I had told Yannick my position which was I had a trade in and no cash to put down).Seemed fishy that 1200 down was the request, seeing as how I had 5 kids in tow and everyone knows what came out the 15th.Anyways, I almost laughed out loud at the first offer and realized this was going to take some spine. I looked at the offer and strongly questioned the value they suggested for my trade. I know Carlots are offering higher for trades. Yannick was implicit that the offer came from the bank and not the finance Dept. I get it, they are like the supervisors and too much push back turns ya into the one they dont wanna deal with. Noone needs a hostile work environment ... Even in sales. But I declined that offer and Yannick went back to see if there was any wiggle room.He came back and said trade was still the same but they lowered to $500 down. I think I actually scoffed at that point. I politely told Yannick that it was ridiculous what they were offering for my truck, as I knew the value, and I am not going to get screwed out of what I have.Finally he came back from the 3rd discussion with finance and told me that there is no down payment and they will take my trade.Thank God!!Moral: If you know what you have dont buckle when others dont see the value.Yannick was amazing and well composed through the whole interaction ... Noone likes finance ... Would recommend the lot and the salesperson again to anyone. 5/5*. Just dont get mean mugged and bullied by the bank ... They only have the power that you let them have.

Tough to get a hold of salesman, but when we did make contact he was great. Biggest concern and frustration was agreed on price for car + tax & license. On bill of sale added doc fees of over $300 dollars and Anti theft protection of $250. Both are something Green adds to every car but doesn’t explain it or review it, just asks to sign. Just tried to slip it in and end. It is not anything but sneaking a add on to your bill. Beware they ARE NOT INCLUDED and have nothing to do with tax and licensing. These cost should be disclosed in price of car, not closing costs.
My Fiancé and I decided to go look at cars a few nights ago. We didn’t have in mind that we were going to buy. Yannick came outside and showed us the inside of a few cars. Yannick was a sales men but did not try to sell us anything we didn’t want. He simply put the offers out there. He was absolutely friendly, made our experience of car buying easy, sold us a car we love, and made the buying process simple with explaining everything in detail. If I were to go back I would ask for Yannick. On top of having Yannick, we also worked with Marvin. He was absolutely amazing as well. His attitude from the time he came out to introduce himself to the time he finished our paperwork was beyond amazing. On top of everything we walked in at 6:00PM. This car dealer, Marvin, and Yannick did not rush us out of the dealer even after closing time. Even after Yannick sold us a car he still returns our phone calls right away if we have any questions. His communication and the team we worked with was AMAZING!

Changing my review from good to bad. The service after the sale was terrible. I bought the nicest car on the lot at the time, 2019 camaro ss, I know the dude told me I get a couple free oil changes, and then I get a text saying it’s time for my first one. I go into the dealership and say I’m here for my free oil change. It’s not until after it’s done that they tell me it’s not in the system that I get any free oil changes and then stick me with a $100 bill.... really? This is how you treat a customer who buys the most expensive car in your inventory? Cmon. Probably not gonna trust GreennNissan for the rest of my life now.

Yesterday I bought my first car. My dad and I worked with randy who was helping and very funny. While looking he did not force any cars onto us. The car I went with had a small issue with the radio and he was on top of it to make sure it got fixed. Was told a CVT transmission drain/replacement and oil change would take 1hr 20 mins by Josh. Dropped it off at 9am and it is 10:56 and I’m still waiting. Don’t make time estimates you can’t honor. I will not be coming back. Also, your “sorry” does nothing to fix a lack in competence. In fact it makes most customers irate and angrier.Update! At 11:00 I ask what the hold up is. Notice no one came to advise me on the situation. I’m told that it will be yet another 20 minutes. They say its because my car is a manual and it needs time to cool down. Not much of a car guy here but whether it is a manual or automatic, they’re both gonna have to cool down I’m guessing. That’s something you should let me know when you’re looking inside my vehicle and giving me a time estimation. 11:30 now and still not done. At 11:56 I’m told that its ready only after standing in the service check out and glaring at the help. Goodie for me, flipping clowns! Then Josh, doesn’t have the smarts or common sense to be contrite or at the very least quiet about his F-up and is all nervous chuckling- telling me the price is lower than expected. Your service is trash. Don’t bother with B.S. and fake obligatory response from the dealership with your “concern.” It has the same value as your time estimations and word: worthless! Failure all around.

I walked in to Green Nissan to purchase a used 2011 Ford Explorer and I was supposed to meet Shaun but he had transferred to another store. The Salesmen there were quick in getting me to a new salesman as soon as possible. Jason took care of me explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle, good and bad. They got me the lowest price available, saving me almost $3000 I would have spent at most other dealerships. Jason was curteous and professional through my entire visit. 10/10 would buy again.

Absolute scam and sham dealership. Expected me to lie to finance company for them. Said it is common practice. Not only is doing this unethical but it is also illegal and could have put me in debt for amount they requested I lie about. Do not recommend at all.
Green Nissan is not like any other dealership I have ever dealt with. They go out of their way to help you and do not pressure you into making a rash decision. I purchased my second car with them and will recommend them to others with no problem.
The meet and greet was on par with expectations of a car dealership and the salesman was great at answering questions I had about the car. However they were all sub par when it came to the financing of the vehicle as well as who it was through. I signed one paper for one price that was an agreed price and was then told I had to sign another paper agreeing to a much higher price because they forgot to add something. To me it was like ordering food at one price for delivery to a house full of guests and then when the food arrives you are told you owe alot more than you were told. Will I buy there again? Probably not. Would I suggest future customers be wary? Yes.
Had the greatest experience with Nissan yesterday. My car had been totaled in an accident and they made the process of picking out a new car so easy. I was lucky enough to work with Randy and he made the whole day stress free. I gave him the requirements I wanted my new car to have and he pulled from the inventory and had them all ready when I arrived to Green. My experience at Green Nissan was nothing short of amazing!!! Aaron, the district MGR sent me a card in the mail and followed up promptly. I was not originally looking to get a new vehicle because I owed waaaay too much on my Maxima. But to my surprise, the salesman Sean Phifer made a miracle happen with getting me out from under my previous loan and into a nice 2020 Nissan Kicks - and unexpectedly nice car by the way! Even the finance guy, Russ had me in and out in minutes. Buying a car had never been so fast!

I brought my 2019 Frontier in for an oil change and asked the service department to give me a quote on replacing the rear cupholder that was broken. They called me and said they were going to take care of the cupholder under warranty and I wouldnt have to pay for it. I was very happy and impressed with the service I received.

Talk about good helpful friendly service. The guys that work here go out of their way to be sure you understand all about the cars they sell. They listen to your concerns and answer your questions politely and respectfully. As an older person buying a car its important to get the best deal and value you can. I dont remember all their names but Yannick and Russ but every one of them greeted me. He and his boss worked with us in ways we couldn’t believe. A few days later we were purchasing a Chevy Trailblazer, a vehicle we had seen but overlooked until Jason mentioned it to us in our search. If there were 10 stars available that is what they would get from me. I had the misfortune of running over a large piece of steel debris on I55 returning to my home in Florida from East Peoria, IL. Had only owned my 2018 Murano for 5 days at the time as it was purchased there. Extensive damage was done to the under carriage including needing a new transmission. Greg Ghelfi was my service advisor. Never before had I been treated with more respect than was showed to me by Greg. It was a lengthy process while dealing with the insurance company. Greg kept me in in the loop nearly daily over the 3 week period that was needed before I could fly into Springfield to drive it home. He even arranged to have me picked up at the airport!!! Green Nissan has a really class individual in Greg. I simply could not be more impressed and satisfied!!! THANK YOU GREG!!!!!!!!!

As soon as I drove up to the service area I was greeted and asked what I needed done today. While in the lounge, immediately got a text stating that I could communicate any needs via text (my preferred commutation) while at the dealership. A person kept me informed of the status of the work being done at all times. Replaced a battery that was still under warranty. Love the car wash at the end of the maintenance. Finally, the price for an oil change is competitive and I know I’m getting a quality product
