They were super helpful trying to track down rims on a non standard fitment

I was having trouble finding a tire rim for my Ford Focus. My grandma told me to call BiRite, said they have been helping our family find parts for years. This gentleman took the time to make sure I was asking for the right one, steel or aluminum, he stayed on the phone with me all the way to my car and had me give the tire information and then what color the rim was. Well, there was the issue, its steel not aluminum. No wonder I had trouble. Thanks for saving the day!To the gentleman, whom answered the phone and helped me out, I would like to say thank you for having patience and outsanding people skills.
