After a long day at work I arrived to my truck only to discover my starter had stopped working. After 17 calls the only one who was even willing to come get my truck from DCA parking garage was Rhino’s. This puts them at the VERY top of my list if/when I ever need a tow or have any other vehicle needs. So extremely professional and babied my truck so much.

We were on a 2 month RV trip around the US in our 32’ Class C Motorhome and our hydraulics failed on the side streets of Alexandria - by the way this is a brand new 2021 Jayco on a Ford E-450 chassis with only 4000 miles, totally ridiculous we would have this kind of problem. The Rhino team saved our whole family (my wife and three kids) and were able to get to us quickly to efficiently and safely tow both our Motorhome and tow dolly to a service center. Thanks so much for your help and while I’ve not used many tow services in the past. Rhino is a top notch business with great people to help in a very difficult situation. No wonder what they have been in business for so many years. Great company.

At 11pm on a Saturday on the way to my friends house my tire blew out while on the interstate. It was freezing cold and I was going to try to change it by myself when and employee from here pulled over and offered to fix it for me. It was quick fast and painless. 10/10 highly recommend. I had locked my keys in the trunk of my car (BMW 335i) and did not have a spare key. These guys were quick to respond and arrived within 20 minutes. They were able to get my keys back into my hands in less than 5 minutes once they arrived. A++

This is a company run by a truly good man. Was in a car-totalling accident and Asad stopped on his day off, helped tow us to his Alexandria lot and even gave us a lift home. I broke down on 495 in tysons corner. I called Rhinos and they responded within 25 mins. They were fast and efficient. I had called around other towing companies and they were quoting me ridiculous prices. I would highly recommend this company for future tows.

My car broke down at 7am after a long shift, i contacted Rhino wrecker and they were on site within 10 minutes. Right off the bat the driver was very professional and helpful, i had to tow from alexandria to waldorf, the drive was great and driver made the whole stressful situation a lot easier on my wife and I. Cost for the tow was very reasonable for the distance, I would recommend rhino wrecker to anyone who needs assistance on the road, i definitely found my go to wrecker service if needed in the future. Very disappointed with the way our experience was handled. Our bumper got scraped by this company upon arrival to the shop it was being towed to. The gentleman at the shop sent us camera video of the two guys unloading the car haphazardly, not watching for the guardrails being uncomfortably close to the bumper. This company was irresponsible with handling our high quality vehicle which we take good care of. It is unfortunate that we have to take this route to get our vehicle repaired, but it is inexcusable to act as if nothing happened, be friendly on the phone knowing you messed up a 3,600 dollar JDM bumper, then don’t have the capability to own up to your mistake and remedy the problem. We will never use towing companies like this again, and will never trust these gentlemen with our prized vehicle. If I were you, I would avoid ripoff, careless, companies like this, they will damage your high-end vehicle by being careless.

I had to request their service due to locking my keys in the trunk of my 2019 KIA Optima, and what a nightmare it was. They went out of their way to find any and all remedies due to being unable to access my trunk after they had unlocked the car. The trunk release button didnt work and after trying to somehow press the latch release button for my rear seats it wasnt looking too good. Asaad and his crew were able to tow my car to a shop where they were able to disassemble my rear seats and finally were able to release the latch in order to gain access to my trunk and recover my key. They went above and beyond the call of duty, and I will gladly recommend their services for anyone that needs some help. I cannot say enough good things about how they made an unpleasant situation bearable. I wish I could have bought them all a beer for all their hard work. Once again, thank you so much for your assistance.

This place Rhino’s is the biggest rip-off ever. DO NOT USE. Unprofessional, Unreasonable and violate the Fairfax codes by not giving all the info required by law. Legal limits exist in Fairfax on towing charges. Rhino’s has grossly overcharged me for 7 miles towing $385 (at first demanded $485) and I am attempting to get my money back. Know your rights in Fairfax! I’m going to file complaints with Fairfax County and with the Virginia Board of Towing. And you can do it too.

I was stranded on the side of the road with 2 flat tires from 9 pm til 1230 am waiting for help. I had called 7 tow truck companies and no one could help. Last resort I was given Rhinos Wrecker Service as someone who might have a flat bed to tow me to Macs 24 hour tire service. Not only did Asad and his business partner come in 20 minutes flat, they took me around the corner to someone who got me straight with two tires saving me loads of money. Thank you Asad. The best towing company in the DMV, hands down. Picked up the whole family after a huge predicament. His company was dispatched originally, but somehow got cancelled and another company was dispatched. Asad realized we were still stranded on side of road after another recovery, went back to recover our vehicle, and helped us out long before the other company would have made it there. He went far out of his way to ensure we made it home. Oh and forgot to mention, he did it all in the pouring rain. If I ever need a towing service again in the DMV, this is the company I am calling everytime.

I just want to share my experience with Rhinos Wrecker Service yesterday morning. While driving eastbound on Route 7, I got a flat tire right before the lanes merged into one for road work. I was able to move into the right lane and partially onto the shoulder.I got out and was getting ready to change the tire, but I was having all kinds of trouble with it. I scraped my knuckles open trying to pull the spare tire out.I also had my three small children with me. My baby was crying, and I was trying to calm her down while car after car passed frighteningly close to where I was standing.I was just about to call someone to come help when I looked up and saw two young men from a Rhinos Wrecker Service tow truck walking toward me. They were so kind and helpful. They changed my tire for me and refused to let me pay them. They just saw that I was out there trying to manage the baby and the tire, and they wanted to help.I know if I ever need a tow, I will be calling them. I hope some of you will do the same. I did not live in the area where my car door was blown by the wind beyond its normal opening and I was at a loss of who to call because the insurance company just said call the police. I have had the most wonderful experience with Rhinos Wrecker Service. I got a flat tire on the highway so I immediately looked for a towing company, I found Rhinos to be at the top of my list, and the ratings seemed great so i gave them a call and the dispatcher Kelli was so pleasant to speak to, she was very comforting and made me feel at ease while on the side of a extremely busy highway (95 N). She walked me through a couple steps and assured me that a driver was on the way. She quoted me with a decent rate and while i was giving her my payment information, i could see the driver already pull up behind me! I was so relieved to see the driver who quickly and efficiently took care of my flat tire and made sure i was good to go. The man was here for another car broken down on the same street and saw me struggling to unlock my car a few doors up. Needless to day it was raining, I lovjed my car keys inside the car after a bad day and it was just getting worse. So this man, Asad Mann, came to my rescue free of charge to help me unlock my car as I was at least an hour away from opening the lock with my maguyvered coathangers. 12/10 best guy looking out for others

I was driving from Richmond to Baltimore when my radiator exploded! I was in the fast lane, immediately pulled over and shut off the engine to make sure I didnt cause more damage. As I was unfamiliar with my surroundings my friend gave me the number for Rhino. I called and spoke with Kelly...let me tell you about Kelly! As a woman, alone on the side of 495 with vehicles ROARING past me, I was scared. Kelly understood, she stayed in contact with me while getting her driver to me...she even called the Virginia DOT and requested that an emergency vehicle be dispatched to sit behind me with lights and cones in order to make sure I was safe and felt more secure! She was an absolute angel and I cannot thank her enough! The driver, Joon (sp? sorry) was a nice guy, friendly, and was super quick with getting me in the truck and getting on our way. He took me from south of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge to Baltimore...awesome! I could not recommend them more strongly. While I hope to never need them again...I would not call another service in that area!

Our car would not start Sunday, September 16th, and we were parked in a rather tight garage. Via our Mercedes dealership, we contacted Rhinos Wrecker Service. Melissa answered our call promptly and told us a tow truck equipped to handle a 7 clearance and a four-wheel drive car would be at the garage between 7 and 7:30 p.m. We received an immediate text confirmation of the estimated time and another one a bit later. Assad came and quickly assessed the situation and put a set of wheels on the front of the car. Within minutes he had everything ready to go and told us he could extract the car from its parking space easily. About 35 minutes later he texted a photo of the car at the dealership. Both Melissa and Assad were very courteous, professional, and concerned. We truly appreciated their excellent service. If we are stuck again, we hope that Rhino Wrecker will come to our aid!

When my car broke down I called around to a couple different towing companies rhinos wrecker service had the best rate and they got there pretty fast too. I only had to wait 15 minutes before a truck arrived. The driver was very polite and the inside of their truck was very clean. I think the drivers name was June. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Was picking up Barbecue for Mothers Day from Smoked Kow on Duke Street when hung front wheels over a 4 inch retaining wall with a 7 foot dropoff. My husband’s truck broke down on 495 yesterday in the middle of the bad rain storm. He called several tow companies in the Alexandria area who could not help him, with one of them telling him it would be three hours before they could get to him. He called Rhino Wrecking Service and was told someone would be there in a half hour. Asad, the owner, came within a half hour. He was very nice and professional. Crooked.The owner charged me $400 for a 20 mile tow more than double the cost for other towing companies. He basically was trying to scam me and my insurance company.My insurance company declined to reimburse because of the gross overcharge and now Imstuck with the bill.Called several times to speak with the owner who never returned my calls.The receptionist was rude and unprofessional.

Im not big into writing reviews, but the remarkable service I received from this company is well worth sharing.Coming back from grabbing a bite to eat in DC one night, a tire on my car blew on 495. A pretty normal and inevitable instance for car owners, right. Wrong. My boyfriend had lost the wheel lock key to my tires previously, so switching out my flat was next to impossible. A tow was the only option, only problem is we were in Arlington and live in Manassas - a good 30 miles from where we were stranded. Having the mind of an economist, naturally I began to get overwhelmed at the thought of how much money I was about to shell out just for a tow. Needless to say I was desperate to get home to my son and began frantically calling places to get price quotes. Everyone wanted almost $200, and I had just spent the majority of my money earlier in the day paying my sons school enrollment fees. I didnt have $200, just $100, and do you think any tow company in Arlington was willing to come help us? There was only one - Rhinos. They really helped me out that night, and I thank God for the owner who personally came out to tow us. I thanked him the entire way back to Manassas for doing such a solid, and to this day I still feel indebted to him. A positive glowing review is the least I can do to show my appreciation, and I still feel as if thats doing enough.I will never forget that night. Never could I forget such kindness and humanity extended to me. I dont live in Arlington but for those of you who do - I wouldnt recommend any other towing company than this one. They operate on core values of service. You wont feel like youre getting ripped off and the service came with a smile. I will share my story over and over again for the whole world to see. I would never suggest anyone with an AWD vehicle to have there vehicle towed. I paid for a flat bed service that was not used. Meaning my vehicle was destroyed messing with they services.... So i call Rhinos to let them know that Infiniti is not cheap and 5600 was the Dealership price to have my AWD light to go away. So today no one has called me back to let me know nothing. I think its time for a lawyer!!!

Omgoodness, after the worse experience with my tire and entire wheel assembly coming off while driving on 395 in rush hour traffic, a bright green tow truck pulls up to help and saw me in panic mode. The driver was very professional and knowledgeable on every aspect. He was patient enough to wait while my insurance company gave me the run-around on the phone. While I steadily to panic silently, he assured me that he cared about the customer by his continued patience. Once my ride arrived, he reminded me to get my personal belongings from the car, gave me the companys card, suggested that I call the company with questions anytime (I called with inquiries and the guy on the phone was very professional as well) during its 24hours opening hours and reassured me that my car would be taken care of and get to its destination. I would definitely recommend Rhino Wrecker Services and would surely utilize the company in the future if needed. Awesome service!! And reliable!!

Me, my wife and child were broken down on the side of the highway at 1030pm and after calling around and getting nothing but 30 min - 1 hr wait times. Putting into words just how impressive my Rhinos Wrecker Service experience was is difficult, but I will try...I was heading to work on an early Sunday when I hit some loose gravel on a sharp and curvy entrance ramp. After calling my insurance company, Kelly (the Rhinos Wrecking Service dispatcher) called me to secure details regarding the location of my vehicle. As an Active Duty Navy nurse, I cannot call out of work for car trouble. So I left my car onsite, headed to work, and drove myself crazy trying to think of everything else that could go wrong while I tried to resolve this accident. I received my next call from Kelly while I was at work. Her driver had a hard time finding my car, as it was unfamiliar territory to me and I wasnt exactly sure where I was. And once her driver did find the site, my car was gone. Kelly reassured me that she had everything under control...that I should just focus on work and she would keep me posted as soon as she had an update.The morning dragged on as I anxiously awaited Kellys call. She called again within 30 minutes to let me know she had done some research and found that the state police had my car in their system. It turned out that the police had my car towed, even though I reported the incident hours prior. Kelly went above and beyond any expectations I could have ever had, calling the Sergeant at the local police department and tracking down the Tow Company that had taken my car. I was unable to get a rental vehicle on that Sunday because all of the rental shops were closed by the time I got out of work.The next morning, Kelly picked me up from my house and drove me to the lot that had my car. There, we met Asaad (the owner of Rhinos) and together, they handled the release of my car. Next, Kelly brought me to L&Ms Auto Shop, and introduced me to one of the managers there, John. Kelly and Asaad made sure my rental reservation was managed as well before leaving. Kelly called just a few hours later to ensure everything went well and I had no further questions.What began as a horrible Sunday turned into an incredibly humbling experience. Kelly and Asaad took care of me like family and took all of the worrying off of my shoulders. I could not recommend a more supportive company and I am so grateful for their help!!

This is a follow-up on the review entered for me by my daughter, Stephanie McCravy above, where we had a catastrophic breakdown at Tysons Corner at night, and Mr. Asad got us and our luggage to the hotel. He hauled the van 20 miles south to the auto repair service he does business with, SKauto. I believe he talked the auto repair service into prioritizing the repair so we could get on with our trip to the museums and zoo. The next day about noon, Mr. Asad himself called and said the repairs had been done for only $200, and he was trying to figure out how to get me down to the repair shop, 20 miles south. One of my old Aikido instructor friends drove me to the shop, and sure enough the van was repaired! Thanks to Mr. Asad and this shop (whose employees were also very cordial), we were able to complete our visit in Washington the next 2 days, and on Monday, I drove the Toyota van (which has 440,000 miles on it) 12 hours home to Lexington, SC, and it is still going strong! This a review from my dad, Lamar Sanders (Curtis Lamar Sanders, Jr.): On September 29, 2016, I, my wife, daughter, and three-year-old grandson traveled to Vienna, VA, on a trip to visit friends and see the Smithsonian. I am 75, and my wife is 73. She is disabled by a stroke. We took scenic I-81, and had to detour because of a wreck. After traveling from 9 AM to 10:30 PM, our van failed catastrophically a half mile from the hotel in Vienna.Mr. Asad, owner of Rhinos Wrecker Service, personally came to our aid. We were worn out and completely at a loss as to how to get to the motel and what to do with our van. Mr. Asad was extremely gracious and kind to us, way beyond simply hauling the van. He arranged for an Uber for my wife, daughter, and grandson to the hotel. Mr. Asad then hauled the van to the hotel and helped unload a whole van-full of luggage, including a wheelchair, into the hotel, and then took the van to a reliable, trustworthy repair shop. He would not accept a tip for his services. All the while he was very genial and genuinely concerned. When the dispatch lady called for payment info, I explained what Mr. Asad had done for us, and she said she was very happy to be employed by someone like him. When I explained the problem with the van to the mechanic, I asked him about Mr. Asad, and he agreed that this was typical of Mr. Asad. Thank you again, Mr. Asad, and good luck to you!

I love the fellas over at Rhinos. I had a very bad experience and my car (an old car) was having issues and broke down at my job, i called advance and had them tow it to my uncles shop. I ended up getting ripped off. I got the car fixed and a couple weeks later my car broke down at work again and I needed another tow. I called them and told them my situation and that i was a little low on money, thinking they would help me out since i used them so many times before. Nope. They told me that they couldnt adjust the price even if i had gotten towes in the past from them. One of my friends told me he had used Rhinos when his motorcycle broke down and i gave them a call. I spoke to the owner Asad directly, since he was the one who answered the phone. I already liked them. An owner who answers phonecalls!? Anywho, i explained my situation and Asad hooked me up and worked with me. He also gave me a ride to my uncles shop and i had a great conversation with him about the business. Long story short these guys are great and will be the only tow company that will receive any business from me. I recommend Rhinos to anyone who doesnt want to be ripped off!! Great jobs guys!!!!

After I called my insurance company to get a tow, they cancelled it for some reason. The driver Asad thought he would drive over to make sure it was ok. Thank god this guy was looking out for me otherwise I would of been roadside for hours to come.After we linked up, Asad took really good care of me and followed though the next day(not his job) to make sure I was ok and everything was worked out. To me that shows something. Someone who actually cares about other people and there well being. THANKS ASAD!!!

When in Virginia I will choose them every time. I was a victim of a hit and run on 1 August 2016. I waited over four hours for the tow service my insurance company called and he still did not come. Rhino Wrecker service stopped to ask if I needed help because he had past me before and was surprised that I was still there. With relief I climbed into the cab and he took care of everything. He took me to an approved auto body shop and spoke to the personnel and explained everything that had happened to me. He even made sure my rental car was on the way. It was such a great feeling after such a long and traumatic day.

Had a tire that couldn’t be repaired and wouldn’t come off. Towed it to Walmart only to be told they wouldn’t help. Owner came out personally and had it done by noon the next day.
