Man, the workers at Collision Plus Auto Body are great! Hard working and on time with their work! They’ll treat your car like one of their own and I’m forever grateful for that. Kind, professional and understanding. They make you feel at home with how comfortable they make you feel. That isn’t common and shouldn’t be taken for granted. 10/10 Highly recommend!! Unfortunately this is my second time back in a short period of time lol. After getting side swiped on the highway I brought my car in to see Dan and within 4 days my car was finished and looked brand new. Very professional and amazing service.

I moved here from out of state. The insurance I have is not in Massachusetts. My ins. Needed a tax form filled out. I tried sending the job to balise Lexus and they never responded back to the insurance with the form. So I looked up collision shops and read the reviews and went to the collision center and Dan filled out the tax forms within a snap of a finger. Your lose balise. They did a great job and even cleaned my car inside and out when the job was completed. Very good people over there. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing, Dan is so easy to work with and made the experience easy. Highly recommend! I had some deep stretches on the bumper of my car from a rear end, thankfully it didn’t require a replacement as Dan was able to just repair it and it looks new again. Dropped it off 830 on a Monday and was picking it up by Tuesday afternoon... and the interior was completely cleaned what a nice surprise and relaxing way to get back into your car after an accident.

Cant say enough about the great experience I had here. Dan has awesome customer service skills and runs a tight ship. He got my car in and out with ease. The repair looks like it did when it was new. He even had his crew detail the entire exterior of my car, when I only had it in for a minor rear bumper repair. He also noticed one of my rain guards was sitting in my backseat because it fallen off. They took it upon themselves to reapply the guard with new adhesive, free of charge. I wish I could give it 6 stars. Very reasonable prices, great customer service. I have used two other auto body shops in the last couple years. Collision Plus Auto Body is by far the best. Dan was very knowledgeable and provided the best customer service. The first thing I noticed was how clean his shop is. My car looks awesome!

Wow just wow. I dont really take my time to write a review unless I get a horrible service and I want to warn people or I get extraordinary service, which is my case with Collision Plus Auto body, I mean wow! These people took me in when others wanted me to wait 2 weeks and repair my car that was recently involved in a 3 car pile up and repaired it in a timely manner. Not only did they repaired the damages fast, but they dealt with the insurance company who was in charge of paying for the damages, I didnt have to do anything plus they cleaned and buffed my car oh and I also got texts from Dan with any updates. Hands down the best costumer service I have received since living in Western Mass.

He accommodated my crazy schedule and even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of my car before returning it to me even though he was fixing the outside. Dan and his crew did a wonderful job on my Lexus! The body work was meticulous and the pearl white painting that has an extremely hard to match color...was done beautifully. OK, Dan is the real deal. What brought me to his shop was his google rating, and no disappointment, he did a great job...as you can see from the photo. We got attacked by a car wash. Dan made sure everything was taken care of including the rental car. I would highly recommend Collision Plus.

Excellent service and great communication! After my accident my car was at the shop for three weeks to ensure that all of the problems were fixed. Dan D. kept in close contact with me and updated me regularly so I was never out of the loop in regards to how long it would take to repair my car, what insurance was saying, etc. He even arranged for my car to be towed from my house to the shop! He also made sure that I would have transport to and from the shop with the rental company. The only effort I had to make was contact him which was so helpful because dealing with an accident itself is so stressful! They assessed my car to the extent that the insurance appraiser physically went back to look at my car because of the additional damage they found. I will certainly go back for service if needed in the future!

I brought my 2016 Honda Accord to collision plus last month. Someone had cut me off the road and damaged the whole left side of my car. Dan (the owner) helped me with all the insurance issues and even helped me with a rental car. The work was completed done like new. I had zero issues.
