Great customer service! Over heard a conversation with another customer that had many concerns and was trying to plan doctors appointments and a vacation and Preston was more than willing to accommodate her needs...as far as my experience, they did great in a timely manner and within 15 minutes of the time they told me my truck would be done! Thats pretty good with covid and lack of staff!
Love this place, they took awesome care of my moms truck when someone backed into it. I inherited my moms truck when she passed away last year and knew how important it was to have it back to the way it was

Never let us know what was going on with our car and it was ready more than a week after we were told it would be ready. And one of the guys working there was quite rude. I have been using Auto body specialties for many years but no more.

I had a car handle that would not open the door. I stopped by and they made time for me right then. They pulled my rig in found that the handle was indeed busted beyond a fix of the original and said they would probably need to order one, but they had a guy looking in the back at their pile of odds and ends. They came back 5 minutes later and said they found one if I didnt mind used. I took it and they charged me a very reasonable amount. I would recommend them to anyone.
They fixed our 2010 civic after an accident in 2018 doing a great job. Now in 2020 they are fixing our 2020 Rava after an accident with a deer even loaning us a car until ours was fixed.

My car needed a rear bumper repair and painted .The service I received was amazing, professional, and friendly; they made my car look like new again!They also detailed it to my surprise, the cost was very reasonable and they had it ready with in two days. They have my business and respect and I will tell my friends.
Came in with ugly scratch on my front fender from where someone must have hit something. I ask for an estimate but the guy came out and cleaned up most of the paint right there, for no charge and didnt try to up-sell me. BRAVO.

These guys went above and beyond! I was on my way to work one morning (before most shops were open) and had noticed a dragging sound coming from my vehicle. I had my oil changed the day before and the shop I went to didnt replace 5 of the bolts to hold on my protective cover to my oil pan. Needless to say, I had been dragging it around since the day before! I was in a bind and had to get to work 1-1/2 hours away. I stopped in and they didnt hesitate to get my car in right away so I could get back on the road. These guys saved my day!

I just want to say how wonderful my experience at Auto Body Specialties was. I walk in with a problem with my AC. I was help right then. They took my car and the next thing Byron came and told me what was happening and how long it would take. It was the fastest 20 minutes ever. I just want to say thank you so much for the fast, and friendly service I have ever had. You are the best. I will be bringing my car there for anything I need done. The guys at Auto Body Specialties do an awesome job! I visited a couple of body shops before selecting ABS to do the work on my car - what set them apart? From the minute I entered the shop I could tell they had a passion for cars...not just meeting the insurance checklist. They kept me informed about the progress of my repair, paid attention to detail (even returning a part that came in with a scratch), matched the paint perfectly and worked seamlessly with my insurance company.Byron and his team provide exceptional customer service and quality autobody repair. In the future if I need body work done on my car they are the only shop I will visit.
I had a problem that rain was getting into the heater air intake and then puddling on the floor in the car. I stopped in to ask if they would be the correct business to fix the problem or if I needed to see a mechanic. While I asked my question to the receptionist, a man got up from his office desk and asked for my car keys. He put my car into the shop and proceeded to remove the windshield wipers and the plastic vents that allow air (but not water) into the heater intake. He fixed the issue. Had me step out into the shop to show me how he fixed it. Then put my car pack together. Total time - 20 minutes. He charged me $0.00. Said he did not mind helping people out on little things.I was surprised that the owner would jump up and offer to fix the issue without an appointment. I was surprised that he would do it for free. And when I was in the shop, he had all bays full of cars being worked on. His team was busy and yet he could help me out. I also saw the work that his team was doing on the other cars in the shop. They were just finishing up a BMW 6 series car and it looked like new. They had a Honda, and a couple SUVs all being repaired. The shop was clean. The other workers were courteous and professional.If or when I ever need body work I will go to Auto Body Specialties.
I cant recommend these guys more! Not only did they do an awesome job repairing my Subaru Impreza (btw looks like new), they returned it vacuumed and cleaned. Really appreciate that :)
My baby, BMW has been there over a month. I got hit n the person that hit me has State Farm Ins. Needless to say Im TOWING my Beemer home... I got in a fender bender and needed to have my car repaired quickly and for a good deal, I am a recent college grad and still broke so this was a stressful time for me since I wasnt able to claim it on my insurance either. I took the car into Auto Body specialties and told them what had happened. They got the car in and out within 24 hours and gave me an INCREDIBLE deal on the work. It was such a relief to have this stress of my shoulders, I wont be taking my car anywhere else in the future. I had a fantastic experience, as a female it is hard to find a shop that will treat females equally. I am totally a Daddys Girl who will take her car to her father and have him deal with taking it to the shop or fixing what needs fixing. When I was rear-ended I was so embarrassed having my jacket tied to my trunk to keep it from staying open. I was told by my agent that I had a number of places I could take my car but this shop was highly recommended. I took my car down to the shop to get an estimate and was very happy with my experience. The gentleman who helped me did not treat me any different than anyone else. He explained to me what I needed and my options, he didnt gawk at me or treat me like I was a stupid female like some shops do. It was a great experience and whether you have a lot of car knowledge or none I believe you would get treated the same, like a valuable customer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially females who might be a little concerned with having to take their wrecked car in or are embarrassed because they will make you feel valued and will fix your car as good as new! :)

Looks like a review I left got removed, so I wanted to make sure it posted again. They did work on my vehicle, and after having it for over a month, we went to pick it up and it was filthy. They tore my trunk liner and my top liner also. After having some words, they fixed it and said if there were any issues to bring it back anytime in the future and they would fix it. Fast forward a year and a half, where the liner is coming off again where they tore it and fixed it. We called and disputed this, and after having us bring the car out multiple times, them driving it around to the upholstery place, and wasting our time, they said it was torn BEFORE they fixed it. Not okay. Also on top of it all, one the employees accidentally called my mom back and thought she was the vendor, and started talking extremely rude about her. When she stopped him, he panicked and hung up, never apologized or anything. I think he is the manager/owner. Needless to say, they commented back to my review and somehow got it removed, but they refused to fix the issue the promised to fix anytime since they tore it while in the shop telling us we need proof. Well, we found photos that are time stamped and will be pursing this immediately. I bet they watch what they say now. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place, sure they may be friendly at first, but they do not treat your vehicle with respect. Luckily we do not have a time frame for pursing this legally.

I went in because I hit a pole in a parking garage. I was mad and embarrassed and overall pretty upset. They reassured me that it would be okay, they see these things all the time and that it could have been much worse. They got me into a free loaner car and I left feeling a lot better. I got a call that my car was done and it looked way better than when I had dropped it off. I was surprised to find it detailed inside and out (sorry for the inevitable dust bunnies they had to have found!) and repaired flawlessly. They took care of the customer first and the car second and I couldnt be happier.

They called throughout the week to keep me informed of the progress. The work was completed when promised.I received two calls later the next week to ensure there were no issues. I am not a confrontational person, and this is the first time I have EVER written a negative review. I stopped by because my GMC Yukon door was sagging. Auto Body Specialties had fixed it two years prior, but the problem had persisted. I was told by the owner, Byron (who looked at the door) that I could make an appointment the following week and have it fixed free of charge. When I asked, he told me it would take 1-2 hours and the needed parts were in stock. I made the appointment.I came back in the following week at 11:30 for my appointment. I brought my children and we planned to walk somewhere for lunch while the car was being fixed. When I went inside, Howard was at the desk and said he couldnt fix it until after his lunch break (which was from noon-1pm) and that they would need the car until 4:30-5pm. I didnt understand why this wasnt explained the previous week, but said I would come back at 1pm and hoped they could do it quicker because I would have kids with me. When I came back at 1pm, I dropped off the keys. I loaded the kids in the stroller and we left.I returned at 3:30 (I had walked 6 miles round trip to Walmart and back with 4 children). I was ready to head home. I was told that the parts they needed to fix the car were not under warranty and they did not have them in stock after all. I would have to make another appointment to fix them at a cost of $363.34. He then said he got the door to close, but left me under the impression that it had not been completely fixed. I asked why it would cost money when I was previously told it was free of charge because they had already replaced that part. Howard told me the pins/bushings needed were manufacturers parts and they did not cover those. I did not understand how that mattered if it was the same part they had previously fixed. He ran around in circles explaining things. I asked to speak to Byron, who I saw in the office in the back. Howard told me he would talk with Byron and give me a call, but that they would not eat the cost. I thought it was strange that we couldnt resolve the matter at that time, since Byron was there. He seemed annoyed and I left feeling belittled.After I calmed down, I called and talked with Byron, the owner. He was nicer than Howard. After about 30 seconds on the phone, he had explained that the parts they needed were not the same ones I had previously had replaced. Once they took the door off, they noticed a separate problem. He said they couldnt eat that cost because it was a different problem. I completely understood! Within the short time on the phone with Byron, I learned that the pins/bushings werent the problem. I would never have expected them to eat that cost, but talking with Howard, I was never told that it was a completely different problem/part. His terrible lack of explanation, had me confused and angry. I dont understand how someone that works with people (many who do not have a great understanding of cars) cannot give a simple explanation to a customer as to what is wrong. It seemed that because I was a woman who wouldnt understand, he didnt give me a proper explanation. All he needed to say was that a different part than previously thought was to blame. Instead, he was rude, condescending and nothing was properly communicated. This day was a headache. I have never left any place feeling this mistreated, and it would have been so simple to change the way everything happened. When talking with Byron, he apologized for how things were explained and said they had been busy. Being busy should NEVER be an excuse to treat customers with disrespect and make them feel like they are stupid. What a terrible experience. I will not be going back to Auto Body Specialties, because if there is a chance I will be treated like this, it is not worth it.
