Will never buy anything from them ever again. High prices cheap quality!! They’ve been out to my house 3 times to fix the same problem on a bed, I’ve had for only a couple of months. We told them two weeks ago we’ve ran into the same issue and they keep giving us the run around. We also have insurance on our bed and pay too much monthly to sleep on same raggedy bed that keeps falling in. Definitely will be going back to Stewart Williams for future purchases. I’ll be glad when this place goes out of business!! They’re a complete rip off!!!! Please go spend your hard earned money somewhere else like Stewart Williams

Purchased a leather recliner and couch in Nov. 2020. Very cheaply made and found defects in couch and the recliner after receiving the 2nd one because the 1st had large hole in the back. They told my husband that the defective recliner on the couch would go away in about a month (NOT). We paid in full for this purchase. They WERE NOT CHEAP either. We will NEVER buy anything from this place again.

I have always had a great experience with this location. Farmers helped me to start my credit which was huge for me! Both me and my mother have bought furniture from them as well as some of my friends that I have referred. I bough my bed a little over 3 years ago and it’s still holding strong! Also my roommate came in and got an amazing deal and Rachel even helped him start his credit too. As well as I have always been treated like family when coming in. Even the management is great about coming out and getting direct contact with their customers. I have came in with my friends and family and not once have I had a bad experience. I highly recommend that if you are looking for some new furniture, go check them out.

This place has extremely poor management that can not connect with its own employees let alone customers. They are considerably overpriced compared to local stores offering the same or similar merchandise. It’s all about the almighty $ as clearly seen in this place.

Most horrendous customer service. I have ever seen. They do not return phone calls. Raschelle the supposed manager is rude. Promised to have people at my house and they never show up. Today she told me to leave her store and called the police.

Came in here recently to purchase a few couches, and was very pleased with the delivery service and overall customer service at this branch. It is a very clean store with plenty of merchandise and deals.

Springfield store has very poor management. They do not train their sales people properly for they can help customers accordingly to the customers needs or want. I will never do business with them and highly suggest others don’t either

If not the worse store I ever shopped at than its got to be # 2,The tvs are junk recliners filled up with those black bed bugs and the employees at the SPRINGFIELD TN store are rude they cant fix tvs and they dont have anyone to fix them but they expect the customer to keep making payments on something they cant use, I say they are a modern day JESSE JAMES cause its all about the money and they sell junk to get yours,
