I looked the part up on amazon and it was going to be a week before I could get it. My father in-law said call Stone Parts so I did and they had just what I needed! It was honestly the best service I’ve had in a long time makes me think I should be buying locally on more things!

The team at the South side location is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They have very reasonable prices and a good selection of parts. If tjey dont have the part you need they will do their best to find it and order it for you.

Baking heating element self destructed on a Saturday. Looked for one locally but no luck on the weekend. Amazon had them but it wouldn’t arrive for 10 days. Called Stone on Monday and they didn’t have it in stock but would get it for me by the next day. Showed up the next afternoon and it was waiting for me, and cheaper than Amazon. Would buy from again!

I assume all the people that gave good reviews went into the store.They have 2 different numbers and If you call either one of them you will be put on hold indefinitely or put on hold for 10 + minutes and be hung up on.
