Been waiting for a month to get my dishwasher fixed by them while my family is visiting from India. We bought all our appliances from them because our builder recommended them. Ive been patient all along and today after several calls they set an appointment and cancelled without telling me why or when they can schedule the next appointment. I would not recommend them.I wanted to update my review since more recently, they have been more responsive. Maybe they have new staff?

Very good experience during busy tax free weekend. Owner helped this senior citizen load refrigerator on my truck.

Spent almost $900.00 for a microwave/convection oven that stopped working after 2 years. SalemiI would not repair or give discount on new one. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Excellent customer service from the owner, our saleswoman Barbara and the guys who delivered our appliances. Barbara was kind, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about making sure our purchases would suit our needs. She was always patient with us and also available for several follow up phone calls for questions. The delivery guys were also very careful installing the new appliances as we just recently had the floors refinished. I would definitely recommend Salemi’s for anyone looking for new appliances!

Im a contractor and they delivered new stove onto newly finished hardwood floors and scratched. When I confronted owner, Vincent about the issue he hung up on me. Ill never deal with them again. Big box store or Salemis, take your pick, the services offered by both will be equal and less than desirable.

Knowledgable sales people. Huge selection of high-end appliances (Subzero and Wolf). Prices for medium-priced appliances (Kitchenaid etc) are the same HD and L. They do their own service and warranty work. Same prices but better sales and services. Support family owned businesses. Yes you can meet Mr Salemi -- hes there.

Over charged me for washer and dryer to begin with..terrible customer service. NEVER had this problem when Mr Salemi was alive.Charged me extra for set up thst wasnt done correctly dryer over heated..washer still doesnt work right...take your chances.
