Called one week ago and left message referencing our need for an estimate of kitchen and bathroom remodel. No return call.

TruCraft does good quality work. Their carpenters do a great job. We had one painter that was great to work with and on that was not, but I guess that happens with subs.TruCrafts biggest issue is schedule compliance. My advice to future customers is to be very clear on the front end as to what the schedule expectations are and even consider performance penalties in the contract.

Great folks to work with. Its nice to meet a contractor who cares about quality and detail. You cant go wrong with them.We remodeled our Master Bath, knocking down walls, installing new flooring, granite, custom cabinets, shower and moved our laundry roomoff the master bath. They installed granite kitchen tops, redesigned a walk in pantry and on and on.Even the subcontractors they use for Electrical and paint are great.We are Very pleased.

We hired trucraft for a complete kitchen remodel and were extremely happy with the results. Lazzaro provided a detailed scope up front which provided us comfort on what was being agreed to and helped clearly set the expectations for the job. He was also very helpful with the design process and gave us 7 options in terms of layout possibilities which is way more than the quick mock up some other contractors provided. This added level of sophistication was what really sold us on trucrafts process.The craftsmanship from the guys who did the job was very good and their attention to detail was impressive. Additionally, Chance coordinated all of the project details and was very responsive and willing to make sure all of the things we pointed out throughout the process were taken care of. We are so happy with the end result and our kitchen is beautiful!We felt respected as customers and it was a breeze of a process to work with them for our kitchen project from start to finish.
