Purchased a vehicle for over $100K and had it for two months, motor has blown and needs replaced but I cannot get any help from this dealership! I called the GM and he said “call for anything you need anytime” but he made it seem like it was a joke that I was calling in for assistance. Never had such a terrible experience where NOBODY is willing to help and I would not recommend these people to anyone.

As a company they have terrible communication with each other and the costumer. They love the phrase “we will call you in about 20 min”. While in reality you will never hear from them. Will agree on something over the phone completely different from the actual plan once you arrive. Had to come two different time and call multiple time till I had someone actually communicate with me properly. Its clear their priority is not helping the customer. Body shop has the worst communication out of all their departments. Only thing I have liked about this dealer has been their service department. They had communication with me and worked with me twice to fix details on my vehicle.

The service rep who helped me did a good job. Her name is Vonya. She was very apologetic for all of the issues that occurred.However, it took the shop 2 tries to fix the turbo/oil pressure issue, and 3 tries to fix the A/C. While the truck was in the shop for the 2nd time, the step bar was bent by the service tech, who didn’t disclose this. They did give me some money for damages, but it cannot be fixed, and the amount given wasn’t enough to buy a new one. Lastly, another adviser told me it would be ready last Friday and it ended up not being ready until this Tuesday. I have questions as to whether I paid for work on the A/C that wasn’t needed on the first 2 attempts.Other than Vonya, nothing about the experience was positive. I don’t plan to come back.

Dont waste your time! They have no problem letting you drive over an hour only to learn they wont honor their online price without adding 10% in fees (fees like a $1000 delivery fee - this vehicle is on the lot, and they dont realize that I know it was last for sale last month at a dealer 40 miles away).

Wally Walters is absolutely the best out there. I called him with a different situation to handle. He was able to find me an amazing used 2013 Buick Enclave with very low miles that fit exactly what I needed. At first the monthly payment was a little higher than I had hoped but without me even asking he was able to lower my payment by 60$! He was able to work my process without me being on the lot for hours and hours. He got me approved and I emailed and texted my documents and he even went as far as to help me find a great insurance agent!! ABOVE AND BEYOND! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend this lot and will do all my car business here from now on. I was able to test drive and sign the papers. One of the easiest car buying experiences.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE!!!! Jose the service counter man refused to call the number provided when we dropped our car off for warranty service on Monday...... Had to go take my care back from them because the refused to work on my car despite there being warranty issues. Instead of calling the number provided which was my phone number he decided he would call my wife and make her feel completely incompetent and then tell her she didnt have her priorities in line. Bottom line my warranty covered a courtesy vehicle and the repairs me my wife my three kids were left stranded for 5 days and nothing was fixed on my vehicle I had to go take it back. Most awful place in Springdale.

I worked with the service department at Crain and had a horrible experience! They have a lack of communication not only with the customer (I would have to call daily to see if anything was done with my car or if I would be without it for another day), but also within themselves. I was told it would take around 5 hours to diagnose and after 5 days my car was still not fixed. I even had the man who works the desk at the service department state that I didnt have my priorities straight all because he was giving me a total amount without knowing for sure if my warranty would cover the issue or not and I said I couldnt afford that amount. I ended up picking my car up without any work being done on it

Tony did a great job! He went the extra mile and made sure that the warranty company had all the information so that they could make an informed decision to cover my issues. He was very good about updating me regularly about the status/progress of my repairs giving me peace of mind and building trust. Additionally, he was very cheerful, professional, and an excellent communicator. My car was returned to me in great shape - no footprints, fingerprints, etc, and it smelled nice. Your service rep was rude, and he didn’t have a good knowledge of your products. You cracked my windshield, and told me it was there prior to the appointment, yet you never noted it on your initial vehicle inspection, and only mentioned it when I called to complain!

At first we very excited that Mr. Crawford was able to help us out with finding us a vehicle. The process up to when we got it was smooth. But once I got the vehicle it had problems that was not disclosed to us before receiving the vehicle. ( we did contactless sale) We didn’t get to come and rest it out so we were trusting everything that was told to us. Once we received it, we found out quickly that the USB port in the front wasn’t working and the vehicle was making a loud noise whenever you would start it up. Not knowing was was going on I took it to a car place for them to inform me that there was a crack in the exhaust. We were upset because we didn’t have the vehicle for a week yet and there was problems with it already. Mr. Frank at the dealership did come to our rescue and took care of the problem for us so that we didn’t have to spend money on a problem that we didn’t create. For that we are very great full that they valued us as customers. I would definitely shop there again in the future, but I will probably come in person next time. Thank you.

I never felt pressured I had bought my Buick Encore in Florida a couple of years before moving here by a very pushy sales lady. There was nothing wrong with the Encore except I didnt like such a small SUV. I came here because I was new in town. After the first visit with you I knew you would have all my business and you do. Luis and Jonathan worked with my mom who bought me a brand new 2020 Terrain. I absolutely LOVE it. Where to begin? The engine went out in our 2015 GMC Sierra ONE MONTH after the warranty was up. A warranty that the dealership couldnt find due to it being in their old system (from the dealership in Fort Smith). By the time that was found we were already told this was the issue with the vehicle. Its funny, though, the dealership said this issue has definitely been going on within the time of the warranty... they literally admitted that. Then GM did their best and opened a case with us. We were given typical corporate responses for any questions we asked. We asked to have this escalated -- GM said someone else would call us, that didnt happen.While all this is happening, we go ahead with the repairs at 60% off... cool. Why 60% is our question that literally nobody will answer. Not one person has been able to tell us why they will only cover 60%. We are literally just looking for a valid reason. Anyway, every week, we have been showing up at the dealership to talk to the manager (who claims he personally called GM to help us out). Guess what? Were on week 3 of showing up and getting dodged by the manager. He is either on vacation or sits in his office so long that we have exerted our time and we have to leave. What kind of customer service is this? Answer one simple question and stop hiding.All this to say, we are exhausted. It should not be this hard to receive answers. I know they dont care about one family discontinuing a relationship with GM, but trust and believe I have told EVERYONE I know about this. We are already planning and awaiting the day we can fully break free from being a GM family.This dealership does not care about actually helping people, it cares about dodging people. Dont worry, we are relentless and we will keep showing up until someone finally decides to grow up, be an adult, and answer a simple question or give a reasonable explanation. Also, the engine had about 75k miles on it... we have cars in our driveway with double that, that have never needed new engines.Do better, but until then, we will see you again next week (and probably again the week after that).

No hassle experience start to finish. Requested information on a truck online and was met with immediate response by Wally. We set up a time to look at the truck I was looking at and the next day I was in a new truck a day after that. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in and they were in line with their price on the new truck that I had been seeing elsewhere across the region. Glad I could find a local dealership to work with given how hard it is right now to find new trucks. Wally was laid back and not pushy through any part of the process. They way buying a vehicle should be. Very happy with my 2020 GMC 2500 AT4!

Worst service department I have ever experienced. Bought my new Yukon Denali here 3 years ago. They were awesome during the buying process but once you start using their service department, it totally changes. Their service department is by far the worst.... zero integrity and zero customer service. I have had issues every time I bring my car in for service. Do yourself a favor and take your car for service elsewhere.

Their service department doesnt seem to understand when people ask for two separate services be performed during the same visit. I took my kia there for a fuel intake valve cleaning and an oil change, and wouldnt you know it, they call me five hours later telling me my car is done. I was about to make a deal on a pickup. It had 51k miles. Web site says 100 year/100k mile powertrain warranty. When I asked about that the sales manager said that this particular truck does not come with the warranty. Sister company crain Volkswagen of Fayetteville did the same thing. I found a truck and website says 100year/100k powertrain warranty and when asked about it same story We decided to not warranty this truck.

This was the best experience I could have had buying a car from the dealership for the first time. The sales team and finance team were able to make things happen and take care of me from start to finish on my used purchase. When I raised any concerns, Wally Walters in sales, handled it with ease and wouldnt let me leave the lot without being 100% satisfied with my purchase. He went above and beyond and even did extra detailing work on the car. 10/10 recommend coming here to do business with a team that has more integrity than you would get at your average dealership. Service department is terrible! We have had a pistol stolen out of our vehicle while there already! And this time they want to go through my wifes wallet she accidentally let in the car and find her debit card and run it for work done while she was at work!They would not deliver the vehicle to her and let her drive back to pay herself, said the vehicle will not leave the dealership until they receive paymentShe had to get someone to drive her down there from work and pay before she got her vehicle.When she asked for the general manager, he was conveniently on the phoneWe will now find another GM dealership to do our maintenance work.

So, I read through some of the reviews, and I actually have had really good experiences with their service department. I always do make appointments and also make sure to know how much time I will need to have for it. Overall zero problems and great service, plus they send me lots of service coupons. I have purchased 3 vehicles from here and so far I have been pleased. I would say their sales people are Ok, Kerry is who sold us our latest vehicle. He did take a lot of time into helping us getting a vehicle we liked. He was so sweet. Something, that I was quite annoyed about is that they were a bit pushy on going about having them pull our credit to finance... however, we were already pre-approved through our bank and I had stated multiple times! I had to contact my bank Unify, which I strongly recommend! Awesome rates and great service! (Breanna at the Springdale location for Unify Credit Union) It is very important that if you go this route have a loan officer be very knowledgable. Finally, make sure you stand your ground whether, its with Crain or any other dealer. Do NOT compromise with what you want!

Twice I have left messages with the service department to call me. I need to get a price on the installation of a rear camera mirror. No one would return my call. Purchased new 2017 GMC Denali, after 11K miles it would not shut off, took it to Crain Springdale, said it was repaired under warranty (3yr/36K), at 24K miles same problem only it was 6mths out of warranty (time not mileage) sorry, $600 please. Took it to Superior GMC Siloam Springs, Well, it is out of warranty but lets see what we can do $130!!! Will never go to Crain again!! Superior GMC in Siloam Springs is the place to go

Overall, purchasing my vehicle went very smoothly. The staff was very helpful. However, 2 weeks after the purchase and 1 day after giving them a very satisfied rating on the survey, my husband got a phone call from our salesman to notify him that because I gave a very satisfied instead of an extremely satisfied rating he was not going to receive a bonus from GM.I am a repeat customer and instead of a follow up call asking how everything was going, the only thing he spoke about was his lost bonus. Not the best move in this time where our economy is in question and customers should be appreciated.I went to the dealership and spoke to the Sales Manager about the phone call. Instead of apologizing, his response was that perhaps the sales person could have used different words and that GM is funny about how they give bonuses, that, indeed, a customer has to give an extremely satisfied rating to receive it.Why did that phone call even happen in the first place? Rude. This is an internal GM issue that that should not be passed on to the customer. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.

There are some cool service people, but when my car started getting issues the day after I bought it I found out “it’s not covered by warranty” so now I have to pay out of pocket for my repairs. It seems like once they sell you the car they could give less of a whoop about servicing it. I’ve been back 3 times in the last week and I’m over it.

If I could possibly do no stars I would, but I can’t. They made a “deal” with my husband to sell him a truck on 5/24. He told the salesman “no” multiple times. Then finally agreed to what my husband was wanting and so my husband said “yes”. At signing the payment ended up being $5 more than he was told. Then after that they failed to deliver 2 of the things promised to my husband and claimed that the sales man never talked to him about that. Finally after having to call corporate multiple times they agreed to pay $500 of what cost us $1600 to do since they did not do what they promised. The sales man sent a text to my husband basically stating that we were affecting his paycheck. All while this is going on our truck payment on the truck we traded in still drafted 6/1. Then unbeknownst to us they had put the payment on the new truck at 30 days out instead of the usual 45, so then we had to make another truck payment by 6/23. The same day that we got the notice that the payment on the new truck was due we received notice that the payment on our old truck was still set to draft 7/1. We called the lien holder and our loan was still not paid off this was on 6/19. I called Crain the next day and asked to speak to the finance department. The finance manager picked up and said “I know exactly what you are calling about but I will need to call you back”. Up to this point they had only ever spoke to my husband, so he had no idea what I was calling about. When he called me back he said, “I’ve been hearing your name going around, what is it that I can help you with?” I explained that I was not calling in reference to anything that my husband was dealing with, that I only wanted to speak about our loan not being paid off. He did some back sliding and claimed he didn’t know what was going on with any of the other stuff. But overall he was very nice. He told me he would have to call me the next day because it was almost 5:00. He did call me back the next day to let me know that he had a check number and it had been mailed out on 5/13, but that he would have to still find out if it had been cashed. He never provided me with the check number, and never called me back. Today is now 6/26, I have still heard nothing from to dealership about the payoff, so I called the lien holder again. Our truck is STILL not paid off. I called the dealership twice and asked to be transferred to the finance manager, I never mentioned my name, and the receptionist transferred me both times. Both times it would ring, make a beeping sound and then go silent. There was no voicemail, so I could not leave a message. Although I did not leave a message and never mentioned my name to the receptionist he still somehow knew to call me. He left me a voice mail, because at this point I was back at work. I returned his call to no answer, but was able to leave a voicemail. Overall it has been a terrible experience and I would not wish this on my worst enemy.

I would give a much higher rating if I could get Alex as my service adviser every time. He is very accommodating and works to get you in to fit your schedule. Twice now I have gotten Hayden, who is nothing but rude and does not try to accommodate THE CUSTOMER at all. My wifes check engine light was on in her Buick and we both took it up there on a Saturday morning right when they opened and was going to drop it off (my wife followed in my truck). Hayden had the audacity to tell me that he wasnt going to look at it today and that I needed to come back another time. Well I got Alex on the phone and he had no problem with me dropping it off the following Saturday to which they fixed the issue. The check engine light is now back on and I called to see if I could drop it off for them to check in on Saturday again since my wife and I both work during the week. Unfortunately, I received Hayden again who was rude and said no, we only do oil changes on Saturday. I confronted him about it and told him that they fixed it on a Saturday the last time and he came up with an excuse of multiple people being on vacation. If you only change oil on Saturdays then you should probably advertise that, rather that having a service center that is open until 3 on Saturday. I would take my car to someone else but they are the service center that fixed the issue in the first place and I dont think another dealership will touch it since it should still have a warranty on the work. Called to get an estimate of my 1996 GMC3500 for a repair. The service advisor could not even give me the correct truck then told me that sometimes they can’t get parts for something like this when I just spoke to parts and was able to get the exact part numbers needed and the truck has only had major repairs completed at GMC service centers. No confidence in this dealership for repair now.

Bought a 2019 GMC 3500 Denali for this dealership. While my truck was under warranty had a brake caliper come apart. They would not honor warranty. Charged me $1400 for repair. Four thousand miles later same problem and they want to charge me again. They will never receive business from me again.

Very unprofessional and a complete lack of knowledge and accountability.Worst customer service experience I have ever received. Called before hand to make sure they could work on our vehicle, told them the issues and was assured even though they were a GMC dealership they serviced all makes and models. Wrote my car up and dropped everything off, the vehicle wasnt ready when they said it would be but that wasnt the real issue when i showed up to pick up my vehicle all of the sensors were still from Service to Tire Pressure etc. Which is even odder since we also purchased 4 new tires at $200 a piece which is one of the reasons it took them longer to complete they vehicle but i was also assured these were top of the line tires and would be the ideal tire for our Volvo. I went back inside told them all the lights were on, it wasnt vacuumed, or washed and that the odometer was off. Was told sorry shop is closed but drive it a couple miles and it will go off, that didnt work so i went back up there and they said sorry he wasnt familiar with Volvos and i should just google it.... Keep in mind i just spent over $1200 getting our vehicle serviced and new tires. Called back the next day to try and speak with someone while shop was open and was told to bring it back up there which is obviously extremely inconvenient especially when you have already been without a car while its int he shop and they only operate during normal business hours which makes it difficult when you have a full time job. Get back up there and the guy at the front desk again had no clue and said his service manager wasnt there. Called back several times and told something different every time even the odometer reading they took was was inn accurate, long story short two weeks later our vehicle is having to be serviced at another facility and already have to replace a tire because it wasnt installed properly which is what the sensor was telling them!

I bought a pre owned car in January and got a maintenance package for free oil/filter changes and tire/break inspection for 3 years, they also said it was inspected and maintenanced before I got it but the first oil change I got they found the filters jam packed with pine needles and debrees but I dont even live near any pine trees. They tried to make me pay for the whole maintenance but then I had to MAKE them give me the free oil change and still ended up spending $200 that I wasnt even expecting just for the filters! Then when I finally started using my AC it wasnt working, I called the service center and they assured me that they inspected it for leaks and refilled the freon so it must be a major issue and they would look at it for another $200 and tell me what was wrong with it so i could get it fixed. I ended up taking it to my own mechanic (fayettville tire and auto) and they looked at it for free and the thing was just out of freon!!!! I was furious!!! Then they also told me that after every 6 months I would get a new key/fob for my car and when I just called they said they have never heard of any kind of package like this and I would have to pay for a new one then sent me to some other phone that had a mailbox that was full and couldnt accept any messages. I am so done with this place! Horrible service and horrible people! I had better service from car mart back in the day which is pretty sad. Definitely will not be getting any other cars from Crain.

Worst buying experience ever. Never agreed on a payment and they sent us back to financing to sign papers? We sat there for HOURS with our two children. And when they finally told us the payment they had us at, they knew it was “close enough” for us to take the deal because they made us wait so long.False advertisement on their vehicles. Make sure EVERYTHING they advertise on the vehicle actually works. Check it, because odds are, they didn’t.Extremely unprofessional. After we signed- and had to come back to have them FIX and replace the A/C (One of the MANY things that “worked” but actually doesn’t) they informed us that we would have to re-sign papers because they had titled it wrong. It just felt extremely pushy and shady. I 10/10 do NOT recommend to buy here!I took this first part of my review down because they said they would “make things right” - which led to our sales man Mike giving us the run around and then not contacting us at all.

I have a Chevy and go here instead of the actual Chevy dealer for service. I have better luck getting in or an appointment set when I need it since my vehicle is a company vehicle and if its down, so am I. I do need to go back after an alignment I just got because now the steering wheel is off center. I dont expect any trouble getting them to correct it though.

We spoke with Ed Williams, he was great to us and after speaking about what we wanted he called back within a couple hours and we had ourselves a deal. It’s a shame to get a very bad service from our own community trying to make us pay extra money to get the oil change on our vehicle when we already paid for those services when we bought the vehicle just because it’s not the same location where we bought the vehicle. The people in the service department need to improve in their costumer skills.

I came in for a tire balancing, was told instead that my two new-ish front tires were faulty or wearing out too quickly on the sidewalls, so two new tires were found very quickly and mounted on the vehicle, with a provided ride to get lunch, also being grateful I was offered the tire warranty when I bought the vehicle, which covered the tire purchase. Call to the warranty company was also handled, so my job was just waiting with knowledge that everything was being handled expertly. Thanks, guys!
