Ronnie and staff in the service dept. are the greatest. I had to come from out of town to get my F150 repaired because my hometown dealer couldnt get me scheduled in time. I was going to be traveling and needed the work done asap. Ronnie got me in the next day and had me done a day earlier than expected. Great job! Ill definitely be back and will visit them first when it comes time to buy my next Ford.

Last year I went in for an issue with my F-150. It would die at traffic lights. They said they couldn’t figure it out or get it to recreate. Fast forward to yesterday. Check engine light comes on. Truck is running fine. They diagnose cam phasers. Warranty ran out 8-9 it’s not even a month out. They said it has been a known issue for some time now. I asked if it was the cause of the previous issue. They confirmed it was but could not give me a reason why they didn’t look into it. The bill is $4211.99. I called Ford and I was told there was nothing they could do. I’ve lost all trust in this dealership.

Springdale Service Department was good to me. 600 miles from home, I had a water pump start to fail on my Expedition under warranty. I started looking at reviews for dealers in my area and most were pretty bad especially for service. Springdale Ford however had pretty decent reviews for service and timelyness. I called them up and they assured me they could take care of my situation in the time frame I had. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and they kept me informed throughout the repair. They did what needed to be done and what I asked for without trying to upsell a bunch of things I didn’t really need. Being a former tech, the service writer was knowledgeable about the repairs I needed and was helpful answering and explaining the things I asked about. And when I pick it up they went over everything I asked for again at the car while I started it up to make sure everything I asked about was addressed and I was good to go. I try my best to avoid going to a dealer for anything except warranty work and even then I go in preparing to have to argue and fight but these guys did right by me and I’m happy to give them accolades for their effort. I hope everyone that goes here is treated as I was.

There are other dealers closer to me, but Springdale Ford was able to accommodate my schedule much better than they were. The repair work seems to have been done competently, and I was prepared for a larger bill than what I was actually charged. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful.

Service was excellent when the technician Mark replaced the engine in my Ford Escape within 4 days and the coordination between Mark, Derrick Fisher the service adviser and myself was outstanding.I’m a happy camper and highly recommend Springdale Ford for vehicle service.

Our salesman (Jose) was fairly knowledgeable, but the best part was him letting us ask and drive how much we wanted. Patience as well as I killed my bank with kindness to get the loan for the truck that was at a descent/fair price. It is a smaller branch, so if you want a fancy pantsy electric mustang or Bronco with more features than a Japanese Casino, they will have to make a call for one from their sister branch.

The service team at Springdale Ford was great when I recently needed several mechanical repairs done on my truck. They listened when I described the issues, and they advised me so that I understood my options.

Service was very helpful even though I brought my car in early in the morning they were not able to get it done the same day. I had to try to find a ride home. Than to make matters worse it was still making a noise from something the did wrong on it so I had to bring it back to have it fixed again. So not real happy about that considering how much I had to pay for the repairs. However the service dept has always been very nice and helpful.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. It is impossible to get someone on the phone. They’ve had my car 2 days to fix an AC issue that still hasn’t been fixed and now I have to waste another (3rd) day to get them my vehicle to see if they can fix it. They are the only service dept. in the country that is closed on weekends. Once they fix this issue with my car I’m never coming back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever use them.

Found it strange on my ticket I read where they said they recommended to me the air filter needs changed. They never covered with me at all in less I read it never would have known. Then when I asked them about it they said oh yes we looked at it it needs changed but we are back ordered on them so couldn’t change anyway do it on your next oil change ! Well it either needs it or not if it does then they can check sister store or surrounding dealerships not just slip it in paperwork...

It’s been a month since I’ve left message to get airbag recall on car done, moving my business to Fayetteville

I called in with a leak on my rear differential and got scheduled with ease. Derek set me up for a Thursday morning appointment and we dropped the car off with them the Wednesday evening before. I had a call back before lunch with the issue and a solution. After approval they not only fixed my issue the same day but took care of a recall my car had! Incredibly impressed with the service, especially compared to other Ford places in the area. I will definitely be a repeat customer here.

My experience with the service department was abysmal. A week after having them inspect and fix issues on an old truck I had purchased, including brake sensors and such, the brakes went out. I sent the truck back to have the brakes fixed. Several hundreds of dollars later, brakes still weren’t right. I sent the truck to another dealership at the request of legal counsel to hear the other dealership’s tech say that he saw no evidence of brake repair work. Adding insult to injury, the never called when they said they would and based on my singular experience are not able to keep their word. Use this service with eyes open. After several thousands of dollars invested, I would give negative stars if that were an option.

Transmission on a new truck started having problems before the warranty expired and then completely went out shortly after the warranty expired. Ford only covered half of the repairs on a 2 year old vehicle. Does not give us confidence in Ford’s product; however, the dealership lobbied hard on our behalf with Ford and went above and beyond trying to get the vehicle fixed.

I went to look at a used car, so far the experience is great, I may go back.

$128 for a diagnostic is a little much. Was advised that my vehicle was actually never moved from where it was towed. Seems kinda hard to perform a 99 point inspection with never moving the vehicle. Just an fyi if the diagnosis is wrong we will be requesting a refund on your service.
