Very friendly staff at this location who were also very knowledgeable. My truck was in such bad shape with fading and oxidation. These guys brought it back to life and for a for a reasonable price. Very pleased and will do business with them again.

Great service, Fair price. After 16 years of parking outside the original paint had faded and peeled so much that I didnt bother washing it because it made no difference. I took my truck to Maaco and Mike made it clear that he could meet my expectations. The proposal was itemized and had no unexpected costs. The paint job meets or exceeds factory specifications and I would definitely recommend this company.

(THANK YOU) When I dropped my car off they did promise it was going to be done in two weeks and they took longer than expected since they were having issues at the shop due to Covid-19 which is understandable but when I reached out to their management these guys made sure that I truly was taken care off. This is Macco right? I went to get an estimate to paint my pick up truck they quoted me $2500 make only charge 500 bucks for paint jobs and I don’t understand why they charged me 2500 nobody work just to sand it down and paint only

Mike and his staff did an excellent job of giving my options beforehand and were very helpful with suggestions as to repairs and additional things that I wanted to try. The job was done quickly and my 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse looks like new. I can recommend Maaco for any body work and painting job that anyone might have. The most important thing was that they really cared about making my car showroom ready. Thanks Mike and the crew.

The paint job was really good my issue was the inside of my car was really bad i know that it was gonna get dusty but had to pay 180 dollars to clean the mess.

We had our horse trailer painted and we were very satisfied and pleased with the results. The color was exactly as we picked and the bed liner that was recommended by the estimator was a very good idea and should help against rusting. We will return in the future when painting services are needed.

Incredibly knowledgeable and urgent staff! Walk through in ordering parts and price comparison. Car was finished and in great condition sooner than expected. Any upholstery they had to remove and replace was cleaner than when I sent it in, including a complimentary vaccum where they’d worked. Went as far as to check my tires afterwards. Very friendly people, did a nice job of a quick repaint job on my old car hood that i just wanted to look better than it did at a low cost. I got sent here by another place that was going to charge 1500 for a 20 year guarantee paint job... Not necessary for a car thats 18 years old already! Anyway good value for price :-)

This is not my real name which is for personal reasons but know my review is 100%honest. my first name is Matthew but that’s all I’ll give. I have had a lot of problems with any type of car repair shop in the past, but at Maaco it was the first time I actually felt fully confident in the service. Their manager, Larry Roach Junior is always there and he will always remember you and the problem you have. After visiting his shop, I called 2 days later and after a very brief description of my car problem he immediately knew who I was and all the details and problems I had given when I came in. He also gave a price 200 hundred dollars better than every other collision repair shop I visited. Don’t think it was a cheap job because he gave an outstanding job, but did it for a much better price! Even as I sat there doing work, waiting for my car to finish its repairs, I saw Larry personally dealing with many customers to make sure they got the best service they could get. Even as he dealt with all these people, he still made sure I was getting the best service imaginable. This is a guy who will be honest with you, but also make sure you get the best deal you can get it.The manager will take care of you and you will get The best service around. I usually don’t post many google reviews but this man, Larry, and his collision repair center deserve a shout out for how well they handle dealing with you, and your car. If your car needs collision repair, don’t go to Fayetteville, go MAACO in Springdale, you won’t regret it! I would also like to mention that I have seen the past reviews of this site but they do not consider the new manager. Larry has managed this place for a few months and he has a done a great job. While past reviews are legitimate and honest, I think most reviews considered should be Viewed 3-4 months or fewer because that is how long Larry has been in charge. He is a man that will make sure you get a good job done. As long as he is the manger I trust the service!

Maaco Collision Repair in Springdale, AR is the place to go after you’ve suffered a wreck, hail damage, paint scraped, fender bender, or just a new paint job. After my wreck, Kevin in the office gave me a great estimate that fit my budge and will stay in that budget, even below. Then Larry in the shop did all the repairs and made my truck look brand new like nothing ever happened. I trust the guys at Maaco 100%

Dont let them do what they call body work all they can do is bolt on factory parts. left scuff marks in there Bondo job. trash in there paint under my clear coat. orange peel texture in the paint. over spray behind all four door handles. runs in clear coat. If that wasnt bad enough the service Im now receiving on the issues are completely non existent at the moment for I have called the Springdale location and corporate office for over a month and cant get a call back at all! very disappointed save your money go somewhere else

Did a decent job on my bumper. Well priced

Took over a week to buff out a quarter size paint chip and 3 dents. After a week worth of body work, not to mention they dont loan rentals for customers, there was still damage that was not repaired. I dont recommend them for body work.

Under no circumstances could I be more pleased with any aspect of my experience with Rob, Kevin, the actual paint job. I am a Macco fan.
