My car has been in the shop for almost a month. I know it takes time for a car to be repaired (a new fender/door in my case), but I was never let known that my fender was on national back order until I called them a week and a half later (the estimated date that my car would be finished) for an update. My insurance calls me to update me, and let’s me know they’re going to have the shop reassemble my car until the part comes in because I don’t have car rental listed under my insurance. I call Terry the shop manager and he says he will get it reassembled. A week and a half later, I keep getting texts saying still reassembling and waiting— called for today for an update today and they were of no help. They just keep putting it off and telling me they’re waiting for parts. I know that, I get that. It’s not a matter of me waiting for the part anymore— my car is still drivable without it. The matter is I do not have a vehicle. I was never called about the back order, I was never called when they had to push back multiple dates for my “car to be ready.”. I am completely left in the dark. Is my car being assembled at this point?

Could not be more pleased to this team. They did an outstanding job repairing the damages on my vehicle they did an outstanding job and no short cuts. Went to pick it up and found my passenger door would not open from the inside gave them a call and they fixed right away with no hassle and quick. This is the second time that I’ve used Bob Maloney Collision in Springdale. The people there were professional, kind and very attentive to the needs of my car. The young lady there was very sweet and KNEW her stuff. My car was done earlier than the date that it was supposed to be done. I took my car by to get an estimate, and I was able to get the estimate very quickly. It was very reasonable given what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. After I filed a claim with my insurance company, Emily handled the communication with them which was so appreciated. My vehicle was fixed so incredibly fast that I didnt even have to mess with getting a rental car! I know that is not typical, but it was such a great surprise! And my car looks amazing!!! My insurance company recommended me this establishment to take my vehicle to get worked on.Needless to say they broke two wheel studs off(that they didn’t take responsibility over, I had to replace myself), didn’t put my wheel well liner back how it was and didn’t bother to remove the plastic seat covering and steering wheel covering they put on when they gave me back my car.Plus on top of that they threw in a lot of extra unnecessary parts and labor that the vehicle didn’t needI had very high expectations for this shop, but I was wrong

From estimate, ordering parts to finish, they had my vehicle repaired in 5 business days. Their staff was friendly and very knowledgeable in what was needed to repair my vehicle. They would text me throughout the progress of the repairs. When completed, they went through everything with me that needed repaired and gave me the check list. My vehicle looked amazing when completed and they also did some inside detailing! That was a nice surprise.

Needed my Chevy SSR repaired after colliding with a flock of buzzards. There was major front damage and it looks as good or better than the day I bought it. I was contacted every two I days with an update during the week she was in the shop and couldnt be more pleased.

They were all very friendly and efficient! My original repair time was about 2 weeks but they had it done right around 1. Hopefully I wont need them to do any more work in the future but of I do Ill go back. They also warranty their work which is wonderful!

Update: don’t let anyone tell you reviews go unnoticed. Do not believe companies know every detail of what’s happening but that they don’t care. If something is wrong, keep working for a resolution. Mr. Davis did just that. He contacted me and we’ve been working on a resolution for a few weeks. Know this man stands behind his company but does not stand for subpar work. He will and did get to the bottom of my issues. I am grateful to him for his attention to detail and making sure this does not happen to anyone else. Thank you to Mr. Davis. I update my review knowing that my experience was not the norm and would recommend this shop now that all issues have been resolved.Let me start off by saying that I had let all of my experience with Bob Maloney pass until yesterday. While cleaning out part of my car, I discovered big shards of metal left from the body work completed a few months ago and that prompted me to write this review.After an unfortunate accident in early November, my car was handed over on November 18th. Due to my car being a MINI Cooper, parts had to be ordered from overseas. I knew this meant it would take some time to complete the work. Once the new fender had arrived, we knew the possibility of more damage underneath was possible. More parts had to be ordered which meant more time. Again this was expected. Then other parts were damaged in the reinstallation of a tail light again adding time to the completion of the work.On December 23rd, we arrived to pick up my car. Instantly I could tell there was something wrong. The driver’s side door didn’t meet the car correctly. A protective strip on that door hadn’t been replaced. When checking the rear of the car, it was painfully obvious that the boot and rear bumper were not properly replaced. Both were crooked in opposite directions. It wasn’t a slight misjudgement. The plastic fender piece was actually hanging off. I popped that back into place when I was walking past.The problems did not end there. The car was parked with the replaced fender in the shade. Upon turning the car around, it was also disarmingly obvious that the paint had not been completely buffed out. The scratches and marks weren’t minor. I was quite upset and had to walk away. The excuse for this awful attempt at body work? That the shop really wanted to get my car back to me. This is not a way to run a business.We were offered to take the car home and return at a later date for the issues to be rectified. My husband and I both declined the offer. We then left with me in tears. This is not acceptable business practice. Unfortunately, this story only grows worse.My husband picked up the car a few days later, I believe December 26th. He commented it seemed there was more road noise than he remembered. This being my car, he figured it was just him not remembering how loud the car is due to being a convertible. I then discovered that the window was not sealing to the car causing a gap of almost 2 centimeters.Fast forward to bringing the car back to have the window adjusted. We were unable to return until January 20th because we both are employed and do not live or work in Springdale. After the window issue was fixed, I left completely heartbroken over the entire experience.Now we come to this past weekend. After looking into the under compartment I found metal shavings up to the size of dimes. When you are a company, your name is attached to your work. That is your business card on four wheels rolling around town. I wish I could go back in time, spend my own money for transport, and take my car to Kansas City to a trusted MINI body shop. I hope no one has to ever experience such disregard for someone’s personal property. There were other issues as well but I wanted to stick to the straight facts. After 6 months, I am still in shock of how little regard for craftsmanship was given to my car. Kudos to the paint guys for matching the color perfectly. I’ll give ya that.

My experience at Bob Maloney’s was so great. They called enterprise to double check that they would be there to pick me up when I dropped off my car so I wouldn’t be stuck waiting on them! The employees really go out of their way to help you in whatever way possible. They even helped buff out an additional spot on my car just to be nice! They fully cleaned out my car front and backseat for me as well. It was raining the day I picked my car up so they let me go through the shop where they kept my car so I wouldn’t get wet trying to get in!
