Mike and Jordan did an absolute amazing job. I had a large job to be done and they worked for the entire week doing lots of extra cosmetic touches to make the floors look better with no added charges. They went out of their way to allow my animals to go outside and to make sure we could get to our refrigerator. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

I recently finished the process of purchasing my first house. The floors were in terrible shape: years of dog urine and dog hair littered the carpets. Additionally, there was asbestos tiling in several rooms. Needless to say, I needed to do some intensive work on my floors to restore them to a condition where there was no evidence of a dog or other bad smells.Under time constraints (a 20-day window from closing on the house to my move-in day), I called around to numerous flooring companies - including the big name stores such as Lowes, Home Depot, etc. - and NONE of them agreed to install carpets overtop asbestos tiling. I was getting desperate, frustrated, and hopeless about being able to get the flooring completed prior to moving in.Pages was a blessing. The coordinator was understanding, and caring about my circumstances and request. Pages was impressively flexible and customer-oriented. The carpets were ordered promptly, arriving just 2 days before I moved in. The very next day - the day before moving in - the team installed my carpets in a matter of hours.The team at Pages provides a quality service! From start to finish, the team that installed my carpet was friendly, efficient, and helpful.*The one factor that prevented a 5-star rating: once the team was done installing, they did not sweep up the scraps/fragments of carpet that were left on the floor. My only request/suggestion to Pages is to include that in your carpet installation service.*Ultimately, I would easily and quickly recommend Pages to anyone who asks me for a flooring company recommendation. We had new flooring placed in 2 rooms and it required the removal of cemented in tile. Needless to say it is a messy job. Brad and crew replaced almost all our flooring on our first level. Besides replacing the flooring, there were several areas that required some custom trim work. The flooring and trim work look amazing and the house looks totally different. Its hard to find a good flooring company that is a one stop shop and does everything. Pages was professional from the consultation to the end product. We will only use Pages in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I do my own laminate and hardwood but for carpet I always use pages. They are by far the best. Not saying they are the cheapest but the quality is incredible and you wont have to repaint your house from them rubbing the walls and trim. Ive seen some disasters from other guys.

My husband and I are building a house and used Pages Flooring for everything! The two guys that Brad uses for the tile work are amazing! Very detailed and perfectionist! We have a rather large custom walk-in shower and the tile in there goes out into the floor and it is absolutely perfect! The backsplash in the kitchen is BEAUTIFUL! Straight and consistent! These guys treat your home like theirs. They brought things to our attention that I wouldn’t have even thought of! I would 100% use them again!

What more can one say about a company youve done business with for...jeez, 21 years?!? Im a shopper on price - and Ive never bought from anyone other than Pages. Im a stickler about quality and upkeep - and Ive never once had to have them come back to redo anything (at least nothing thats been their fault...our dogs went mental once and dug down to the floorboards, and, somehow, Pages matched the area perfectly with the rest of the carpet, thus saving us the cost of replacing the rest of the room!).Ive seen several different teams of theirs come through over the years (decades) and down to the last individual, they are professional, they are neat (they have always left our homes immaculate) and they are patient (I ask a lot of questions). Ive recommended them to at least 20 other people and I strongly recommend you consider Pages whenever you have flooring needs (weve done tile, hard wood, and just about every kind of carpet that exists with them).I rarely write reviews, but for them I didnt hesitate. Could not have been better! We previously had a terrible experience at another carpet store and were hesitant at choosing another business for our flooring needs. We had a tight timeline with moving and had to change the plan a couple of times too. Everything was on time, done well and even with our freshly painted walls, there was only a tiny spot to touch up. We expected a lot more, as is common with fresh paint, but the installation was top notch. Ron helped us from beginning to end with knowledge to make choices and treated me respectfully with my many questions and concerns We would definitely use Paiges again!

The guy we needed to talk to was out this week, which is understandable. The others did their best to help and seem very knowledgeable about the options. We will go again.

We had Pages Flooring take up our old wood floors, carpet flooring, and and laminate in the entryway, dining room, study, living room and kitchen. They replaced the flooring with hardwood and ceramic tile. The job they did was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Not only did they take care of it all at once in ONE week, they were also always so very professional and timely. They were efficient, curtious, and they even cleaned up daily. Not to mention the customer service was beyond what we could have ever expected. Everyone we dealt with was amazing. Absolutely recommend Pages to anyone needing floor work.

After water damage to our living room we were unexpectedly on the search for flooding. We check Lowes, Home Depot. Menards- you name it.
