They dont do things that require soldering. So they dont really do repairs. Just replace components.Despite writing down what was wrong with the laptop, I still paid a diagnostic feeTwo stars for still figuring out what was wrong.

After going to UbreakIfix and getting the bad advice that I needed a new screen for my Samsung laptop because the display would not turn on. I decided to try Ardent Tech IT solutions and I am happy I did because they took my laptop to diagnose the issue and found that I had Trojans/viruses on my device and issues with connections that caused all of my problems. It was fixed within a couple hours and I had my device back in great working condition and the price was way less than what I expected to pay. The people were very helpful and explained the issue and precautions to take so it does not happen again. I highly recommend you try this business because I almost made a mistake going with UbreakIfix, so happy they didnt have the screen part.

Forever a customer! My Dell started beeping continuously. I have this stigma of computer repair places. Its like going to a mechanic or car shopping. Excellent service! Purchased a refurb desktop several months ago for my elderly uncle, he was having issues and they corrected it promptly and without charge. He got it done all in one day, pick it up, and its working great, for a great price as well. Would definitely recommend this place, to my friends and family members. Excellent costumer service. I brought in my computer to have a new graphics card installed for the purpose of playing a computer game. The new card they installed wasnt up to par, so they offered to replace it with a better one, no extra charge. Then, they told me if the computer still wasnt up to par, theyd install some extra RAM. I had virus problems and needed Windows 8.1 installed, because my Windows 7 was locked up. I read the two online reviews on Ardent Tech and decided to take it there. They were very friendly and customer focussed, plus they gave me better price than what they had posted. My computer runs great and I highly recommend Ardent Tech for your computer issues. I phoned Ardent with a suspicion that I had a virus. Paul was at my house to pick up my computer in about ten minutes post phone call. Service was fast and courteous. And my computer was returned to me the very next day. Minus three bugs. As Im only knowledgeable in computers of demanding what I want from them, I was not made to feel inept in my needs or concerns. And when Paul set my system back up for me, he also took care of some other issues I was having that where a concern to me. I am very happy to recommend Ardent Tech to anyone needing computer service.

If only there were six stars......In the wake of the devastating floods in our area, we returned to our office to find one of our computers non-responsive. I had a fairly new desktop tower crash and took it in to Ardent for repair.The repair required a new hard drive and had the commuter wiped of windows 8 and then had windows 7 installed.The install had a couple speed bumps to work through and I worked with Paul on these and he was wonderful and solved a couple small issues.I was very pleased with the service and its refreshing to find places like this where they stand behind what they say and do with very high Integrity and Honesty.

The technicians went above and beyond what I asked for! Long story short I attempted to build my first gaming PC. After about 3 weeks of swapping out parts and trying to figure it out myself. I took it to the professionals at Ardent Tech. I asked them to troubleshoot why my computer wouldnt power on at all. (Bad motherboard) Again! So I brought them a new motherboard. I supplied all of the parts. And they even installed all of my drivers and OS on my SSD without me even asking them too! Great service, great price, and they are veteran owned and operated! I would recommend them for anyones computer needs.
