In 2018, I bought a set of 4 new tires ($1,400) for the Ford Edge that I purchased at Planet Ford 45 after the originals were showing threads. They sold me a road hazard warranty at the time, which is fine.Going through my paperwork, I noticed that the road hazard warranty was only good for 3 years and had just expired. Since I only put about 6,000 miles a year on them, they still look decent, so I thought I would be a loyal customer and return to them to see about purchasing another 3 year road hazard warranty if possible.They sent me out the door in half a minute without even looking at the condition of the tires that I had purchased from them.In their parking lot, I called discount tires, explained the situation and asked about their road hazard warranty. The guy was super nice and said come on by and we’ll look at them.10 minutes later, I’m at discount tire, they asked where I got my tires from because I’m not in their system, I said Planet Ford 45.. No problem, they looked at my tires, great condition, sold me a road hazard warranty on the spot.I asked if that was good for 3 years as well, they said no, it’s good for the life of the tire. They were super nice about it, no fuss and made me feel valued as a customer. Very understanding and made me feel like my car and myself were taken care of, while Planet Ford 45 were very quick at finding excuses and showing me the door.Silly me for taking my car back to Planet Ford 45 for service and will certainly not purchase a car there anymore. Loyalty doesn’t mean a thing and customer service is a foreign concept.Dodos. Zero starsGo to discount tires, they take care of you there no problem and with a smile.

My Edge has had a brake recall notice for more than a year. I received a notice and initially was told instructions were pending and later they were waiting on parts. Definitely understandable in late 2020 but this notice was issued and Ford failed to communicate anything as I continued receiving notices and calling the dealership. The reason I would like to rate with one negative star, but the customer service more than made up for it.Bret, Service Advisor, made up for Fords failures. I called a few weeks ago and finally was told I could schedule. My availability was limited since I would be without my car, but Bret was respectful of that limitation and worked to find a date that would work out. I also had two other minor issues that Bret made sure were resolved and I was without my vehicle for only 2 days. Bret called and had my car ready for pickup when I arrived. Although he had to leave for the day, he left a very capable and kind young man to check me out. I purchased my Edge from Planet Ford and I have been pleased with my purchase but the customer service is what brings me back to their service department. Thank you Bret for taking care of my concerns and being an exceptional human being!

This was the least amount of time it had ever taken us to buy a vehicle. Got a great new truck at a great price, and a week later got my aftermarket bed cover installed in less than 40 minutes!!!! When the car had been serviced, he explained what they had done, walked me to my car, located and explained the paperwork left in the car for my disposition. Quinton was our salesmen and made the experience a breeze!! We had been looking for a specific model for a while but with shortages it was very hard to find. Every time they got something in he called! Finally we found the perfect car! Quinton wasn’t the typical pushy salesmen either. Very friendly and helpful. My husband and I are super busy and didn’t have time to spend hours at the dealership. So he helped us get everything done with some back and forth at home. When we actually arrived our new car was ready and we were there for maybe an hour? It was a great experience!! Go see Quinton if you need a new Lincoln! We will be back for sure!

Great car buying experience sales staff were great and able to locate exactly what I was looking for and get me a great deal on my trade in. Aftermarket staff was awesome customizing my Truck patiently going over options and finding examples to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Finally finance was great not pushing a bunch of products told us the options and got things wrapped up quickly.

Went for 30,000 mile service on my truck. Mr. Rios the service writer was very respectful, friendly and helpful. Ive dealt with him before and the experience has always been pleasant. Considering the volume of vehicles they had there, the wait time was good. I have always used this facility for service on my truck, and will continue to do so as long as there are employees as nice as Mr. Rios. Just cant say enough about his professionalism and friendly demeanor. An employee worth keeping.

Great buying experience from ordering a new vehicle through the planet Ford 45 sales manager to picking it up from Randy Cortez one of the salesmen. Sales and accessory staff are very friendly, professional and well trained.I enjoyed working with Randy who walked me through picking up my Bronco, and found the rest of the staff that I dealt with to be very capable. Andrew reviewed some extended warranty options that I wasn’t aware of. I do need to come back for my wheel locks, and to touch up a couple of minor nicks that probably occurred during transport. No fault of the dealer; it’s a long ways from Michigan to Texas. Thank you planet Ford for a great car buying experience.

Took 2006 Ford Ranger to dealership for repair. Truck was lurching and losing power. Took a video of the instrument panel lighting up like a Christmas 🌲 while driving to help them with diagnosis. They determined it was electrical and did their thing. I paid @$400 and drove away. Two miles down the road it started lurching and stalling again worst than before repair. Called first thing next morning and no response from them 3 hrs later. No fix, out $400 and cant work till its fixed. Gonna hobble back to them on back streets and service roads and see if they can figure it out. Its a ford and they are the authorized dealership, surely they can get it fixed...???

Great service at the Quick Lane! My 2018 F150 was intermittently having a hard start after driving awhile. The service rep communicated well and understood the problem. The technician gave a thorough analysis of the truck and determined it was a fuse. They checked the truck to make sure the problem was fixed before they gave it back to me. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Seth Opperman here at Planet Lincoln. I found a Navigator L that my wife was interested in, and he reached out to me promptly. Recorded a video for me to give me a tour of the vehicle.I live 4 hours away and after about 1.5 weeks I decided to purchase the vehicle sight-unseen - a first for me.I arrived at the dealership with almost no warning to Seth, and him, his service department, and his management team made me feel very welcome and comfortable, making sure to not take up too much of my time but at the same time not feel rushed.I would say the 2 biggest factors for me were Seths honesty and communication.Look how happy I am.

I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer from here with my sales rep being Anthony. He was great but two days after I got my vehicle it had to be taken back for front end problems. Now it is close to the 3 month mark almost and I was told there was no extended warranty when I bought the vehicle but if before that three month mark I had any motor or transmission issues it would be fixed. With that being said my motor is missing real bad and car acts like it is about to die. Anthony told me and the mechanic sorry it wasnt covered to be fixed only internal motor??? A single mom with 3 kids was sold a vehicle that has nothing but issues and Planet Lincoln has just pushed her aside. Thanks for everything

I highly recommend doing business with Planet Ford in Spring! I purchased two new vehicles at the local Ford dealership where I live in Crosby. They had no problem selling me a vehicle, but made excuses when I needed warranty work on a faulty torque converter. I called Jessica Pittman at Planet Ford I explained to her what happened. She gladly took in my vehicle. Set expectations on when My vehicle would be repaired. There were a few delays, but Jessica always kept me informed of what was happening. Her customer service is excellent! The dealership is clean and the service department looks very professional. Needless to say. My next Ford purchase will be with Planet Ford!

I would like to start by saying this has probably been the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. My fiancé and I walked into this dealership not expecting much. Previously that day, we went to Lexus and Cadillac and we were treated as if we could not afford any vehicle.Upon entering Planet Lincoln, we were immediately acknowledged and greeted by the front desk lady. She was very friendly and brought a sales person — Marcus. Marcus was amazing, to say the least. Despite the fact it was almost closing time, Marcus took his time to throughly explain the vehicle’s features and talk about numbers. He never once looked down on us or made us feel uncomfortable. I would like to say Marcus is a very down to hearth individual who displayed a great level of professionalism. We drove out the same night with a new impressive vehicle, despite them having an extremely low inventory.I would recommend Marcus to any of my friends and family members. This dealership worked with us in so many ways to accommodate our needs.

I made an appointment for safety inspection recalls on my 2019 Ford Explorer after receiving the notice in the mail. I was informed by Daniel at Planet Ford that I would have to leave my vehicle for several days and that there was no loaner vehicle allowed for this recall. At the time I made my appointment, my vehicle mileage was at 35,600 miles - I know this because I was obtaining my first replacement (free) battery due to being warranty limits. After making my appointment, a week later I rescheduled my appointment for approximately 4 (or 5) weeks later so that I could coordinate a ride back home since a loaner vehicle would not be issued. Little did I know that I could have received a loaner vehicle because I was within the 36k mile warranty limitation. Daniel did not share this information with me during our initial discussion to schedule the appointment or during the discussion to reschedule. It wasn’t until I went to the rescheduled appointment on 5/14 that I was told that I could have received a loaner vehicle if I was within 36k miles. On 5/14, I was at 36,909 miles which did not allow me to receive a loaner vehicle. Daniel said he would me this over the phone but I must have spoken to someone else when I rescheduled - I did not.Secondly, my appointment was on a Friday (5/14). The vehicle was ready at 1:10pm on Saturday 5/15). No one bothered to call me or my husband - the service department had both of our numbers. Instead an email was sent at 1:10pm advising that our vehicle was ready to be picked up. We did not see the email until 5pm at which time the service department was closed. When I picked up my vehicle on Monday morning I asked why we did not receive a phone call when our vehicle was ready on Saturday. Daniel informed me that it really wasn’t ready until 4:50pm on Saturday. I don’t believe that. The final paper work I received was completed on 5/14 with a time stamp of 1:10pm. Additionally, had we seen the email regarding our vehicle being ready and headed over to the service department at that time, this tells me that we would have had to wait 3 more hours (4:50pm) to get our vehicle… an absolute lie straight to my face.Lastly, maintenance (fluid, wipers, tires, etc.) checks were supposedly done but I don’t believe that either because one of my tires had a PSI of 28 asI drove off the lot. Again, more lies.I’m not sure what has happened but my experience during this visit was the worst I’ve ever received. I’ll be sure to to ask for someone other than Daniel for my next service trip.

I visit this place because they had the truck I was looking for.. but the price was marked was 28,720 and when I went to financing with Andrew . The price when up to $45,900 and I only added $1,000 Gab, $999 for windshield protection and $3,000 for full motor and transportation and all electrical .. I also added some Rough tires and tinted windows but for this 2 things I told them I was paying cash. They have a way of doing things and they first say I qualify for no down payment with a 1.9 interest .. because when I walked in there I already had an approved loan from my bank.. but they convinced me that they where giving me a better rate because I had a 3.9 interest from my bank..at no down payment. Then after all this talking Andrew told me I need it to pay a down payment $5,000 in order to get the 1.9 interest rate .. which is not what he had said. Before, he show me so many numbers and he talks so fast .. so I was thinking he was doing what I said and when I walk out of there that I purchased the truck the contract said it was $6,500 down and $500 from third party so they put on my purchase contract that I payed $7,000 then I still walked away with $36,900 still balance which my numbers don’t match my math.. and he never did what I wanted to do pay separate for tires and tinted windows so I went back the next day to tell them I wanted to return the truck because I know my rights and I have 3 days to change my mind..but Andrew told me NO!! I can’t do that it’s a final purchase .. I think they take advantage of people like me we don’t have much knowledge of all this things but we work hard for our money .. and I feel this is not fair what they did to me.. and I have no where to call to report what they did to me .. 🥺😫 so my recommendation just to be careful because this place Have professionals to take advantage of customers …

Brett, was my service rep and they keep my truck over a week and 4 days over the expected pick up date. I call serval times and was told they were servicing my vehicle at the time and he will call me back to let me know what issue was. Of course, I did not get a call so, the next day I went to pick up my truck without being serviced and they didn’t even apologize.The bad part is that I’m a loyal customer of this location. I purchased my truck here brand new and had any and all of my services done here.Look like it’s time to find a new location that can appreciate their customers loyalty.For those that continue to go there please ask for someone other than Brett, unless you want to be lied to.

I been using Ford dealer for maintenance ever since I bought this truck and each time was saving rewards to use for the next time I have used it before previously saved amount I accumulated $18.00 since last tome I visited them about 4 months or less. Today when I tried to use the reward I being told the advantage program is not in place from last 2 years if that’s the case where is my reward go. I didn’t argue with them but I think their service advisor are not trained or not updated. They always tell you oh come on and we will honor or program but lately I see when comes to deliver on promises they fell short in my opinion company that big should back up their promises and do better for the customers to be loyal and back to their shop. Least to say I am not happy with them

I have always bought Ford Products ..currently own 2 F150 a 3/4 Ton Ford Pickup a Ford Motorhome a Ford Ranger. I also own a couple of Ford Tractors. I am retired now prior to my retirement I was an electrical Contractor and bought nothing but 1 ton ford vans. They were the only brand that held up. I will continue to buy Ford products because they are reliable and I like the service.

Took my 2013 F-150 to them not knowing the issue with my truck. Thinking I was going to have to sell my first born to pay for this bill, but turned out all I needed was a tune-up and O2 sensor. The reason for the 5 stars is Jessica Pittman, she was very honest and trustworthy. Can’t find that in some people now a days let alone both. Planet Ford you have an awesome crew. Got there just before opening but was one of first in the shop. It took a little while because we had to change out a tire sensor. Service writer is always polite and helpful. They do get busy on Saturdays.

I dropped my truck off on Wednesday before noon to get a diagnosis and to fix my brake light case under my brake pedal. If you drop your truck off before noon youd expect a call by the end of the day right? Apparently Jessica my advisor doesnt understand that concept.... I then have to play phone tag with her and Planet Ford in order to figure out what needs to be done (because apparently nobody in services can read the notes Jessica supposedly left on my file for me to approve the cost and have it be done) and when its gonna be finished, so I can make a safe commute to work without having to ask someone to drive me. Friday I was able to reach Jessica and she said it would be finished by the end of the day and shed let me know, she didnt call, so I called her and Planet Ford Friday night before close no response.......and here I am writing a Karen sized complaint because I just want to know if my truck is ready to leave because I have work in 2 hours. Do not come here they are unorganized and not very helpful.CONTINUED: Its Saturday morning 9:00 I am now being told my truck still hasnt been repaired and now I need 2 new batteries supposedly too. At the start I was told 2 days and $260, after 4 days I ended up paying $630……. They delivered my truck to my work for the inconvenience, but it didn’t mean much. I won’t be coming back.

They both take the time to listen to what is wrong with my vehicle but they dont push things on me that I dont need. I trust them completely.

My first time at this location! A+++ customer service!! From the moment I called to make an appointment it was great! I spoke with Joan in the service dept. and I told her I needed an oil change and tire rotation. She took my info and VIN #...told me the price I was going to pay. I arrived for my appointment, she greeted me and walked me around and showed me where the lobby, drinks and charging stations were. She told me how long it would take and what to expect. It took exactly as she said and I paid exactly what she told me. First time in a dealership I wasnt lied to that I need this or that. She is definitely going to be my go to person!

This dealership is fantastic! The employees are nice and offer a warm welcome feeling. We had Quinton Woods as our salesman. I highly recommend going to see him. When my wife got into a second accident we took our Expedition back to Planet Ford Collision shop hoping that they will do a better job the second time around. Well after a month of the vehicle being in the body shop they said that the vehicle was ready. I inspected the exterior of the vehicle and it looked pretty good.As we left the shop, immediately my wife said there is something wrong with it still. It pulled to the left, and the steering was real hard and off center. L We took it back the following Monday because we picked it up on a Saturday.Come to find out that there were suspension parts that were still bent, the frame was bent, the rack and pinion was bad and the left front tire was bad.... why wasnt all this caught the first month they had it?????We never got calls for updates on repairs, when we paid for our deductible they over charged us by $500. They tried to refund it right away but it took almost a week.Anyways, my wife dropped it back off and they took her to the car rental place and left her there to get a car!!!!. My wife sat there for 3 HOURS!!! When we were told that there was a rental ready for us!!! We were told that the rental was on the Planet Ford but then we started getting over $500 worth of charges from the rental company?!?! When we finally got a hold of someone at the body shop and the rental place they finally figured it out and refunded the money.The lack of communication and customer service from the collision shop at Planet Ford is not greatest. The body work looks great, but theres more to it than just the looks. The vehicle has to be put back the way it was prior to the accident.Working in shops my whole career I always stayed focused on fixing it right the first time, and customer will always return. Working with the customer, having open lines of communication, and being honest will make them trust you and bring their business back to you.With that being said, I will not bring any of my vehicles back to the Planet Ford collision shop. I gave 2 stars because the body work looked good but thats it.

We picked perhaps the worst time to purchase a new vehicle given the global supply chain issues, specifically on computer chips used in most all vehicles today. We ordered a new Transit van and went on the waiting list to be built at the factory. Many people had been waiting substantially longer for their vehicles to begin production, but ours only waited 4 months (yes this is good considering how long others were waiting). We kept a close eye on when it was supposed to begin production and even the features that would be added. At one point we noticed there was an error on the features list, but we pointed out the issue to Planet Ford and they made sure the order was correct before the factory started.Our sales representative who began the order with us ended up finding a new job part way through the process. He was friendly and very helpful, but as is the case with any transition, some details did not get relayed to the next rep. We were given perhaps the best rep available though at the dealership, Clennon Pryear. I specifically want to recognize Clennon for how thorough, helpful, and just absolutely friendly he was. He went beyond just making sure the order was correct. I can’t say enough about how great he was!We received our van, with all the correct features. There were a few things that needed to be fine tuned like a spot on the paint and some missing hubcaps. Clennon helped us get the service scheduled to put on the caps and fix the paint. He walked us through every step with professionalism and care. We will most likely buy all of our vehicles from Planet Ford in the future!
