Went in to buy a candy and the cashier said its a $2 minimum to break a $20 bill! What kinda shot is that?

Its a great customer service but they want to remodel the business at least it looks a little bit nice its been like that for over 15 years they didnt change nothing its not my business but we are in 2021 otherwise I dont have no complaint about this place
