1st time shopping here and I will continue going here. They are very nice people. They carried all the liquor I needed for my sons wedding and made us feel so welcome in their store. Also helped us find everything and even took it to my car for me. Definitely my favorite liquor store

Large and well organized selection of drinks and related products, although the store can feel a little cramped if they are busy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Liquor isnt necessarily cheap to begin with, but the prices here dont feel inflated or excessive.

Port Royal has awesome store picks and an amazing selection of bourbon/ Whiskey. Fady is also very knowledgeable about their cigar selection.

I placed an order for a drink that I couldnt find anywhere a couple of months ago. Just went there recently and they got what ordered. Thanks guys!!

The people in this store are extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and their exact location within the store. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly and very attentive to whatever my needs may be. I would not say I am a frequent customer but I do buy wine as gifts along with some items for home. They will help with selection, pointing out sale items, having tastings from different distilleries/producers, as well as gift items and discounts for buying in bulk. Always friendly, clean and neatly stocked with a large variety of all different proof liquor.

Everything is clean and nicely sorted out even checkout was easy and pleasant. In and out no problem.

Lots of liquor options, some real gems. The staff arent on the floor, so youll need to educate yourself on any options you have questions about. But hey, if you found this review, you probably know how to use Google. Also, its about $4/bottle more than anywhere else. But its conveniently located not on Main St, so I suppose it earns that mark up.

This is my favorite liquor store in Spring Hill. I have enjoyed each visit due to the workers’ kind, knowledgeable and friendly environment. This store is “ALWAYS” well kept and fully stocked with a variety of beverages. I used to visit the Franklin’s liquor store by the Mall, but this local store is also priced just right and in some cases cheaper in cost. Keep up the good work!

The gentlemen who work here are extremely friendly and know their vast inventory very well. After making a wine purchase on a relatively rainy evening, the bag containing wine got wet and tore on the way to my car. I returned only to tell them that there was broken glass in the parking lot and apologize for creating a hazard in the lot. They refused to let me help them clean it up and insisted I get a replacement at no cost. Seriously the best customer service!!!

Beautiful store, Great Selection of Liquor, and decent selection of cigars for a small humidor...But, the guy behind the counter is Very Rude. Wouldn’t greet or acknowledge me, even during checkout process. Reached my hand out for receipt and he still laid it on the counter. Other gentleman behind the counter noticed, picked up the receipt, and handed it to me with a smile.I’ll be back because I like the place, but clerk should be a bit more respectful of patrons.

Friendly and enormous selection

I was excited about the friendly staff and great prices until I realized they close at 10pm on Fridays and Saturday’s? Your biggest competitor closes at 11:00pm. 2nd shift GM employees get off between 10:10 and 10:30.

I got lucky they had two tastings going on. And they gave healthy sized samples..store looks really nice. One of the nicer ones in the area. I expected it to be a tad bit larger than it is. My only complaint was its hard to get to. First I parked but then realized that wasnt the main entrance and had to drive around back.

Went out of convenience because I was just buying wine and didn’t want to deal with Kroger. Purchased a ‘Bota Box’ asked the cashier if it was a white zen as the name was slightly confusing and she said yes it was a pink wine. Take it home and it’s so dark red you can’t even see through it. I call and ask if I can switch the box, I didn’t even want a refund and they had nothing to do with it even though they’re employee gave false information. Next time I’ll takd the extra time to go to Kroger.
