I was visiting a friend and she told me we were going to head over to the car wash, I was shocked when we pulled up. I have never seen a place you get out and they take your car through the process. I normally dont enjoy taking my car through the normal car wash because I am a little claustrophobic, so this was a new & positive experience. The employees had great customer service skills and explained the different packages they offer. When we went inside to wait, I was very impressed with how clean the waiting area was and appreciated the comfy chairs. I noticed a display area where people can add their cards, which I thought was a great idea to help promote other businesses. I signed up for the package where they clean the inside, but had no idea they would do such a though job. When you watch them cleaning the cars you can see the teamwork skills and I respect that they accomplish the job very smoothly from start to finish. I didnt observe people yelling at each other or stepping on each others toes which with the line of cars I saw that day I can only imagine how many cars they service in a day. Well done to the whole staff and I am glad I got to spoil my car with such treatment!

They were AWESOME had my windows tinted and it came out AMAZING sets the silver off on my car makes it look sporty. They treat you like FAMILY and have many other specialty items. I went to Family Car Wash yesterday for the first time. Had the full detail done to my 2005 Escape and did not know what to expect. The dashboard and inside of my vehicle really needed a lot of work. After 4 hours my car was done. I was amazed how my car looked. It was beautiful. They did an amazing job and I want to thank everyone for your work. I will return and recommend you to my friends. Love this place! I have always had great service... they wash, vacuum, clean door jambs, windows, dash, console, tires, rims. This wonderful service saves me a couple of hours as I wait outside on a bench or watch TV in their lounge area.

I was hesitant to use the Family Car Wash & Auto services wash/clean services for our car today. I have used several similar services before and been underwhelmed. Needless to say, from the moment I pulled up they took car of me and my car! SO PLEASED!I was able to chat with the staff about what I needed and they worked with me and my price point to get the job done. I ordered basic wash and a few extra al la cart items since my car needed a bit of extra car. Driving from Denver with 2 dogs really mucked it up.The end result is FABULOUS and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience and results! I appreciate this place and wish we had once to go home to in Denver.Thank you Family Car Wash!

Family Car Wash is THE BEST! Chris and Curtis go out of their way to insure a great job is done. The first time was to have our mirror recovered for our mirror photo booth. Chris special ordered the correct film and had in done in less than 30 minutes. Took my van back to have the windows tinted. Chris didnt try to sell me the most expensive package first and just gave me the facts of each level. I did opt for the BEST package. I also needed an oil change and a mess cleaned up from a previous place not putting the oil cap back on and they did a great job for me! Next on my list is to try out their detailing and Car wash😁

My mom came to get her car detailed and as a reviewer stated below on a previous comment they were rude to the employees that were detailing the cars. As a buisness you should respect everyone all the way down to the lowest position possible. My mother was appalled. This company should honestly do better.

I want you give you guys the highest rating possible. I came in yesterday with my van just to get it cleaned up to sell it and you guys by far went way above what I expected. After 45 mins, my van looked immaculate. The key to selling it in less then 12 hours. I am beyond happy with the service I received. Thank you so much. I will be back.

First, when I entered the office area to advise I was there for my appointment. The man asked my name and did not give me the opportunity to speak. He just rushed me back out the door. Told me where I was to drive my car to get my service started.Next a man came to my window and asked what service. I advised I was there for the $25.99 exterior cleaning and to have my seats shampooed. He told me oh, we dont have time for the seat cleaning today. I asked why. I told him that I had made an appointment to have the seats cleaned. He then call the man from the office area to inquire about my appointment. Office man came out and advised oh ok we can do it. He then scolded the man waiting on me. He said to him, DONT EVER TAKE YOUR EAR PLUG OUT WHEN IM TALKING TO YOU. How Rude!!!The exterior cleaning was done properly. The interior cleaning was not. The carpet area between my seats and the doors were not cleaned.The trunk was not vacuumed. The dash and doors were not wiped off properly. My cup holders were not cleaned My seats were not pushed back and vacuumed between the top and bottom of the seat. Shampooing was done well. I paid $80.00 for this service and had to come home get my vacuum out complete the job and finish the interior cleaning, Not a happy camper. The part that I am upset with the most was the lack of professionalism of the man in the office from the start.A large company like this one should have the equipment to get into small areas to vacuum the small areas of the cars, Employees should be allowed to have the appropriate time to do their jobs.

Apparently Delta variant closed the interior cleaning and detailing option. After wash it was off to self-service vacuum.

My car is clean and it looks good now, however, there was not much done to the inside as it was still Dusty and cup holder still had crumbs in them. Also, I had to point out a few things on the outside that should have easily been spotted before escorting me to the car. Its what I would have expected for an $8 or $10 wash but I decided to go all the way and, unfortunately, I really dont think it was worth $27 plus a $3 tip. They were all very friendly and very helpful, at least.

Often busy but efficient with friendly staff. I have a minivan and a teenage dancer and without asking they raised my third row seating, cleaned there, as well as the storage bins for my middle seats at no additional charge. I now know where all the bobby pins go. Excellent service!

I got a works wash with added all purpose interior. They came and got me when the job was finished I noticed it wasn’t wiped down barley vacuumed at that. I asked if the api was done since I paid and the guy said “you paid for api?” we didn’t do that so then I waited for them to finish.I get home look in my door jams and handles and nothing is cleaned I feel ripped off so now I’m home after paying for a wash cleaning all my door jams which I paid to be done cause I wanted to be lazy. the job wasn’t even done correctly I should have just done it my self first time around!

This was my first time here at Family Car Wash & Auto, and it was a very pleasant experience! They were very detail oriented when it came to cleaning my car, and I am very happy. Would recommend.

Great place, they do a excellent job with your vehicle. I would have given 5 stars, but the main reason I go there is to get my car cleaned inside and out AND my white walls WHITE, but since most cars have black wall tires, they dont have MINERAL SPIRITS anymore for WW tires which was the ONLY THING that got them white. I hope they get the mineral spirits back so my white wall can get white again.

Let me start out by saying I have a toddler and a baby on the way so my vehicle was gross. I took it to Family Car Wash & Auto Center and these guys more than delivered the best quality car wash I ever had. I could not hid my excitement getting back in the car, thanking them for there hard work on this hot day. They even cleaned my babies seat which was a crumbly disaster lol10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Buyer beware!. Today is 12-1-19 and I got a full service last night before they closed. I paid for the family special which is their highest plan and it was the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I would have been better off with the basic plan price or just did it myself. They did not wash the back of the vehicle, didnt wipe down the dash or middle console and didnt vacuum the seats or passenger side floor. I didnt even get an air freshener that was requested. I would completely avoid buying a car wash service from this place!

The staff did an amazing job shampooing and vacuuming my car. The interior and exterior looked like a brand new car when they were finished.

They did a pretty good job. Took a long time. I wish they wouldn’t mess with my radio. Put some loud music station on. I had the radio turned off. Management should tell them not to touch the radio.

Took my car there to have it washed and the leather conditioned and armor Allenthey did not do seats and armor all wasspotty at best.Not happy with services promised!!! The worst thing is that mgr said that the water spots were permanent and they had to be treated with some type of acid and that it would run 6 to 7 hundred dollars not counting rims said rims would be about 100.00 each So I purchased 50 dollars worth of cleaner wax and rim cleaner and did work myself andsaved big time

Went for a car wash with my Infiniti about 3 P.M. today. With that many workers outside, I should have to do a walk around to inspect my car? I got home and saw that all across the back of the car was filthy! Looks like the machinery AND the hand wipers missed it completely! If I didn’t live 10 miles away, I would’ve went right back! Had to clean it myself. Had to select one star or it wouldn’t let me post.

They did a good job on a basic wash

We had an appointment for full interior and exterior car wash on a large expedition. Lee and his team went far and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed. We have kids and they tend to make a mess but after the guys did their thing, our car came back cleaner than when we bought it. No joke. We will most certainly go back to this place again. Thank you guys!!

I went to Family car wash to get my car washed. I got the works. The inside was barely touched, the under carriage is still filthy and I was asked if I wanted an air freshener and I said yes and didn’t get the vanilla air freshener. I won’t go there again.

This place is awesome and the staff are very polite and very professional. I had a bit of a rough day today which included my son vomiting all over the back of my car. After getting him situated at home I searched for a local place to get my car detailed (I usually use a few places in Tampa). When I arrived at 3pm, the gentleman greeting me called a manager to make sure they would be able to finish the services I needed before closing. I was a little worried they would rush the job. Boy was I wrong!!!! That was the best detail my car has gotten. My cream seats are spotless!! Chris and Curtis are the only names I can remember, but I did not have a bad interaction with any of the staff. I am new to the area, and will now be getting my car washing/detailing services at this location. Keep up the good work guys.

As a small business owner I know how important a good review is. This car wash deserves a superior rating. I pulled up and was greeted by a very sweet woman today. She had a big smile and explained the process to me. I went in and paid the cashier Curtis who also gave me a brochure on options for the future. I had the mini detail on a suv so my price was $59. I waited in a very large and comfortable waiting room. Plenty of space to social distance. They called my name after about 35 mins. Jackson went over w me what was all done. He gave me suggestions about my water spots from sprinkler. He was very helpful and friendly. I will be back.

It used to be called Friendlys Car Wash but is still a great place to get your car washed waxed and cleaned out. They have a few different choices of washes. But the higher you go the better the car will look. The Details that they do makes the car look new. I love the place. I would post a photo of my car but I didnt stand around and take a photo or two. Others were waiting to get theirs from behind mine. And now that I am home 160 miles away in north Florida. The pollen is all over the car as well as a few lil highway bugs. So its not prestien any more. But trust me its a grate place.

Due to ailments I can no longer clean my own vehicle as I usually do. I chose Family Car wash as it is close to home and I want to support small business. Upon arrival I did notice no masks, so I put mine on before the guy approached my car. It wasnt until I said something that he backed away from my window a little. I asked if there was someone willing to wear a mask to do my interior as well, he said no, it is open air enough and it is not mandatory Ok...so, I chose to not to get that service. I wanted one of the highest service, but it just wouldnt include interior. No prob. Ill manage vacuuming myself and then I went to get my car toweled off as I thought I paid for that as part of exterior service. This is where BOB came over and told me I was going the wrong way and I got express service and I didnt pay for that and repeated that 3 times(not in a friendly way). I said ok, there was a miscommunication and explained what happened. I didnt have a problem with that, but there was still some Bird poop on vehicle just wanted that taken care of. This is where Jackson came in, Bob just walked away. Jackson said Im sorry about all that that, I will take care of that for you! But while Jackson(and willing to mask up) was being a good employee and all around nice guy, Bob was in next lane bad mouthing me to an employee, The two of them giving me dirty looks! I dont get it! are people trying to scam services from Bob on a daily basis or something?! Incredibly rude and unprofessional! I was going to swap vehicles and bring my hubbys truck back for full service as well, but Bob ruined it for me! They also have a really good deal on tint, which I need and was going to make an appointment when I was done, But Bob ruined that for me too! Dont be a Bob, Dont let Bob ruin your day! Dont go here! Jackson is the only reason I gave a star at all!

Great window tinting service and really excellent carwash deals

This was just the type of car wash I was looking for. I am unable to bend over and vacuum my car because of back problems. The young people that work at this car wash are very diligent. A lot of attention to detail. I was disappointed that they didnt get the bugs off my front bumper though. I will definitely be returning and tell all my friends.

My husbands car a 2013 Dodge avenger was in severe need of care and cleaning we took our car here today and dropped it off at 8:00 a.m. at 2:15 they called to let us know it was ready when my husband got home and showed me I thought it was a different car the job they did was above grade and definitely took my husbands car from $1,000 value to at least three or four the difference is like night and day thank you again for such an amazing job!

Ive always like this car but after today paying 30.00 for a wash, bc they couldnt handle anymore due to lack of employees the rims on my truck were still dirty, sand still on my seats, unsatisfied customer, probably wont go back

Have been going to family car wash for years with my three cars.took my brand new Ford Expedition and got the ultimate package after she came out they performed the usual vacuum and cleaning windows for maybe ten minutes and they said it was done.checked my door panels where my dog had drooled on and they didn’t touch them so complained to the manager.he said that would be 15 dollars extra.well needless to say I won’t be going back .for five minutes more to clean the door panel they wanted 15 more dollars.come on what happened to this place.rip off.

This is the only place I will bring my vehicles. They do an amazing job, from detailing to tinting. Extremely friendly, fast, (as long as it’s not love-bug season 🤣😂🤣😂 no fault of the car wash though) and very detailed oriented which is important when taking care of your vehicles. I highly recommend the monthly plan as your vehicle will stay pristine for years to come. I have even been there twice in one day on this plan. Thanks to high salt water tides In Aripeka.

Took our car there for some tlc cleaning. It need attention inside and out. We were greeted very professional and educated on the packages, opted for the extra cleaning inside. We made our way to waiting area which is very nice clean and covid 19 practices are in place. The price was very reasonable and they did an exceptional job inside and out.

Carson my 18m old rolled around hot wheels while my truck was getting a much needed cleaning inside and out. The management and service team are very nice and helpful. My truck looks amazing. Ive been going to this wash for years. Its simply a well run business. They produce a great product and the owners know how to treat a customer. The staff are respectful and work like crazy to make you happy. Remember to tip the kids. They are the on the front lines and do great job.Highly recommend.

I have called Family Car Wash and auto center on two occasions in the last two years and the gentleman that answers the phone is just not polite. He gives you the customer of the impression that hes so busy that will be forever until we can get to you this sort of thing. I have a business and I would never even if its true let a customer feel as though Im too busy for them. I want all my customers to think that I and most urgently looking to make all my time theres. I had one other encounter with Family Car Wash & Auto Center in Spring Hill where buy my husband and I went in together. We were looking at tinting Alexis that we own I think we got the same gentleman that was answering the phone because while we were looking at the tenting and asking him questions he had to keep leaving us to go wait on customers at the counter said by the time he came back to us we had forgotten what her next question was. When youre putting out hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars to a car you want someones full attention. All the way around Family Car Wash does not give you their full attention from start to finish save yourself the trouble go somewhere else. I have called now eight different places and they are all willing to help make you very happy. Stay away from family car wash in Spring Hill. Thats my two cents

I have been going here for years now... I work out of state and come straight here with my car as soon as I get home. I have found NO other wash in Florida or Alabama that does the job they do here. Drew has been awesome through out the entire time I have been going there. I hope to see him again when I return!!! For you car guys.. I am very particular with my Vette and my Charger. Knocked off 1 star for not getting all the bugs off & streaky inside glass. Another for bent radio antenna. Kinda ruined the effect of a really nice vacuuming.

They generally do a good job, today I paid extra for them to wipe down the interior of my car and when I got back in the car after it was done there was lost money found and in my cup holder which they could have pocketed and I never would have known, so.... may not be perfect but they are honest and that matters most. Well done folks!
