Great experience - simple lowering action/set up on my Taylor 224 ce Koa. Exactly what was asked for in 2 days for a good price relative to some other places. Will go back for future guitar issues.

What a great experience. Brought in a new guitar hoping a set up would make it more playable for a beginner. It came back playing much easier. Also changed from a set of 11s to some 10s under recommendation to help lower the string tension until she gets some callouses built. Excellent work at reasonable prices will keep me coming back every time. I appreciated the honest assessment of what could be done without getting too much money into it. One word: Trustworthy.

Brought in a new guitar for basic set up, he quickly noticed the neck bowed more than he could adjust with the truss rod. He recommended I return if possible if still under warranty, I did. Purchased another guitar and dropped it off this morning, just picked it up. Sounds and feels excellent. Very responsive, fast turn around, high quality work, honest. Ill definitely go here from now on for any and all guitar maintenance needs.

The guitar medic repaired a Kahler route on an old guitar of mine. I couldnt be happier with the results. My guitar had a graphic on it that was damaged by the Kahler route and the guitar medic was able to paint the damaged portion of the guitar. It is great to have my old guitar back in working condition after having a Kahler on it for 35 years. I would highly recommend the guitar medic to anyone seeking professional guitar repair.

Outstanding quality work re-fretting an acoustic guitar (one of the harder types to re-fret, I understand). Had the results for me within days, at an affordable price, far better than the prices quoted by other bigger shops. Also gave me some useful advice on ongoing guitar care; will definitely use in the future when needed, and will definitely send friends to Guitar Medic for their own needs.

I recently had some electronics work done by Guitar Medic, to a custom mod Cuban Tres I built for a customer overseas. He wired in a secondary pickup and switch. Electronics are not my strong suit and I was relieved that somebody like Guitar Medic could so easily take such an off-the-wall project and put the finishing touches on it. He did an excellent job. It works and sounds wonderful! Really good turnaround time and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Guitar Medic without hesitation.
