Everyone is extremely nice and polite. They let me decide on options without be pushy. I had a great experience with them.

Showing up in person they are great to visit and get parts from. Ive always taken my bike there when someone else screws the service. So service and in store purchases are great. If youre trying to call them forget it. Ive experienced continuous decay in responsiveness over their lines for almost a year now. Probably due to COVID but it doesnt excuse the numerous times I do get through only to be told to leave message and expect a call that never comes. Just short of showing up directly has been my experience with communicating with them.

Flew from AZ to Spokane to purchase a used 2016 Honda Goldwing from a private party. The morning we were leaving we stopped for gas and the battery went dead. We called Westside Motorsports and they picked us up in 25 minutes. They are some of the nicest people we have ever dealt with and they bent over backward to help us out and get us back on the road. My experience with Westside Motorsports can be summed up by simply saying I’m a very satisfied customer. In November 2020 I first met their Sales Manager, Charlie, and Salesperson, Mitch. Right away I could tell they were good people, and a solid relationship was developing. After all, I intended to purchase my dream bike, it would cost a lot of money, and needed assurances along the way they were going to take care of me well. I presented to them my interest in buying a new 2021 BMW R1250GS Adventure with all the available options BMW Motorrad had to offer, including the Premium package, both Option 719 Shadow Billet packs, and that I intend to purchase a lot of high-end after market add-ons specifically specd out for this model and am requesting Westside to install them. It was a tall order with some uncertainties we all had as this would become a very special, highly-equipped around-the-world class motorcycle. As Charlie and Mitch worked the magic of ordering the GSA, which are in high demand, I was introduced to Mercedes, the Assistant Parts Manager, who was thorough and professional working through a list of add-on parts I intend to purchase. Once everything arrived, the bike and parts were handed off to Rob, the Service Manager, whose team did a rock-solid job of installing everything to meet all of my requirements. My hats off to Westside Motorsports and all their co-workers who collaborated well to deliver to me the finest motorcycle one can buy. Thank you Mitch, Charlie, Mercedes and Rob, you’ve all made me feel like a highly valued customer. I love my new GSA!

Westside ordered a part on Aug 11th and it was received on Aug 25th. I was never called that the part was in and to set up an appointment until October 30th. The manager told me it fell through the cracks that I was not notified. Makes me wonder what other cracks are in the business. I urge EVERYONE that if you make an appointment for repair, and new parts are involved, to call before your scheduled appointment to make sure the part is in. Dont be cracked.

Broke down on a BDR couldnt get my bike fixed and wasnt willing to end the ride. Talked with the Mitch and Ryan they had me on a new bike in hours. Was back 3 days later for my 600 mile service, Rob and the team in the service department turned my bike around in under 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle...or any other recreational vehicle

They kept my down payment even though I canceled the deal before I even took delivery. I was told it would not be titled until I took delivery but then was told it was titled in my name. It would be nice if the owner would give back my 500 dollars since they got all their money back plus 500 more in profit on the bike now.

Developed a flat while touring through Washington. What could have set me back a week, set me back three hours. Todd, in the parts department, was very helpful and had the tire ready for me when I arrived in the tow truck. The service team understood my position and while the issue occurred towards the end of the day, Skyler didn’t hesitate to handle a rear tire on a Goldwing when he could have found another job in the stack just as easily. As I waited, the crew periodically checked on me to ensure I didn’t need anything. Thanks for the professionalism, hospitality and empathy!

In America its called false advertising when you post price and then you have hidden fees of over a $1000 on top. Not complaining about sales tax, but little 50cc dirt bike shouldnt cost over $400 to adjust steering bar, inflate tires and pour engine oil. Please change your web site prices to real out the door prices. Stop fooling Americans! I think $1000 dealer profit should be plenty and parents shouldnt be charged this extra outrageous fees to buy memories for their children. I use to be a dealer and know what you pay for this things off the factory! Stop!

Purchased new SeaDoo Spark Trixx from Westside and they made the purchase process smooth and easy. Had some warranty issues after the fact and the service department got it handled ASAP. I take all my power-sports toys to Westside for service. Highly Recommend!

Busy busy busy place, more customers than are staff to help you. But when they do get around to you, they know their stuff, knowledgeable, polite, talkative. Largest selection of helmets we could find in spokane area. Guessing week day would be the best time to go there. As the weather gets nicer we are looking forward to getting out on the bikes. Yup they have lots of bikes, looked like they have tons of stuff for dirt bike rides too. Cheers

Visited during their bike showFriday evening.Not sure what I expected, I might have been too early.Im a Triumph guy...not a BMW guy...maybe that was it.....Attentive sales staff. Good mask protocol. Getting in and out of the location can be daunting but they have a lot of signs.

Parts department never has the simple parts but can get them in for you in about a week. Also repair shop seems like its always a week out before they can work on your stuff. Little mom and pop shops are out doing the big guys! Go support them.

Rob Vietz, Service manager and his team, gave me a great assist when I picked up a large nail on a long trip from Tualatin OR, via Republic WA and headed to Coeur DAlene. On a busy day, arriving 45 minutes before closing (I did call ahead) they slipped on a TK70 and got me on the way. A big thank you to the team there! My on the road plug may have held, but I am super happy I didnt have to find out! If you are buying a cycle (or another toy) Im sure this team would take good care of you. Some of these big dealerships can be really impersonal, this was not the case at Westside. I have no reservations in recommending this dealer with 5 star service.

I was in the store on the 23rd of October. They close at 6pm and I came into the store at 5:15pm for parts that I called ahead for. I walk to the parts counter and a guy was standing at the first computer and told me “he doesn’t work in parts he was checking the schedule”. So I stood there and waited for 10minutes. No one in sight. So I called the parts department TWICE!!! No one answered. I waited another 10minutes. Charlie in sales and the employee that was checking the schedule and another random guy were talking about dirt bike racing over by the check out counter. 5:45pm Charlie looks over and asked if I’m being help and I replied with no. He helps by going in the back to get someone to help. Mercedes comes out first to help for about 30seconds then pawns me off to another guy that wasn’t much help. 2 stars is generous...

Drove out to their store to purchase this Side by Side advertised on their website only to be told the price was incorrect. They choose not to honor their advertised price and took down the advertisement once I called them on it which feels a little dishonest. Luckily, I took a screen shot before they took it down. Bottom line we will be buying elsewhere.

I bought a motorcycle there last year and the staff was very friendly and they had to build the bike while I was there because is was just shipped in a couple days ago but that still didnt take long every one was very good at helping me find the right size bike and getting a ramp and all the gear.

After much confusion, I was able to actually understand what happened today with the jet skis I was going to purchase after speaking with a sales manager that morning. Fortunately for me, the deal fell thru with the buyers and I was next in line to purchase the jet skis. The second time around, I was treated politely and professionally by salesman griffin and sales manager Charlie, both great guys and very friendly. My overall experience at Westside was a lot better the second time around.

It really is a shame that your dealership not only stopped selling Ducati, but also stopped servicing Ducati. I have gone to you for the past 4 years, you have sent your trailer over to pick up my bike for service. Now without notice, you cannot work on them anymore. I understand the market isnt as high for those types of bikes in this area, but what are your customers supposed to do? The solution is NOT try Seattle.

The GM took the extra time to show us a bike that wasnt even on the show room floor yet. Were going back as soon as we can .

Purchased a 2014 yamaha v star. In 2015. Hold over on sale. Saved ton of money doing that. Had my second service done here. Very professional. Great inventory. Test ride was fun. When they have rider class n training I kinda want to get in line follow the leader it looks fun.

With a fun attitude and a no pressure approach, those guys can take the greenest of novices and have them COMFORTABLY riding like a pro in 2 days flat... ask me how I know. Very positive experience. I went to Westside on a very snowy day on purpose. I wanted to test drive a couple of different side by sides and figured that horrible weather would be the perfect test. I was introduced to my salesman, Nate, who eagerly helped me out.Nate went out of his way to dig four machines out of the snow so I could drive them. He even provided me with a helmet and gloves. With each question he had an answer or admitted not knowing and made sure to find out the answer. The following week I returned to the dealership so that my wife could drive the side by side machines I had narrowed down. Again we were helped by Nate who was patient throughout the process.In the end we purchased a Polaris Ranger 570 SXS at what I feel was a reasonable price. Westside even gave us a military discount. Ive not experienced the service department yet but I suspect that too will be acceptable.Thank you Westside for a positive testing and buying experience!

The family and I bought two new dirt bikes and a Polaris side by side this afternoon and if I were to say that this business is phenomenal, it would be an understatement. Our salesman was Cameron and even though he was new to the sales side, he was very courteous and easy to make a connection with. Sandy from Finance was a dream to work with and made everything incredibly simple. Charlie helped the logistics and process and kept everything moving smoothly. I had a good experience buying my Ducati here. Quick and efficient and Sandy was enjoyable to talk with. Had the vehicle serviced after 600 miles and it went well too. I would never ask for the bike wash because it is often they don’t accomplish it, but overall a good place for those that come in with a goal in mind.

HORRIBLE service. I must have walked passed the sales guy Mitch and his “boss” Charlie 10 times before being greeted. Thankfully they have a very nice friendly gal named Mikayla who made me feel welcomed even apologized for the 2 guys that were pretty much useless. Lost a sale. Take better care of your customers less about personal talk and your cell phones.

I had the privilege of purchasing a new motorcycle sourced by Westside. Unfortunately they were negligent in some aspects of the sale and ultimately I was the one who paid for it. Unacceptable in my opinion as it was clearly their mistake, but typical dealership behavior of denial ad one can expect. I would politely advice and like to say a little bit of honesty goes a long way Sandy. Please treat your customers with more professionalism and ensure the accuracy of the details and figures provided to them. To buy the vehicle, and then switch the rates after purchase, is wrong and unacceptable.

My experience here hasnt been very good. It would seem that the owners are unable or unwilling to hire more help for their service department absolutely running their existing employees right into the ground it seems you can call and the phone will ring and ring and ring leave a message they never call you back they are terribly understaffed. Ive been waiting for over two months for a front brake rotor he told me that he would call me when it came in its probably sitting there but nobody has had the courtesy to call me and I think thats due to their understaffing. Yamaha dealer recall and I brought my motorcycle in to get a clip in the transmission changed and my bike has never run the same since ran perfect when I brought it in there now it pops and backfires it wont hit 3rd gear and of course I cant get ahold of anybody to talk to them or make an appointment so this has not been the best experience unfortunately

Went here for a rear tire replacement on my 06 Shadow Spirit 1100. It was the end of the season and very busy, but they were able to work with me on scheduling the work in timely manner. The tire was replaced professionally and at a fair price when compared locally. They wiped-down my bike after working on it. Looked great.

Great shop, huge inventory. Brand names like Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda and I may have even seen some Can- Am products there. Full lineup motorcycles, watercraft and snowmobiles. Accessorie department is well stocked. I almost bought way more than I needed.

Awesome experience, went in not really knowing exactly what I wanted. Nate helped me out, showed me around, and answered all my dumb questions :) ended up picking up a Honda grom and Im still loving it! Also took my endorsement class here, teachers were awesome, super fun, kind, and funny. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a bike, parts, or take some classes. Let me start out by saying Westside Motorsports is Awesome! I rarely leave reviews but this experience was one I have to share with everyone.From our first step onto the dealership we were met with a welcoming smile and a firm handshake from our sales rep Griffin. He was great! He showed us the various options of ATVs, the pros and cons of each trim and model and help us find exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable but not once pushy like some dealerships reps are. He listend to what we were looking for in an ATV and once we narrowed it down to a couple of models, Griffin let us test drive each of them on thier private offroad track. It was here that you could see and feel the difference between the various options.As we moved through the sales process, all the employees were curteous and professional. They made the atv buying process a cinch. I cant reccomend these guys enough. If you need an ATV, side x side, or snow machine, you owe it to yourself to check these guys out. Thanks again Griffin!

My family and I loved the experience at Westside Motorsports! Nate was awesome with showing us the different UTVs and allowing us to test drive all the machines we were looking at. Tyler was great with getting us a terrific deal on the machine and a great trailer! Even the owner Scott had talked to me twice at the store as just a friendly customer and gave terrific information and suggestions to my wife on the fact that comfort is the #1 thing to look for in the ride! Disappointed that purchased a helmet, returned the next day hoping to simply be able and return it towards a more expensive helmet, and they refused.What kind of store does this ?I will say that the fellow who helped me pick out my second (more expensive) helmet was very helpful. I wear hearing aids, and he took a great deal of time to help me figure out a helmet that I can now wear and leave my aids in.

Went in with a friend who had needed 3 parts. They had 2 in stock, and had to order the other 1. Went back a week later to pick up part and inform them they had given is the wrong parts initially. Had the clerk re check in the system and he says Who ever helped you must have been looking at the wrong bike, because non of them are right Funny, cause he was the guy. Gets the right part ordered, and gives us a bill for $30(ish). Same parts, different part numbers. We call attention to it, and he stares at the screen of 10 minutes. . . Oh I forgot to remove one of the old parts. Total is something like 3 bucks.When all is said and done, we get no apologies, we have to make a second visit, and they wont discount the 3 bucks for their screw up.I wouldnt go there to get parts for my 4 wheeler based on this experience.

Westside has done some work on my Polaris Ranger a few times and they have OUTSTANDING customer service and I am a self proclaimed customer service snob, as in I will go anywhere for top customer service and will pay more for a company that exhibits excellent customer service. The service department at Westside is top notch. They not only know what they are doing, but know how to serve people. Are they perfect? No. But they consistently provide great customer service and an excellent product in their workmanship, and that is priceless.

My father and I went for the beginners motorcycle class. It was so much fun. Make sure you bring your own gloves and boots.

Took my 2000 Honda XR650R to Westside service after many days and hours of frustration with the starting of the bike. I have worked on and rebuilt several Honda motors and serviced most of the carburetors for these bikes. For whatever reason this bike and its starting problem defeated me. No longer was I willing to kickstart the bike 20+ times to get it running. Time for experts. Indeed Alex and his team were experts. The problem was discovered quickly and parts were ordered. Once installed, the bike starts consistently either on the 1st or 2nd kick. I am a happy customer and highly recommend Westside Motorsports for any work you need on your equipment.

They charged me $238 plus tax or two hours shop labor to remove a fuel tank and remove a carburetor to have it Sonic Cleaned in a vibrating tank of cleaning solution. It was never removed. They just removed a needle jet and cleaned it. I’mUpset I was charged 2 hours labor and they only spent 10-15 minutes on my carb. I wrote a letter to the company General Manager that went ignored. I do not trust your company or your people. Will not return. I have told my riding friends of my experience and my neighbors. All I can hope is that I get as many people to avoid your business as possible as you stole from me and lied to me, and I believe you’d do the same to anyone else.

Decent inventory and they have some of the best brands in town in BMW and Ducati. They are trying to hold more rider community activities like trainings and free movies which I appreciate. Service has been questionable in the past with a lot of turnover in the mechanics and at the service manager spot. I hope they can solidify that as otherwise this is a good place to buy a motorcycle or quad.

Mitch spent much time with me on several occasions patiently answering a zillion questions and helping me make my decision. Mitch has a friendly, sincere and courteous manner which was appreciated. He knows his products well and was very professional. Mitch is a top notch salesman. I highly recommend anyone interested in any of the great products at Westside Sports talk with Mitch. I am from Tennessee and needed some attention to my BMW. Alex and the service department did a wonderful job of not only getting my bike in, repairing it, but also facilitating getting me to a hotel for the night Personal attention is unparalleled. While in the waiting area I witnessed their staff professionally and knowledgeably help customers. The place is large including a MSF training course and warehouse storing off season power sport vehicles. I would come here again and highly recommend this place

I took the Motorcycle Rider Course here to get my endorsement. Because I had never even sat on a motorcycle, I was a bit nervous. Everyone else in the class seemed to have at least some experience, in one form or another - except for me. Luckily I had Chuck as an instructor (you cant miss him - hes pretty bald). Chuck was excellent. He took me through all the basics and was very patient with all of my rookie mistakes. I mean, I hadnt even ridden a clutch before, so that combined with the gear shift was really overwhelming for me on the first day. However, by the end of the second day, I was doing pretty well! I was able to maneuver through all the tests pretty well, and ride comfortably at a decent amount of speed. I passed both the written test and the driving test with some room to spare. If you are new to riding, I highly recommend this place.
