I guess one must be super specific when ordering a cake from these people. I specified I wanted a tres leches cake with peaches inside. I also told them I wanted Happy Birthday Nathan on top and decorated with peaches. Instead there was no peaches on top, and for decorations they decided to put a huge Batman head on top with joker and penguin. I tried to have someone fix the cake at their shop. But they did not have anyone who could correct the mistake. My thirteen year old had a good laugh though. Besides that, the cake did taste good.

They had a lot of stuff that I would buy for my tacos burritos enchiladas taco salad nachos good salsa and the food they make there is pretty darn good to

The food was excellent!The taste of Authentic Mexican food and good portions.As I was leaving bought at the register a couple carmal fudgesIt was so delicious that instead of giving the other one away.I couldnt help myself.I eat both pieces.Next time I will buy more than just 2. 🙂

Amazing food!! Everything Ive had at the restaurant is high quality. The chicken taco salad is to die for!!! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. This is the only Mexican restaurant Ill go to from now on.

Nice clean store with a cafe featuring Mexican foods. If you don’t get anything else at least get some of their tortillas, the best available in Spokane.

I had the fajita bowl, great tasting but a little in the salty side. The service was great, the tables and the floor could have used a little better wiping down and sweeping, but overall a nice experience.

We got we got the carne asada and also the marinated pork with diced pineapple street tacos. The meat on the carne asada was very dry, the pork wasnt as dry but it was not moist and I didnt see any pineapple either. Somehow the flavor was okay.We also got the Rebel Burrito that is supposed to come with carne asada, cheese, french fries, pico, sour cream and guacamole on it. Ours did not have pico or sour cream on it. Also, it was full of french fries; probably like a pound of french fries because it was on a 14-in tortilla. Also there was hardly any carne asada on it, very disappointing!We also ordered a side of guacamole and it was not included. We got chips and salsa as well. The chips were ok but the salsa was very bland...I have better salsa in my fridge from Walmart!Overall this meal was not that great. My wife and I feel like we got cheated for how much we spent! Not going back!

Alright but the stuff we ordered from restaurant was too salty... The Tres Leche cake was awesome....store is interesting. Service was good. Well give restaurant another shot sometime.

Love love their enchiladas whether you buy them from the cooler or hot theyre always delicious right along with the tamales 😏... Always clean theyre always courteous always willing to help you with any question you may have..... They also have daily specials which are awesome so you get to try different things out....

This is a local favorite of mine. Fantastic deli inside for sure! Though, can you call yourself a Mexican market if you dont carry radishes? Thats debatable. All in all, they have everything else. Super friendly people working here too.

I love DeLeons. Great marinaded meats and the hot food is authentic and decent price. Get that horchata and bacon breakfast burrito if you want to have a nice morning.

Very unhappy with the customer service at De Leon Foods. I have never been treated to bad at an establishment like this. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I ordered a pastry thinking the staff got it for me I was told to go get it myself and when I did I was told to get to the back of the line. The worst costumer service ever. I will not return

Been going here for 5 years and both FOOD and SERVICE has declined. They get their to go orders wrong EVERY time. I dont blame kitchen staff but POOR MANAGEMENT training and organization. After 5 years of getting my food wrong I think Ill stop disappointing myself and go to Tacos Del Sol only 3 minutes away. They get 1 star since I cant give them a -5 stars.

So lets just say I am blessed that I live two blocks away from De Leon Im just sorry it took me a full year befor I realized it was even there!!! They have a good selection of sweet bread

Dont order the burrito unless you have a lot of room in your stomach. This things a great value and huge! Make sure you get some horchata as well.

Im from Arizona and I was having a hard time finding a Ranchero Market with good food, pan, and the basics you can get only at a Ranchero Market. Im glad I found De Leons. I was most excited for their Conchas. My favorite! They are so soft and fluffy. I will definitely be returning.

There are two things I know to be true. Theres no difference between good flan and bad flan, and there is no war uttered by CIA Agent Charlie Young in Wag the Dog. I disagree. De Leon Foods produces some damn good flan as well as other delicious items: savory and sweet. Its THE place in Spokane to find authentic ingredients including hard-to-find produce items like epazote. My principal complaint is related to the price increases over the last year or so; I suspect its linked to their rapid expansion.

Fast authentic and great tasting food friendly service every time .. I always end up here for the food and to just sit down and relax for a bit to actually enjoy my food .. that is the food you get here .. and it wont destroy your stomach right away like most Mexican foods do to me..

Ordered our food when there wasnt anyone else in the store, ended up waiting for 35 minutes for our food and watched 15 other people order and recieved their food before ours was even started.

I LOVE this place. Im from a tiny little Hispanic town in Central WA and I try to visit De Leons when Im home sick. It does the trick EVERY time! They always have my favorite ice cream, fresh pan, and all the greatest chips and candies. Their fresh deli is delicious. I get the flautas and they are beyond delicious.The staff is always soooo kind and I love supporting the small business. Great selection of products! Would recommend 10/10!!

Best Mexican lunch counter in Spokane.

The food from here taste like my abuelitas home cooking. It was not at all melded into the mexican american style alot of restaurants do. The people who cook only cook. They dont deal in the grocery side of the building. I will bring my family here every time we want authentic hispanic foods and are too lazy to make it ourselves.

Having been meaning to go here for a while and glad I did. Went to have lunch and check out the grocery store as well. Had a beef taco salad and all ingredients were fresh and tasted great! Will definately go back. They also have pastries and churros which i will go back for. Large assortment of spices and dried chilis with good prices. Fresh produce, meat counter and lots of hot sauce! And dont forget to pick up fresh flour or corn tortillas and chips!

Very good customer service. Very authentic Mexican food. I recommend delivering for and ordering from this store using DoorDash. They take a lot of care in having quality goods and dishes. It is like a restaurant fast food hybrid. So its faster than a regular restaurant, but slower than a drive through. I like their business model very much.

Love buying tortillas here, they are really good and carne assada was good from meat counter.

Went here to purchase empanadas, they only had a few sweet type no savory. Also picked up some enchiladas, but they were limited and pretty expensive. Got the same ones at WinCo foods for much less, found the empanadas I was looking for too

Food was ok but definitely overpriced.No kid meal options and paid 2.99 for a fountain soda with .50 refills.

4 stars for taste. Expensive. Prepare to shell out 20 bucks for guacamole and chips to take home. But the quality is there. Get what you pay for anymore. All in all great place. Ill stop in from time to time. Green chile enchiladas are fire🔥

Awesome authentic Mexican food. Im from Southern Cali and ate Mexican food all the time but since Ive been up here I have not found anything like home, until I found De Leons. Their food is awesome and their store offers great stuff too. Highly recommend.

Great place to get meats for grilling or for anything really there marinated Carne asada is delicious, great place for ethnic food and candy, definitely one of my favorite Mexican chain stores.

This a great locally owned, real Mexican food at a good prices. I would recommed that they offer more traditional American drinks in addition to their authentic selections. Not everyone likes Rice water.
