What a great experience! Every travel agency should have an agent as friendly and excited about our trip as was Kim. She made getting our international drivers licenses easy and helped us select a good travel insurance plan. The room is beautiful and had all the little travel necessities you might need. WTG AAA.

I needed to exchange currency for Mexico. They fixed me up in two days!

They scheduled a trip for me to Costa Rica where I met up with friends. They arranged all of the travel where our parties could all meet up and coincide with our flights and our stays at the different resorts. They did an amazing job of coordinating all of that.

Nicole Chapman helped us book our flights and cruise with Royal Caribbean. She was in constant contact with us with any flight changes, suggestions. She even made the suggestion of which cruise to take and she was spot on. Everything went smoothly and the trip was wonderful. We went to check out carry on luggage. They had a good selection at a very good price if youre a AAA member. The customer service here is absolutely top notch.

I just reinstated my membership after several years lapse. I had an excellent experience. Betsy was incredibly helpful and super nice. They have great products, maps and everything you think of for great travel. They have some great deals on other services as well.

I have used the services of this office several times for travel assistance. Each time the ladies behind the counter have been very professional and answered all questions with handy references. Free maps were provided and money was added to my Visa card with no problems.

You cant find a better pizza. Service is great. My family gets together there as often as we can.

My insurance rep is suppose to be working out of this office but I’m not sure because nobody has called me back. I was hit February 15 2019, the accident was not my fault but I needed to talk to my insurance rep Kim S. I called the day of the accident and have called 8 times since then and today is 10 April 2019. I am still waiting for ANYONE from this office to call me back. This was my first ever car accident and these people just left me alone to try to get through this by myself,,,Moreover, you need to watch your policy, both my homeowners and car insurance have had changes made to them without my written permission. (without my written permission meaning I’ve never meet Kim S, and have not had the need until now to physically go to their building of operation) I was re-assigned a new rep without being told,,, from the person I started with, to Kim S without my permission. Honestly I went with AAA as my broker initially because of the person not the company so when I received notice of the person being changed without asking me what I wanted I felt used and betrayed and unimportant and who wants to pay a company to be treated like that. Therefore to get out of this I have to sacrifice and do without in order switch my insurance company for not only my car but my home, so more stress on top of everything else. Save yourself a lot of worry and stress go someplace else.

Their associates were more than helpful. They have a lot to do offer when it comes to traveling. Its a little pricey. It would be worth it if you had a membership.

Arrived home yesterday and we really enjoyed ourselves in Ireland.Took a 6 day Tour of Ireland with the Paddywagon and our driver wasfunny, informative and knew where to eat in every town, where to go forshopping, etc.London was interesting, viewed Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Windsor Castle, Bath and Stone Hedge.Wonderful time all around.
