I had Troy come out to give diagnose my HVAC as I had an issue of short cycling the week prior. Troy spent time with me answering any questions I had and schooled me on how my system works. Had another company come out when it was initially short cycling and without doing any diagnostic (which I mentioned I would gladly pay for) just told me I needed a $2k motor or just to replace the entire system. Lucky I decided to give Trademark a call. My system is 13 years old and will likely need to be replaced at some point in the near future but very happy that Troy didnt just sell me but actually went through and told me everything going on with my current unit.

Install a stand alone generator. We were told that due to country wide shortages our generator would take about 12 to 16 weeks to come when we got our estimate back in Nov. We were surprised when Kyle called us before Christmas to come out and look at what would he need to bring to install it. It came last week, but was missing a part. Kyle was on the phone asap trying to get that part for this week. He came out when he said he would, got the job done in a very professional manner. Everyone involved did an excellent job, including the service tech that came out to look at the issue we are having. Our problem is that the system was undersized for our home. The system is our primary heat source and were freezing cause it cant keep our place warm. Update: Tommy and Karl came back after I told them of the issue and they installed a sub-panel and wired up our old wall heaters as a back up when the weather goes into the teens and below. They were very helpful and did all they to fix the problem. I would recommend Trademark Mechanical to anyone.

Kyle is a great electrician that went out his way to make sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction. He installed a new sub panel wired out new central air and also ran two new electrical runs in the 114yr old house. We would definitely recommend him.

I had two services set up for Friday the 2nd of April. My heating and air condition unit and then a flush of my tankless water heater.The technician showed up on Friday morning, claiming he can only do the hvac and a/c cause hes not a licensed plumber. So I will have to reschedule the system flush for another time, after a call from the office I had another appointment scheduled. Which wasnt a big deal! But still a little frustrating.I had troy doing the heating and air conditioning. Alright attitude, professional, down to business. Got the job done.I had josh come and flush my tankless waterheater, really nice guy. Professional and got the job done without making a mess! Would recommend.

Top-notch work! Attention to detail...arrived on time, used slip on booties everytime they entered the house, very careful removing old furnace and AC, and installing new ones. These guys are pros! Id certainly use them again.

When I called a previous HVAC provider whose name was on my furnace for a service call, the other firm quoted a fee to come out and assess the problem and said if anything needed to be fixed they would need to schedule a second call. When I contacted Trademark they quoted a lower service call fee, said they could come out next day and would do their best to fix the problem on the first call. They fixed it on the first call.

Bryan and his partner were both great. Very professional and very knowledgeable about the heating and a/c system. They ran into a few unexpected problems, but fixed them immediately. Also very friendly and polite. Would recommend them highly.
