Great people to do business with. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and the lady with the pink hair well she was a riot. I love that they are a family run business, I can share the experience with my own children. I have recommended a few friends and they had been satisfied customers as well.

Truthfully, I basically never write reviews but felt like this was a business that deserves one. I am new to guns, gun laws, gun accessories, etc. I’ve in a few times and have bought a handgun as well as some accessories. The staff was incredibly respectful as well as helpful. They didn’t make me feel like my questions were dumb and they took the time to let me look at several different guns and were in no way pushy at all about making any sort of purchase. I have recently moved to the area and can confidently say that if I. Will be 3 Aces will be my first stop for all my gun needs.

This place was recommended to me by someone who works on base and it has become my go to place for AR parts. For a small store they do pack a lot of stuff. For my current build (spring 2021) I have been able to find all the parts Ive needed. They even have ammo in stock. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help and have always been nice even when they were swamped.

Exceptional! This is now our go to shop for parts and advice for building. The atmosphere was great. The people that run the business have the knowledge to help you with whatever you’re trying to build. To give one star is a huge compliment. I went into this shop because it was recommended for customer service. Wow was I mistaken. The staff (main girl that works there) either doesnt know anything about at uppers or just wanted to lie to make a quick sale. I dont blame them with a 50% restocking fee, thats all. I asked for a specific model and chamber of upper and I was pointed out to 3 different ones on the wall I was told mett my specifications. Perfect right! No none of those uppers matched what I told her and after I already paid for it they said they wont take a return cant guarantee what one you pick.

I wish I could put more than 5 stars best shop in Spokane they always have what I need and if not they go above and beyond out of their way to find it or order it very friendly and knowledgeable people and the service is just unbelievably amazing I also seen the one star reviews they probably voted for inslee if that isnt enough then I dont know what to tell you

This is the best gun shop hands down in the area. Maybe in the Pacific Northwest. Family owned and family and friends ran. I dont know what my favorite part is, the Awesome selection, the customer service, the people or the shop talk. Its all Awesome. No idea how their customer service is they didnt have mask. Why would anyone do business with a gun store that doesnt follow the LAW. I get opinions and agendas and know by the sign on their door they dont agree with the governor but why not just follow the LAW?

Yeah was seriously disappointed to walk into a 30×15 sized shop with all 4 employees without PPE. As immunosuppressed transplant patient this is for sure not a cool. Just needed a small stock .22 rifle or .22 magnum for trekking. Will look on. But the no mask deal is very inappropriate.
