I was given some of the BEST service I have ever received in I dont how long of time.My GF and I dealt with 3 different people over 3 days and I spoke to one man on the phone and April helped me when I went in.Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and very helpful.Im also a vet and I have PTSD so my GF helps me by checking places out first because lets face it, most businesses arent operating as well as what I seen with Oxarc this past week.Once I have a feel for the business I either move forward if attitudes are good or find another business if the attitudes are bad.One thing thats been lost in todays world is the customer service of yesteryear.. Back then the customer was ALWAYS right! Even IF they were wrong. Businesses competed with each other on who had the best customer service.I hope Oxarc continues this great customer service business model. It helped me more than I can explain.

Toured the store and conference/training center. Store had a comprehensive supply of welding supplies and a knowledgeable staff. Conference and training center was very state of the art if you are looking to host a training or orchestrate and online session. Recommend checking both out.
