Karsen did an excellent job fixing my bad haircut from another salon. I love my hair again! She was very detail oriented and was great at listening to what I would like done with my hair. Wonderful at communicating what she was doing through out the whole transformation process. I felt very comfortable and am glad I trusted her expertise. Andrea really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and translate my not-at-all-echnical descriptions into functional magic! They were all closely following safety procedures, and carefully sanitizing every part. She walked me through every part of the experience and explained every step of it so I really understood what she was doing. She helped match me with products that were a good fit for me and didnt try to push anything on me at all like some stylists can do. A truly tailored experience! Scalp and shoulder massage included, I left feeling so relaxed and absolutely gorgeous.

I came in today and had an appointment with Brenda. I was anxious because I’m new to Spokane - I had my last hair stylist for about 10 years after having had a very bad experience with a different stylist. Brenda was A-H-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She set me at ease with her knowledge of the colors my previous stylist used and educated me about the products she would be using. The color turned out perfect and the cut took off the dead ends without sacrificing more length than necessary. I am definitely coming back Brenda at the Jaazz Salon for all of my hair are needs. I have not been to a salon in over a decade and Karsen cut my hair today. I couldnt be happier. Not only was she friendly and professional but was also very encouraging for my big chop. I went from waist long hair to a pixie cut and it looks and feels great. I showed her some pictures of what I was hoping to achieve now and a few styles I hope to try as I grow it out. Christina McConnell is the best hair stylist I have ever been to. I have very long thick naturally curly hair. And when I get my hair done its usually a 5-hour process or more. She was very helpful and giving me tips to care for my hair. Very professional bubbly and cheerful. Made me feel right at home. Not to mention my hair feels healthy looks beautiful and I have gotten so many compliments on the color. I think the most important thing about my trip to see Christina. Horrible salon!! They overcharged my 15 yr old daughter by $70 for services they said later in the appointment they could not provide. The stylist also rudely teased my daughter about having split ends. We will have to go elsewhere to pay to fix the terrible color job that she overpaid to begin with. Absolutely do not recommend!

I never write reviews but I still feel strongly enough about my appointment from a month ago that I had to say something.I saw good reviews and was excited about my appointment. However, the individual I had not only cut my hair much shorter than I requested. I asked for layers; they were extremely choppy, to the point where I have chunks of hair at different lengths. They are not blended well you can clearly see the different lengths. I also asked for a “v” shape so my hair is longer in the middle when you see it form the back; she essentially made on chunk longer than the others. The color is good but I feel it will take a year or so to grow out and be where like it used to. I am very disappointed I will not be going back here at all. This was a waste of my time and money. For what I received the price was outrageous. 2 stars because girl was nice and the Salon was clean and took appropriate COVID precautions. But I also feel like that should simply be the standard.

After having a really bad balayage service, I was super nervous to go to the salon again.
