To the Owner/Manager.. the 3 workers you had on Friday night (May 28th 2021), around 4:30/5 pm. They did an excellent job. They were filling the coffee, and were making sure the customers were taken care of... great crew from what I saw. Cheers Fellas....

The subway here is OPEN 24/7 and that is super convenient. Its also next to a Dennys. Im not a trucker but they have scales and other services for them. Directly off highway but it is a tight turn in because the way pumps are stationed. Not shiny and new like some other Pilot/Flying J locations I have visited. The staff seem nice.Was put off by some of the things I saw inside store but it is Spokane so...

States they won’t help you because service dogs aren’t on leash walking around. I have little service dogs and they are contained and are very good. The only legal way for him to ask us to leave is if my dogs are acting up and not doing what they should be doing. He was a ugly man.

They only have two parking spaces for trucks, so not very impressive. They need to rebuild this location ASAP. But at least the food is okay and staff is decent.

I know this is a tiny little location, but come on pilot and Flying J. Put a little bit of money into it. Not even the technology at the pumps is outdated. The showers are like a creepy horror movie.The only reason I got two stars is because of your employees. They were very nice, and the food was yummy

Disappointing and frankly disgusting is the only way I can describe this Flying J location. Very very small. The fuel island was dirty, and the pumps were old and out of date. But the disgusting part was the shower room. Old and unkept. It only had a fiberglass shower stall in it. No toilet or even a sink to be able to shave in. The shower was nasty too. It even had tape on the floor to cover a crack. On the plus side, was that the employees were very friendly.

I lost my driver and my GPS system showed me that this address is his last location. Called the staff working there, and lady who picked up the phone helped me a lot and found my driver in their yard and made sure that everything is ok with him. Appreciate your service and help!U awsome!

Came here to weigh my personal vehicle. Was happy to see that their charges were less than the dump down the road, and didnt experience a wait time to get. The staff was helpful and kind. Overall pleased all around.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and they always seem to have a employee that is quite rude. Today I encountered one that was argumentative if not confrontational. I find this unacceptable, especially when you consider the 10’s of thousands of dollars I have spent there over the years. I wish they would monitor their employee’s behavior more closely. If I run into this scenario again I will not spend another penny there.

Made a quick stop here for fuel and the pump was in working order. Never made any interaction with any of the employees so can’t really base my review off of that.

Great people! Rude? You have to know how to work with people. My wife and I needed a place to stop for the night in our RV and they accommodated with a smile! Thanks to Rachel and Norm! And they have Cinnabon fresh at 5:30am!

Decent station. The employees are rude though. Went in and the cashier continued a conversation with another worker, rather than check us out. She even turned and saw us, and went back to her conversation. She was cursing and complaining about someone calling her a bad mom.We had to go outside and use the pump. She wouldnt check us out.

I bought a shower for me and my daughter as we walk through the showerdoor we saw a camera looking at us inside the shower area so we left without taking a shower went down next truck stop. i would think a camerainside shower area is illegal

Overall the choices are good/decent. But in a world a customer service, this one tanks. I dont know everyone there but all it takes is one to run it and every time I go in, I end up with the same woman as the cashier; Ive seen some generally miserable people but she has it written all over her face, every single time.As far as customer service its borderline rude. Handing someone a receipt without saying anything and with a dead stare isnt exactly welcoming. I cant speak to everyone there but her attitude just turns people off, even others have commented on it in their parking lot.

Its one of the few places I can stop and get No Fear energy drinks. It has a Subway, Cinnabon, and a hot case. Its not much of a Truck Stop, more like a fuel stop. Flying J affiliate, with two parking spaces. Good to get fuel, food and scale, but not to overnight or even get a 30 minute break in. Its okay.

Its a truck stop. Lots of pumps, generally quick service. If youre lucky enough to get there early enough while they still have the breakfast burritos they are fantastic.

Called to ask if someone would be available to pump propane for my vehicle. The response I had was Im not obligated to tell you that but someone will be here at 5. Bring your buisness somewhere else.

Theres a Subway and Cinnabon built in, which is nice. The parking situation is terrible. They also have a hot box with a lot of different things, but you never know how fresh it is. Good selection of groceries. The gas prices are reasonable, considering the location.

The guy that pumps DEF was very rude swore at me. When all I asked was why did he put a cone in front of my truck cause I was about to get reefer fuel. Its to bad we cant give them a 0 rating.

Zero stars if can thy are racist and discriminate against you and asked you to leave and if you ask why thy will tell you to f in leave the store and treating to call the cops if you dont leave and thy will not give you a reason why but say get the f outta the store now thy dont like color people in there store.. and thy will give you an attitude if you ask whats your problem and trow your change at you and when you ask for a receipt thy wad it up and trow it at you

What I have been informed first hand is the manager is not very nice to there employees she seems to act very biase towards certain employees or rude to customers. In order to maintain a healthy atmosphere this person needs to lighten up, and be considerate towards who she is over, and respectful thats makes a good manager not that I ve seen here.

Old store. It is very crowded with merchandise. Overcrowded is more like it. Needs to be remodeled. No parking for trucks. Staff was friendly. That earned the second star.

Whoever said this is the only truck stop for miles in either direction is wrong. You have the Petro before this stop and a broadway flying j in Spokane. This stop should be nuked from orbit. Terrible staff, disgusting bathrooms, tiny showers, and the smallest parking lot known to man. If all you are doing is fueling here, you wont mind it. But if you go inside, be ready...

Dirty place no parking came in the morning the breakfast was as hard as a rock. Fuel pumps are old. There was no desiel exshaust fluid at the pumps. Staff seemed alright. That place needs is outdated
