Zero stars is deserved. Dont ever trust the UPS Access Point Lockers here!! Get a receipt from an actual human at a regular UPS store, or better yet, use USPS Priority Mail. I dropped a valuable package here. I scanned it using the ATM-like machine and the locker opened, I put in my package, and I immediately received an email confirmation with tracking number, and the locker self-locked. This was all so reassuring, UPS. You made me think your UPS robots would take care of me. So --- UPS has lost my package, and now the UPS tracking system and human reps are saying the package was not scanned and my shipment doesnt exist. Only the label exists. Thanks UPS robots!!!Update: they eventually found my package. It was delivered two weeks late.
