This was so much simpler than I thought. I recommend Spokane Eye Clinic to anyone that is choosing to have eye surgery of any kind. Theyre staff is kind and efficient. I enjoyed working all of them from the receptionist to the nurse in the surgery center. It is not often that you ENJOY a surgery, but I did. Dr. Stone is pleasant to work with. His manner is professional and very friendly. He answered all of my questions. What can I say? He is a doctor I look forward to seeing.

I am Anna Roop, I had cataracts in both eyes to the point where trying to see was exhausting. I couldnt drive safely, was tired when I tried to read or cook or do anything requiring site and concentration. Dr. Allar at Spokane Eye Clinic encouraged me to get the surgery. I had my doubts that it would help much but I was so wrong. I can see brilliant colors every where around me. I not only can drive but I can drive our RV and our truck without feeling like I might run someone off of the road.My world had been rather flat and one dimensional. Now after surgery, when walking outside I feel like I am about to see an Imax movie because everything comes in so clear and beautiful and three dimensional. I actually feel younger and am anxious to move around like when I was in my twenties. The surgery was so easy and recovery was within 24 hours. Not only can I see my world but I feel like I can move around so much more and enjoy every second.Thank you to Spokane Eye Clinic. I noticed how careful and particular you are about cleaning equipment and making sure being in the clinic is as safe as possible. I cant say enough good things.

My wife suffers from Diabetic Retinopathy. Pretty damn scary for her when she found out that we had to travel to Spokane from Kennewick for laser treatment, since nothing is available locally. From the very start, we were treated extremely well and felt comforted with the knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Loren Jack and his staff. We just finished with our 4th trip and 2 surgeries and my wife is doing very well. My experience was amazing!!!!! I would strongly recommend them. The doctor was really quick to contact me with a plan for my eyes. It’s not very often that a doctor will call you. With me it’s always been the doctors nurse. This made me feel very comfortable. I know I will be in good hands for my upcoming procedure!

This was my sons first visit to the eye doctor. The check in process was easy. Wait time was exceptable. Doctor was very knowledgeable and made my child feel comfortable with the whole process..He was told step by step when his eyes were dilated what to expect and feel. We are very happy with our visit .Would recommend anyone with small children to this particular eye clinic.

My experience was truly a miracle. I was legally blind in my right eye and severely diminished sight in my left eye. My doctor was Dr. Rory Allar. He explained everything. He is kind and extremely capable. He restored my sight. Also, his staff both at the eye clinic and the surgery center are incredible. They are efficient and knowledgeable. They explain everything every step of the way. There are NO surprises. They do a large number of surgeries and yet manage to treat the individual as if they are the only patient they have that day. They are so kind and so capable. I was told there would be no pain and there was none! I cannot recommend Dr. Allar and his team highly enough. They simply work miracles!

Very impressive building with a big sign. But nothing else is impressive. The optometrist does a good job once he gets the right prescription from ophthalmologists. I went there twice to get the correct prescription. Then I got a scleral lens that didnt work. Had a month to decide whether to keep it. It was awful, took it back at the end of month and did NOT get refund because they said a month had 30, not 31 days. Needed and still need a cornea replacement for transplant Id had for years. Dr said I was too old and gave me ointment to use which made cornea far far worse. That was 12 years ago, and I still need a new cornea. It is my only health problem.

Dr Kamae is a genuinely interested doctor. He talked with me, not AT me like some docs do. He listened to my questions /ideas, and even though what I had hoped for is not possible, he did not dismiss my questions /ideas as foolish or uninformed. He’s a very kind man.

Ive been going to Spokane Eye Clinic for nearly 17 years. It is a phenomenal place for great eye care.

Have a great Physician here, but this year had a different Optical Tech that spoke so fast I had a difficult time following her directions. Dr Skoog is the bestOptometrist I have ever had in my 45 years of regular Eye care.

Spokane Eye Clinic is a great place for everything eye related, including having an Optical office in the same building!My yearly visits have always been pleasant with Dr. Riley & his immediate staff! They continue to be kind while adhering to their professionalism during our appointments. He always explains things to us in respectful layman’s term. Which is always appreciated!The front receptionist’s at check in tend to talk amongst themselves a bit more than my liking & not pay attention to the clients in line waiting to check in. But in it’s entirety it’s been a great experience!

Dr. Wirthlin always took the time to answer my questions regarding the procedure, outcomes, and aftercare. He was also very considerate in regards to how a medical condition I have could affect the outcome of the procedure. This presently ensured for the best possible outcome. I feel very fortunate to have received medical care from Dr. Wirthlin and staff at Spokane Eye Clinic. I don’t believe (with considerable evidence) that I would have kept the vision in my right eye without the foremost medical intervention provided by Dr. Wirthlin and staff. Thank you very much. I can see today because of you, and that is immeasurable.

Honestly my rating is because my experience was ok but mainly the price i paid was outrageous. If you need glasses skip the line/wait/pricing of this place. I paid over $400 for glasses with the bare minimum material and additives and honestly i used insurance so i was not expecting that price. Well Wishlist Optical is where my boyfriend went just now and spent less than $200 without insurance on the full package.... Save your money and go to Wishlist Optical (they used to be Affordable Optics but went through a name change recently; hence me going to spokane eye clinic in the first place).

I just had cataract surgery on my 2nd eye with Dr. Day. I opted for the Symfony lens, what a difference! Very grateful to Jeff Mazza for helping me understand the benefits of the lens. Also want to thank Nancy Kaiser at the Clinic and ALL of the staff at the Surgery Center including Dottie, Brian, Kathleen, Tom, and everyone else for making me feel so comfortable and safe.I cant recommend the Spokane Eye Clinic enough. Will NOT go here again..Scheduled appt. Arrived a couple minutes early, there were only 2 other people in the waiting room.It was 2 HOURS before I saw the Dr. !!!!No apology for being so late. Somewhat rude too.Got my prescription (which was totally different from my last, 2 years ago) & didnt end up getting new glasses right away due to finances. When I did order (from another place) the lenses were WAY Off and I noticed in the fine print after 90 you have to have another exam. So they wouldnt help me find out if the prescription was even correct to begin with.

Waited a very long time, but Dr. Johnson was quick and thorough.

I had PRK surgery in November and I couldnt be more pleased. I ended up with 20/15 vision and my frequent headaches have gone away. I have always had a fantastic experience with Spokane Eye. My eye sight plays a huge roll in how I manage my PTSD....the eye doctor had always caused me anxiety and stress......now I have zero anxiety when having my eyes checked. I cant express how amazing the staff is.....from the time you walk in to the time you leave you feel welcome and important. I tried to find out if an exam by a retirna specialist was covered by my insurance. I was told to call my carrier. My carrier said I had to provide a billing code. Spokane eye said they could not give me a code because they did not know what the doctor would enter. How many times has this exam been done?times has times has this exam been done?You are a preferred provider with my carrier. The issue is that they needed billing codes which you said you could not provide. The real issue is that many providers and medicare do not pay for retinal imaging because they consider it part of a regular exam. A disconect btw profession and ins.

Dr Weed did a strabismus eye surgery for me and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I am an adult who developed esotropia later in life and it became such a bother that I decided to move forward with surgery. I felt very well cared for by Dr Weed and his staff. He is warm and understanding with a great bedside manner. I also was well cared for by all of his technicians. Surgery went well and recovery was exactly what he said it would be. I am 6 week post surgery and I still have slight eye redness but i no longer have double vision!! It is such a gift and a blessing to find amazing doctors who do amazing work like Dr Weed.

I have been going to the eye clinic for years ans I have always had a positive experience. Most recently I went to a routine eye exam and contact exam. My doctor did a fine job, and everyone was nice enough, but when it came to my contact exam I was spoken to in a very condescending manner and I wanted to leave my appointment. As a healthcare provider myself I am very dissatisfied and truly hope that she does not treat everyone that way. I had to go to a 2 week follow up and i had to talk myself into going, i was also provided with a appointment reminder card that said 10:30 am but then when they called it says my appointment was at 9:45. I will not be returning due to this experience

New costumer and I enjoyed my experience. I got my annual exam and in addition to contact lenses, I got eyeglasses and they had a good selection. Its a busy place and lots of moving from room to waiting room to room to waiting room lol it happened at least 5 times. The staff was all friendly but it felt like a conveyer belt. If your looking for more one-on-one time you may want to go somewhere else.

In 2018 I had to have a scleral buckle done due to a detached retina. I was given my diagnosis on a Thursday afternoon and was in for surgery Saturday morning. The surgical team was incredible and Dr. Jack was amazing.That surgery caused double vision (common affect) and since then I have been working with Dr. Kearns to get proper contacts and glasses to accommodate my troublesome eyes. I told her at a follow up appointment today that if I could hug her, I would. Amazing team. Highly recommend.

My mom is 95-years-old and recently had pain-free cataract surgery performed on her left eye by Dr. Skoog. Not only did he correct her vision to 20/80 with eye glasses (even with macular degeneration affecting the central part of her vision), he did so with precision, professionalism, grace, and kindness. We could not have asked for a better experience, and are most grateful to and for him, his time, education, talented skills, care, and chosen staff to assist him.

I have problems with my eyes and need to be seen urgently typically, and Dr. Riley and his staff are the best! I have always been seen on the same day I call in - which is always a huge relief - and once I’m in the clinic the staff are always very professional and courteous. Two hours of waiting for my appointment when I was there early, as asked, was left in a room, zero communication, staff seemed to have no idea why I was there despite this being an appointment the clinic insisted I have. After two hours, I gave up and walked out. I will never look back. Doctors are a dime a dozen. No time to be neglected by a company bloated beyond their capacity for care. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I am very happy that I came to this eye surgery center because I was able to get help and fix my eye. I had a great experience and my surgery turned out great and was able to fix my eye strabismus problem. I had PRK Laser Eye Surgery a week ago and the entire experience was incredible. Theresa (the Surgery Cordinator - and probably more) was absolutely amazing. She was thorough and informative the entire way through. This was my first elective surgery so I had plenty of questions and anxiety. Multiple times they worked with my busy work schedule, which I was incredibly grateful for. Dr. Skoog was also very professional and I felt in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic and this team. Thank you!

I would give less stars if possible. Horrible service. I called to make sure they took my sons insurance and was assured after 6 follow up questions that they could assist us. Compleate waste of time. The lady at the reception desk was extreemly judgmental over our insurance and condacending. They didnt help us at all and made my son feel bad for even coming in. Very unprofessional and rude. Dont waste your time or money here!

I have been going to Spokane Eye Clinic for many years, at Bernard, with Dr. Day as my eye doctor. I have had no bad experiences, as the staff have always been friendly and helpful, in a professional way.

You treat the elderly with glaucoma and when you can’t figure out how to help them, you toss them over to another doctor and then that doctor cancels appointments and wants to reschedule several months out. Seeing as how you are a glaucoma specialist you should know that you don’t play around with the disease and not stay on top if it. But i guess you figure the elderly don’t need to see be or get treatment.

We absolutely love and recommend Spokane Eye Clinic. Their pediatric provider Dr. Weed and staff are extremely nice and they are attentive and listen to your concerns and take them seriously. Dr. Weed has taken care of our daughter since she was in the NICU and we appreciate his compassion and professionalism with treating our daughter. If you need a pediatric optometrist we strongly suggest using Dr. Weed at Spokane eye clinic.
