The female I spoke to is polite. The gentleman I met with as well is polite and very intelligent. He would return if I required printer help

Absolutely horrible, printer sat there for 3 months. Got it back (not fixed) they give me the wrong one then call when I’m 60 miles away & want me to turn around to go exchange them. Go swap them for the still broken one, it doesn’t turn on. & they took out the ink cartridges that were previously in it. This company’s garbage, Michael atleast. No no no no no never again

Called for a price on a printer part, and was told that there is no one in the shop to quote me the part cost. This is at 3:22 p.m. the lady that answer the phone didnt seem to care. Im better off ordering online for probably a better price

Receptionist hung up on me. Owner couldnt fix my daughters iPad and wouldnt give me the $90 we paid back. Stay away from this place!
