It always fun to go here. I had to have their new non-stick gold cookie sheets. They are amazing. Price was reasonable.

Very disappointed with online ordering and customer service. Ordered a pizza oven on 12/1/20 it was a gift for Christmas. The delivery was pushed back twice then I tracked it in January and it said order cancelled. If I had not tracked it I’d never have known. My card was charged so I called to get info and it said my bank did not allow the charge but that was false. I replaced the order and now it’s not arriving until 2/23/21 but it still says cancelled online. Will never do business with William Sonoma again.

The prices at Williams-Sonoma are always high so Ive never been able to actually buy anything there.

We had a Christmas present arrive late and had a very difficult time trying to resolve the issue with the retail store and online. I agree with other reviewers that I hope to never purchase from this retailer again!

My wife and I have purchased from this store before and agree that there overly watchful eyes and surveillance of us and the others in store is not the place for us. They have great product and priced according but the fact you cant shop without being greeted and offered assistance 4 times in 20 min is unacceptable to us. So my review of store is Great Product, reasonable price, overly cautious staff.

Nice place, but dont buy cutlery here. Part of the reason of spending a little more here is so that you have the future service of getting them sharpened from time to time. Well, not here. The management never trained any of the staff to do so, so the knife sharpening isnt offered even though at the time of selling the knives they made sure we knew that was the incentive to buying them there. This is as of October 19, so while things may change, as for now just go get knives elsewhere.

I personally cant afford to shop here, but if you are looking for high quality cookware, this is the place for you.

I dream of owning all their holiday plate & serving settings, the All Clad 23 piece cookware set and Turkey Roaster, and their complete Cast Iron pots, pans, bake ware and Large Dutch Oven. The list is limitless I love every item in this store and the store clerks too their pretty nice to.

As kitchen stores go it is well organized and they have a wide selection of wares and foods.

We love their potlatch original spice blend for fish. It makes delicious smoked salmon. I went to purchase it today and the price label listed it at 10.95. At the register it rang up for 12.95. They said they can’t override it, and charged me more than the price listed. Maybe not a big deal, but for a high-end retailer, you would think they would go out of their way for such an obvious mistake on their part for a customer.

Love this store, wish I had an open wallet when I go shopping there. Very accommodating staff, always a wait to check out but thats OK it gives you the opportunity to shop even more

Great products but the staff not so much. Not to say they were rude more like not friend.

I was impressed by the wide variety of quality products that were available in the store. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure my purchase was a great one that complimented my cooking needs.

Extremely friendly service, always willing to take the time to talk with you and discover exactly what would work best for you. The only down side is I have noticed that when I come in after not shaving a few days or looking slightly disheveled staff seem to keep an eye on me. I find it funny but Im sure they have had problems with this location being down town with and door directly to the sidewalk outside of the main mall.

I purchased a Williams Sonoma copper pan. I need to say its the worst pan I have purchased. I like Williams Sonoma. But I dont like being sold a product that is not true to what is stated being almost 300.00 and my recommendation is DONT PURCHASE the Williams Sonoma kick off of copper pans.

Up until today, I was a faithful Williams-Sonoma customer. I have purchased all of my Breville appliances from Williams Sonoma (and many other items), including the Breville Oracle which had a hefty price tag but worth it. Today I went in to buy a Breville Smart Scoop Ice Cream Maker which they had a price tag on the machine for $429. When I went up to the counter to purchase it they told me that they did not have one in stock and was informed that they would need to order one online. I was fine with that until I was informed that the price of the machine would now be $499.99 since we had to order it from corporate. I politely explained that since the display showed the price tag of $429 they should honor the price or it would be false advertising. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t honor the price that was literally hanging on the machine. I declined purchasing the machine and all of the other items that I brought up to the counter to buy as a matter of principle. Unfortunately, corporate greed has pushed a faithful customer away. Ironically enough, Amazon had the machine on their site for $429 and the other items from Iron Clad were even cheaper! The machine and the other items will be here in two days as I have amazon prime...O’well, another business bites the dust. Bad business decisions = bankruptcy. Take care of your customers before it is too late...

A little spendy, but a few times now they have had something in store that I wanted that no other store in Spokane had. They also fully validate if you spend over $25 in their store, which is better than most any other store in the mall. So I dont shop there often, but when i need something nobody else has, they are the place for me.

I never miss an opportunity to visit. Where culinary engineers meet culinary artists to make us all better cooks, nee chefs!

Oh man, what a gem of a store. We purchased some much needed kitchen utensils. I purchased a 4 quart william-sonoma copper filled something or other. I call it my $150 top ramen pot. It is the best pot i have ever had. So i bought the rest of the set, one piece at a time, as they went on sale each time. We also bought a little green potato masher utensil. It works very well. We also bought this round, copper butter dish. It looks so awesome in our kitchen and is easy to get too. I added Amish butter and i am good to go, eat or whatever. Well we had other items but i just recommend you stop in and look for yourself. My family highly recommends!

This store is why people are buying more and more online, and not in brick and mortar locations. I was just in to purchase several items, and at the register I was very rudely informed that they would not honor the price on the internet because of a difference in packaging. Because of past difficulties in dealing with this location I just left the entire purchase on the counter and walked out.This is not the first time I have left this location upset. Earlier this year I bought several items from W & S online that arrived damaged. I tried to exchange/return the damaged items in the Spokane store, and was turned away that they do not honor online purchases and I had to send the items back to California. All told, it took at least a month to receive a satisfactory purchase from them.In the past decades, I have been a customer at their San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Seattle stores. Never have I encountered the rudeness and the absolute lack of interest in serving the customer that I have repeatedly experienced in the Spokane store.If you want something from W & S go online, or better yet, find a substitute elsewhere.

It’s a lovely store to browse around but imo at least 20% more expensive than their competitors. Their return policy is strict at a mere 30 days. Everything W & S carries pretty much may be purchased elsewhere by proveyers with a far more lenient return policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Honestly why would I choose to spend more money to buy something from them that I can buy elsewhere more competitively? The only answer I can think of is convenience. That said I have purchased in many items in the past from them but strictness goes both ways; I can exercise my choice as to whom I choose to give my money to and W & S appear to be willing to alienate shoppers with their non-competitive return policy. The store employees at this particular location are always polite, knowledgeable, and friendly but generally between their inflated prices and stringent return policy I can’t say that I’d recommend purchase anything from them.

One of the smallest WS stores Ive ever been to but the staff was so damn sweet and very helpful. I love WS kitchen gadgets, so many different and fun tools!

I love when I walk in a store and ask an associate where I find an item, only to be advised to look somewhere else where there were more inexpensive versions of that item. Shame.
